Really disappointed in this store then again they only have so much to work with, so to speak. Kinda rude to the patrons & even double charged me for a few things. Time ALWAYS BE CHANGING.. ILL GO BACK TO THE ONE ON 75TH, SO MUCH NICER (CLEAN & LITERALLY NICER).

I love this store. I cant drive Im handicapped. So I drive my electric wheelchair up the street . Yesterday I drove up here cuz I was going to get some balloons for my daughters birthday today and there was a sign on the door saying that they closed at 2:00. This is the second or third time this has happened to me very irritating!

A man im assuming was one of the managers was very helpful and friendly. The shop itself is great; you can find anything from kitchenware to food, but what really sells is the atmosphere the manager gave the place. Really made it feel like a neighborhood store, and thats something you cant get for 20 miles in any direction from here. Been coming here a majority of my life and I wont be stopping anytime soon.

Id usually give a 5 star for this location, but like the one near the mall, they are close early. Today, they closed at 4pm again.

A disaster, totally disorganized, used to get bread delivered Wednesday and Saturday, now not at all.Asked about bread man and the answer was “we haven’t heard from him. They didn’t call him! Irregular hours, came by at 2 PM and was closed. They can’t get help, unpacked boxes everywhere.

This has to be the worst Dollar Tree that Ive ever been too. Constantly bare shelves with boxes of product everywhere. Always a long checkout line. Never have products in stock for weeks at a time. This store is poorly managed. There is also no social distancing. Hand sanitizer near door is out and has been the last 3 times I went and they just recently got this and weve been in a pandemic for awhile. Nor do I see any sanitization going on ever.

I really like this place the people are friendly & I always find what I need and more and at $1 plus tax for each other you cant beat that!

I love this store. I just wish they were able to hire more people. I feel like i stand in line a lot there. But still worth it!

This place is just terrible the shelves been empty for months they never have any workers so they either close early or they are never open and when they are open they act like they don’t want to be there don’t waste your time going here i can see this place closing very soon

This store does have its issues but its not their fault if the shelves are bare because of global shipping delays. I still will continue to shop here.

Dollar Tree has good prices on somethings but this store was a sheer mess. Not filthy, just unorganized and product everywhere.

It was nicely organized, and decluttered. Which made it easy to shop. Unlike many other Dollar Trees Ive been before.

They had everything I was looking for. The cashier was extremely nice which is refreshing in these times.

Lenexa store is not as big as Shawnee or Overland Park, but I always seen to find what I need and those ten other items I didnt know I need. Lol. One cashier is a bit grumpy with customers but I just try to use another checkout lane. Must be the Covid! Its my closest dollar store.. so glad to have them.

I typically like this store, but they will randomly just lock their doors when they are suppose to be open. I have ran into this issue twice now

This location is usually clean, neat, stocked... ready for business. They dont have freight loaded on racks just sitting there, unattended, while the shelves are empty... I also like the fact that they more than one line open for checking out. They appreciate my business, or at least it seems like it.

As in any store you have to watch what you buy, but the big picture is you can often find good stuff for less. Happy shopping.

If not for Terry and the other workers this store would be horrible. Mary (the store manager) is the most evil, racist, rudest person ever. She treats her workers and customers poorly. The fact that she is always upsetting customers and still allowed to work here baffles me. She is not the reason this store is doing well. She deserves no credit. The moment she gets relocated or fired I gurantee more people will shop here.

This is a great location its a One Stop Shop you can buy things from dog bones to helium balloons to medication and reading glasses theyve got something for everything here they also sell greeting cards for every season and occasion party materials to set up the table to stuff the gift bags all kinds of wonderful items and everything here is just $1. The parking lot is free and theres ample parking theres also handicap parking and handicap accessible in shrimps this store is a very convenient store for a quick shopping trip or a long Excursion depending on your needs management was on site staff was friendly and everybody was working just what I like to see thank you Dollar Tree

Lots & lots & LOTS of cheap stuff! Be careful what you buy, and you can find some grrreat bargainsFound a nightlight bulb here (3 for a dollar) that cost $3 @ at a hardware store!! Lots of things for holidays and dif seasons. Right now its all about Easter baskets & candies! I even found some Dove chocolate eggs for $1. Just control yourself & dont buy a bunch of stuff you dont need!

I love this particular store because I always find unique products and lots of name brand quality products for a dollar! I get excited to find that one item no one believes I found at a dollar store! Great gift wrapping products here too!

Oh my! This was the cleanest, best stocked Dollar Tree I have ever seen. The staff was very friendly. I will be driving to the extra 15 minutes.to go to the Lenexa location.

It was fantastic verses the Dollsr Tree locate near my home on 78th & State. I have yoo travel 40 miles or less to obtain the items I am looking for. The shelves are never fully stocked and the floors always appear to have debris on them. The shelves are always in disarray . Not enough help. Not asking to close this store, but do better to continue to relieve good, loyal customers

Never enough help

I was having a good experience until I was VERY RUDELY spoken to by the manager. I believe her name was Mary. She approached me at the freezer while I was reading the ingredients to a product & said are you gonna have this damn door opened forever? I responded & then as she walks away she says well it costs money. I will not be returning. There was also a few other customers in there who over heard what she had said to me & were not happy. According to a couple of the cashiers she has apparently ran others out as well with her UNPROFESSIONALISM. Maybe if she wasnt chasing all these customers out she wouldnt have to worry about not being able to pay the store bills.

Its an older store and it does look it somewhat on the inside and its small but its always clean and well stocked. lots of things to buy and resnable prices. Checkout is always easy and hastle free. Theres not really a whole lot I can say. My only real complaint is the lack of varity in there card section since its almost never updated but thats one little thing most pepole will ignore anyway. Big parking lot and easy acess.

Whats the point of having 3 registers if only 1 is open when the line is to the aisles. Learn to open multiple registers when it gets busy instead of continuing to stock the shelves.

Nice low prices and great customer care.

A lot of boxes on the floor in the front. Obviously a restocking day but it was 2 in the afternoon and kind of in the way. Other than that, average service. But everythings a dollar so hey... get what you pay for.
