I was disappointed I came on Sunday afternoon(2pm). Google maps was showing that it is open, but doors were closed and there was no one inside. Their schecule on the door is false.

Be Back Soon meant 45 minutes. And clerk was actually inside but didnt open the door till FedEx needed in.

They are the best customer service all customer reps need to take lesson from this store

Very rude and unprofessional i went in assuming i was going to buy a new phone waited in line just for the clerk to help someone else never again! It was like i was invisible not even a hello as i walked in the store😥😥😥😥😥

This place is not resourceful if you have question. I wouldnt be surprised if they put you on a phone to sell you a phone. Only thing this location is good for is to pay your bill.

Cricket service is great but their customer service is greatly lacking. I had been a customer for over 15 years when my phone broke down over Christmas vacation. When we got back to town and went to the cricket store to purchase a new phone, they wanted to charge us to activate the phones because we werent new customers. So we became new customers of a rival company, purchased new phones for less and got free activation.

This store supposed to be open at 10 am. They opened it at 10:15 am. When I asked a customer service agent about the late, she did n’t even say sorry. Moreover, she said that it’s normal & it happens. So, I found their customer service below standard.

Ana is freaking fantastic! Ana is very polite and very knowledgeable, helpful. She is particularly curtious! She did problem sovle my phone too. She also any the many questions i have alot too! Thank You ANA!! I also wanted to say that Ana had helped me because i am disabled and can not stand for a 10 mins period of time. So i asked her to sit with me and help me wirh my phone. She said she shouldnt sit cuz of work. I ask her to please sit with me. Ana did so i felt more comfortable. T Y For doing this i felt better.

Reasons why I prefer Cricket: Price points and Phone types (Product Differentiation) supported by Cricket is much larger.Cons: Bring a chair; go off peak.How come you dont know about them??They try harder.

I personally love cricket, but you need to go there at the right time of day or sometimes you could be in for a long wait.
