I want to commend the sweet lady working at this store, Chelsea, for always being so nice and extremely helpful to me and my boys. She goes the extra mile every time Im there. If she ever reads this, I just want to say a big THANK YOU :) Gamestop should be honored to have an employee like this working for them.

Bought two games at this location after doing other shopping in the area. After getting home(hour and a half away) I open the game to notice the cartridge is not there. I call the store and they want me to drive back to get the game. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody!

Me and a friend went here on 12/20/20 to purchase a few games and whatever else seemed interesting. When we walked inside we were not greeted but everyone that came in after was greeted nicely. There was at least 2 workers behind the counter and one straightening up the shelves. Not once did anyone offer any help or anything after walking around for 15 minutes. We decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. It sucks because I have a membership with GameSpot but I will not be returning.

Very disappointed with this store and would think 🤔 twice about purchasing anything there. My husband waited in line for since 5am this morning to try preorder NEW XBOX but they let some other person who did not wait line at all purchases it. That is just wrong and very RUDE. MAD as hell will not come back.

Always love the gaming industry regardless, but this location is kind of hidden, out of the way for those doing any shopping near the mall. Lots of gaming options, game related merchandise, and a very friendly staff. Edward was helpful and professional even though he wasnt feeling 100% definitely a great work ethic. His coworkers were there immediately to have his back and ensure customer satisfaction regardless. Fair trade in prices that best buy couldnt touch! Ill be returning soon. Thanks everyone!

This is my favorite location. A very knowledgeable staff and super friendly. Theyve always got suggestions for games my family might like without making me feel pressured into getting them. . . but I sometimes give in and they havent been wrong yet!

Im mostly a PC guy, so this place isnt exactly my cup of tea, but I can still admit that for those who like console gaming, this place is pretty great. My only gripe is the weird return policy. I got a xbox one controller for my PC, and I wasnt a fan of the one I bought, so I went to return it, and was told i couldnt, unless it was defective

Did a multi trade- in and bought exclusive figures from the store credit; staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Sat in front of the store calling for 45 mins as the employee sat texting and calling on her cell phone but would not answer the store phone to pick up order before I got sick of it and left

I never bothered wasting my money nor my time with anyone other than a Gamestop staff member. Sam, Chance and the entire staff are willing to go the distance and make things easier and more efficient working for the customer.

Great staff very helpful my husband had just got out of the hospital and didnt feel up to going in the young lady took her time and helped me with a million. Questions the game i got he didnt like i had lost my receipt i went back 2 days latter stressed and there she was with a smile on her face she remembered me and assisted me with a exchange and even asked how he was feeling.

I was sold the wrong game, didnt have much of a variety to choose from but over all the girl was friendly.

The staff a few years back were great but since then, the feel has gone from a welcoming place to just another buisness.

Reviews for businesses like this wont really go very far, but it is what it is. I stopped by a few days before my birthday to trade in some equipment. I was first met by a girl who was so helpful I renewed my Powerup Card (?) subscription to help out her numbers. Well, it got to the point where she wasnt sure how to give me trade-in value on my smartwatch, which was completely understandable. A manager (?), [redacted], walked over and tried to assist me.....and twenty minutes later, after ringing me out for everything else (in his name, not hers), he told me since he couldnt pull up the smartwatch in his system (Samsung Galaxy Watch, mind you), despite the fact I already had a quote from the website, there was nothing he could do. Of course, he just stood there and looked at me like I was being unreasonable when he made no effort whatsoever to figure out how to resolve this issue. I got visibly irritated, which I am sorry for, because I had my wife and son patiently waiting for me in the car (a 30-minute trip that should have only been 10). But guess what? We went across the street to Oak Park Mall, and they were able to find the watch in about two minutes. The manager there confirmed there was no reason for [redacted] to not be able to do this. I dont know what the problem was, and if it would have taken thirty minutes but he was able to find out the problem? I would have been satisfied. Just not impressed with the overall apathy from this employee, and it soured me enough to leave this review. Please, train your employees to learn how to problem solve. Not everything is going to be easy, but when you have customers with a legitimate concern, its worth taking the time to figure these things out. Especially when you can take the time to tell a mom and her son how to cheat the warranty system to get a new pair of headphones.Id love to provide more feedback to management about this incident if possible. I dont want to shame the specific employee, but apparently this isnt the first time the OTHER store has received complaints about this person... Unfortunately.

Went in here one time. Employees refused to honor the price on their own website for GTA V. Employees were also rude and seemed to not care that I was upset.
