DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU HAVE SOMEONE ELSE TO INSTALL!!!(Not sure why pictures arent showing...).Kitchens - Baths & UNFINISHED is right!!! In the beginning when we met with Deirdre she was very helpful and answered any questions my husband and I had. All of the staff working within the office and with our design was easy to work with. We were working on a kitchen remodel.The issues started when the install started. We were connected with their installation guy named Kirk and was assured that he does great work. Unfortunately, we didnt have this experience at all!!! Our biggest issue is that no one ever came back to complete the finishing touches on the kitchen, even after we waited months for the extra pieces to arrive. Heres a list of a few issues we encountered:-We were told Kirk would deliver the cabinets and no cost wasmentioned. Kirk asserted that he should be charging us $100 fordelivery.-Kirks hired help was late a few times (hours late)!-We contacted the office and Kirk directly to try and get him to comeback and finish the kitchen, once extra pieces came in. No one hascontacted us after follow-up with them and Kirks contact said shewould let Kirk know, but we never heard anything. Our kitchen wasstarted 7 months ago. Still nothing!!!-The doorknobs to the cabinets keep coming loose and turning. Looksfunky because they are square. I just keep going around andtightening them every so often. Im assuming this can happen andwasnt the biggest complaint.-Gap between crown molding and ceiling-Gap between wall and cabinet-Drill holes not filled in-Bottom trim coming apart from cabinet. Had to duct tape together to keep daughter from getting hurt on it or someone accidentally ripping the whole thing apart-HUGE gap between floor and bottom of cabinet...Heres some pictures to show whats not finished. This is not what we paid for and I chose to write this post because Im so sick of seeing an unfinished kitchen. We wanted the kitchen completed in a timely fashion because not having a kitchen and a 7 month old baby at home was very difficult for us. Everytime we brought up something we were unhappy with or didnt seem complete, Kirk seemed interested in completing other projects he was working on elsewhere and didnt want to be bothered. If it werent for the installation problems I would have given 4.5 stars.

Very helpful, reasonably priced and my cabinets look beautiful! Have worked with them on two kitchens and would highly recommend.

I LOVE MY NEW KITCHEN!!Kitchens - Baths & Unfinished Furniture went out of their way to work around my incredibly hectic schedule( I travel a lot), and make my remodel go as smooth as possible! They helped me schedule all my contractors, and Im extremely happy with the final cost of my Cabinets, Quartz Tops and Labor... Well below three other bids I had! They were also very prompt in responding to me anytime i needed anything or had a question! In my opinion they have the best quality cabinetry for the price, and their customer service is excellent! I cant recommend them enough!!

I just finished remodeling my kitchen with Kitchens and Baths, They made it very easy.. Great Design Service (They came out to my house and gave me a free measure and design), Very Competitive Pricing, Top Notch Service and Quality Cabinets! I cant recommend them enough!

Ive only gone in for furniture and the staff are very: friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. When I graduate I will be using them for kitchen design cabinets and more.

Kitchens and Baths KC are VERY GOOD!!They definitely had the best quality cabinets we looked at for the money. We compared their bids to quite a few other cabinet shops, and it wasnt even close!Just an honest company with great pricing, and a pleasure to work with!They were very patient with us, and came up with some very creative ideas that we would never have thought of for an awkward kitchen space in our very old home.We just love our new kitchen! They are doing our bathrooms next, and I cant recommend them enough!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS HORRIBLE QUALITY BUSINESS. Do Not Purchase from this place. This company does not care about your kitchen or any customer service whatsoever. They came out to measure and the quote was completely wrong, we went back to the store and helped them correct it. When we got the cabinets 7 weeks later, one of them was broken and they still had a wrong dimension that made the cabinets extend into the entryway. We called them and went to the store immediately and they didnt help whatsoever. We talked to the salesman and the manager and they insulted me, my wife and my contractor and called us all idiots. They said its our fault for not catching their error earlier, and its our job to customize their cabinets to make them work for our kitchen. They did not offer any money back, they did not offer a home visit, they did not take ownership of their mistakes and they will not return or exchange. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS HORRIBLE QUALITY BUSINESS. Dont make the mistake we made in giving this company a chance, believe me, they will ruin your project and waste your time and money.

From start to finish, The folks at Kitchens and Baths KC were wonderful to work with! They were courteous, prompt and designed an incredible Kitchen, Master Bath Vanity and Walk in Shower for our new home!This is our third house weve remodeled, My wife and I are very picky and we shopped around thoroughly. Kitchens and Baths by far had the highest quality for the best price!! They came out for a free measure, were extremely patient while letting my wife and I make countless changes until we had a design we loved, and did everything they said they would do. I only wish we had known about them for our previous two remodels!We already have them started on our Basement Bar!!

The team at KBUF was great from start to finish on my reface project. The designers were easy to work with and provided a competitive quote. All the doors arrived on time and were very high quality. The install took just three days and the new kitchen looks great.

We just finished our most recent remodel of a kitchen, master bathroom and a basement bar, and as usual, it could not have gone smoother!!From the minute I contact them, they always listen carefully to my needs, and are professional, courteous, and efficient! I am always amazed at the incredible designs they come up with that meet the budgets I give them (which is not always easy!!)in an industry where so many things need to be coordinated, Kitchens and Baths has never failed to consistently deliver on cabinet quality, price and customer service over such a long period of time... over 20 years for us!I normally dont post reviews on line, but i wanted to speak out, because Ive seen a couple negative reviews here. While I dont know the exact details of what transpired with these people, I find it hard to believe that whatever issues they had were not addressed as quickly and efficiently possible by Kitchens and Baths!As I stated above, Ive been in the remodeling business for over 20 years, there are ALWAYS quite a few moving parts to contend with and coordinate: Customers, Trucking Companies, Other Contactors, Etc.., And occasionally that can lead to unforeseen delays that are out of everyones hands (Anyone telling you different, is flat out lying!).However, as occasional as these issues are, I have never received better service from anyone else in this industry addressing and fixing any un-foreseen issue that may arise on any of our projects, than from Kitchens and Baths.Folks, That customer service, is the sign of a great company!! Trust me...Ive worked with plenty of other cabinet shops and hardware stores who could care a less about what happens to you after the purchase, and its like pulling teeth to get something corrected. Kitchens and Baths just does what it takes to help solve the problem as fast as they are able!Thats why for over 20 years, I remain a loyal customer to Kitchens and Baths and the incredible people that work there!! You would be crazy not to use them and judge them for your self!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! Went in three times over 10 days to get a price on two cabinet doors. Started out at $200 a door, then they found a different manufacturer and quoted aprx. $90 a door. Then I got a call and Deidre and she said are you sitting down, Itll be $650.00 and now they arent sure if they can color match. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ! Gave me a price then strung me along and now they simply cant remember what they quoted !

Let me correct my name, Lesley Ramirez, I do not post reviews but working with Kitchens, Baths and Unfinished Furniture on my kitchen remodel has been a nightmare and I am at my wits end and I dont know what else to do. The project started this past summer and I am still missing doors that may or may not be in after the 1st of the year. Similar to other customers, our kitchen was completely mismeasured by Deidre while the cabinets came in a reasonable amount of time, most of them had to be reordered because of the mismeasure adding weeks and weeks on to the project time line. Some of the cabinets came in damaged and a different color then what they were supposed to be so those had to be reordered as well, again, adding more time. I have had to have reorders of reorders of the reordered (yes thats 3 reorders) because of damaged reorders (from the manufacturer) or Unfinished reordering the wrong item even after I supplied them pictures. I had to let go their recommended contractor, Kirk, because he was not showing up to the job or if he did, he would show up around 10am, take a lunch, work few hours and leave. The new contractor that I hired had to redo a lot of the work Kirk did because it was incorrect, for example, he completely cut all the electrical wires going to my dishwasher, the new contractor had never seen anything like it. So I had to come up with extra money just to fix Kirks mistakes. Chad and Pam have been friendly and have tried to untangle the mess that was made, but I wish I never would have stepped foot in the store. If I can get my doors, I would love to be done with them, as I am sure they would love to be done with me.

We got very high quality cabinets at affordable prices and excellence service. Well go back when we need more.

We have been using Kitchens-Baths & Unfinished Furniture for at least 15 years now. They have designed and supplied cabinetry for over 25 homes and condominiums for us!They are the best...Period! We have tried a lot of other cabinets companies, Home Depot and Lowes, Menards, and its not even close when comparing quality, cost and customer serviceThe Kitchens and Baths design team never fails us! Their ideas are always fresh, they are creative, maximize our space and are current with the latest trends. Im always amazed at what they come up with and what they can do with the budgets I give them.They are so easy to work with and they dont play games! I highly recommend checking them out before making any decisions on any cabinet purchase, you wont be disappointed!!

Remodeled my kitchen about a year ago and then recently finished my basement. Both times the product and design has been great.

The cabinets we bought turned out really nice and the price was reasonable. However, dont believe that they will be able to connect you with an installer. They assured us, multiple times, that their guy, kirk, could do the installation within a week or two of the cabinets being delivered.Unfortunately, that didnt happen and trying to find someone to install cabinets in KC is a challenge unless youre willing to navigate Craigslist. When I started calling around to find an installer, all the cabinet installers work for other cabinet manufacturers and they will only install cabinets that they sell you and the guys I got spoke with via Craigslist were shady, to say the least.Knowing what I know now, I would have done business with another cabinet company with better customer service and a more streamlined approach to avoid the six month headache that our kitchen remodel turned into. And when its all said and done, we didnt save a dime.
