The service has been great, but the installation team is why I wanted to leave a review. They were incredibly professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. By far the most comfortable I’ve been with anyone doing work in my home.I also felt that they went out of the way to cover high risk areas adequately - despite the fact it made their job a tad harder. No cutting corners. Highly recommend!

Well I hear these guys are good. They installed a system at one of my locations but when I tried to contact them for a quote for a new commercial property I bought the salesman seems not interested, weeks went by without a emailed quote. I called the office and tried to find out what the issue was, he said he had my email wrong, but they had my phone number in the system and knew exactly what address I was calling about. So someone did in fact have some contact information, my realtor also gave her business card. He said he would email me a new quote, now its been a few more weeks and Im no closer to getting an alarm system installed. I was looking forward to working with Atronic, but Ill have to look elsewhere now.

James and Doug were well organized during our very involved 54 unit inspection. They were very considerate of our elderly residents and we appreciate the thoroughness of their inspection. I highly recommend Atronic Alarms & hope James and Doug know how much we appreciate the first class service!

Atronics is the Best! Fast and efficient customer service!

Technician was very helpful and polite. It is disappointing that my two options for fixing my system is to spend $250 for a new piece of equipment or sign a 3 year contract for $5 more per month. I have been a great customer for several years but will probably look for a new company.

As a security professional, I had the pleasure of working with Atronic Alarms in a business capacity for a number of years. After having witnessed their work ethic and knowledge in the alarm field, I had a system installed in my own home. I consider Atronic Alarms a gourmet security alarm business. Their installations are tailored to your own needs and checkbook - they are not a packaged one size fits all company like many have become. Their monitoring is categorically the best I have ever seen in 40+ years as a security specialist working in government and the private sector.

The company we started with 30+ years ago has been bought and sold, but we stayed with all of the new owners. Atronic Alarms is by far the best company we have ever had. We recently upgraded everything. They corrected all of our issues, updated all of our smoke and gas detectors, fixed our WiFi issues and made everything so easy to use. Our programmer, Denver, was so helpful and just a pleasure to have in our home. EVERYONE at Atronic Alarms is so willing to help and are so kind. I cant say enough good things about this company. I trust them and am so happy that they monitoring our system.

Paul was very helpful and kind in setting up our system. I even had questions after he left and he came back to assist us. He even drew a picture of what I needed to do so if I had questions later I had a reference.

Is there anything more frustrating than when you want to give someone your business and they don’t even call you back? I was all ready to switch from our other security company that we have had for 10 years after I was referred by a neighbor, however no one will call me back. I called three days ago at 3pm. A woman took my phone number, my name,and my address and told me a sales person would call me soon. Nothing. Don’t bother. Apparently they don’t need any new business. And isn’t it scary to think that if you needed them in an emergency this is how they might handle a call-back situation? No thanks.
