The technician Eric had a challenge ahead of him when he came to my home. But he stuck his neck out and he found what was causing the problem and he fixed it and now I don’t have to listen to the beeping noise anymore! What a great Technician! Very likable! An Alert 360 rep came to our home and told us that Vivint was under federal investigation and that we should go with them. They said that they would take care of the cancellation with Vivint. They removed the Vivint system and installed their system. After three months, I realized we were paying for both systems.We contacted Vivint and were told that we had a contract until a certain date. We called Alert 360 to tell them and were told that we could not cancel our contract with them. So now we feel like we have been deceived by the Alert 360 rep and were stuck with 2 alarm companies. Were still trying to figure out how to get out of this situation.

He came in and checked the equipment and I believe he found a panel defective, and he replaced it and the system is back in working order.Outside the lowest mounted camera had only one screw. Certainly 5 Stars to the technician. He was efficient, personable, on time & communicated well. Minor misunderstanding at 1st prior to the technician coming out when we had a problem with our system, but once connected with the right people they took care of their customer and made sure everything was right. Gave options but did not high pressure. Listened to what we needed and made it happen. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an alarm system monitoring company that know what they want.

Alert was cheaper and no pressure and arrived and installed system with no issues and proves that if you have great product and customer service and reputation you don’t need sales tactics to sign or keep customers. We recently moved to the Kansas City area and Im so thankful that I chose central security group to protect my family and my home! They provide me with so many features that allow me to control my alarm system from my phone, tablet and computer! It also allows me to view my cameras while Im away from home. Basically they give me so much more than my previous alarm company did, AND at a lower rate! Their customer service provided from their local office is top-notch! Ill definitely be recommending them to my friends and family!

They ensure the job is completely correct and if an alarm is triggered they are all over it!! Annnnd I love their app!
