Sad to say they no longer sell retail only wholesale. Its too bad. The business complain about the internet sales, then they shut out the DYI guy and he has to go to the internet. So Bummed.
This place is 1000 times more fun now that they have barred the amateurs. People if you dont know what youre doing then dont get mad at retail clerks who are also not professional appliance repair people.
I always had great service and found the parts I needed when I came here. So bummed that they are now closed to the public. Screw you, Covid!

Support local businesses rather than ordering online! I was doing a DIY fridge repair, and got the part I needed within 10 minutes. Great help at the counter.
I went in with my dryer model number, pictures surrounding the parts I needed, and the parts I needed to replace. The first rep didnt even look at the 2 (TWO) wiring harness pigtails I had on the counter, he ordered some random wiring harness. The second rep looked at the part that was ordered and made the excuse for the first rep that he couldnt see a picture, google helped me find a picture. The second rep said he would get the ball rolling to contact LG.... he didnt. I was called and told i needed a whole harness for $70 for a 10in pigtail thats not a part of the main harness. ABSOLUTELY NOT IMPRESSED TO SAY THE LEAST.
This store has a lot of parts in stock that I needed for my dryer when it went out when all the other stores in the Kansas City area did not. I did not like that you could not see what was available online but the customer service on the phone was great. When I went into the store to pick up the items, there were two people working. So I had to wait for only 5 minutes before getting help and even after the other customers were being rude to the sales people the sales people were nice to me.
They were a tremendous help and had everything in stock that I needed..I needed the parts today and not having to order those parts and wait a few days to get them was a huge relief..

May be fine for contractors, but for my needs parts were much cheaper on Amazon even including next day shipping. Lesson learned. Will not come back.
Dont know how anyone can rag on this place. My POS, 3 year old, Frigidaire stove went out and thanks to YouTube, I found out exactly how to fix it. Called the 800 number and talked to a pleasant, knowledgeable young man, ordered and paid for the part and the next morning picked it up at there Lenexa facility. The counter man knew who I was and retrieved my part promptly. I thought I was getting away with no shipping charge until I saw that Kansas charged me $15 sales tax. Not Marcones fault. I will call them first next time a need a part PS there price was right in line with Sears and other parts suppliers I chacked
I couldnt even get to a live person because there were so many great offers I had to listen to. When I pressed 0 to see if I could get to a live operator, it disconnected me. I dont have time to wait to here offers forauto clubs, free home alert systems, etc.. I will never ever call them back

Lousy experience. Employee treated me like a second class citizen (I think for being a homeowner instead of an commercial account). The furnace fan motor was cheaply made, VERY expensive and is real noisy. I wish I would have lived without AC for an extra day and bought it online.
