The heating element went out in my 30 year old oven. I called Dey Distributing to see if they had one in stock. They did not, but they were able to get one shipped directly to me from one of their other locations. Two days later, it arrived by FedEx and I was back in business. The gal who helped me over the phone was so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Dey Distributing!

Person who answered did not speak very clearly, sounded like they had something in their mouth, and was extremely unhelpful. I am not even sure they said the name of the company when they answered so I had to verify I reached the right company. Work for an HVAC company and have for years have never had a parts house handle a customer call like this.

This is a cool (toy) tool store plus the sell parts for Appliances and more We went there to buy a part in the guys was very knowledgeable

The guy on the phone was helpful and said they had the part I needed but when we went into the store to get it the woman at the counter was very rude and not helpful at all! She was not willing to help us find a water filter we needed or help us find another part for our dryer. Very disappointed! Wont go back or recommend this store!
