Came here after the museum of ancient life, and the california burger was good, except for their “avocado” inside. it was one mushed up slice of avocado that was about the size of a fry.the fries were well seasoned and yummy, but soggy. the cheese fries were just fries with cold nacho cheese pumped on.pretty okay food, the burgers are done well.

Great sandwiches & salad! Try the Pulled Pork salad. Good service and good prices. Stay for the ice cream !

A reliable source of deli food. It seems like they used to have more variety especially in the non sandwich category so i felt disappointed about that. I did enjoy the quiche and especially the soup.

Went to get the kids ice cream after the gardens. Love the soft serve here, and just a heads up it only comes in vanilla, chocolate, or twist. Its always very smooth and creamy. Kids size is only .50 cents and a regular is $1. The ice cream amount is very generous too!The employees were very kind and very very fast! Id say the best service Ive had there to date. Either way, go for the soft serve, its delicious!

Holy cow! The beat value ice cream around! I had no idea their serving size was so huge! It makes it really fun to eat here and it’s very reasonably priced. Next time I’ll defiantly be sharing so we don’t have to throw away so much.

After running around the Museum of Ancient History we were pretty hungry and this Deli and the ice cream shop were so perfect! Kid friendly atmosphere. They have good selection on the kids menu. I tried their special of the day, which was salmon burger. The soft served ice cream swirls were our favorite and so delicious. A great place for lunch.

Visible mold on the outside of the soda machine. In the ice dispensers, on the tray... I hate to imagine whats inside the machine where the ice is made. This is not sanitary please clean this for your patrons.Many people have mold allergies and this could trigger stuff. Food was good, I hope the kitchen appliances are clean.

Took the kids to the butterfly biosphere, then went to lunch here. It was pretty busy, lots of people. Our buzzer hadnt gone off, and the people in front of us and behind us got their meals, so I went to go check on it. Dakota was helping me and he was amazing. There was a problem with our order and both Dakota and and Maria took very good care of us and got us taken care of. Thank you for your great customer service.

Love Thanksgiving Point! The atmosphere is very cute. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. I especially love their ice cream parlor and all the different types of Sundaes you can get. Very family friendly.

Staff and service were good. I was craving a BLT and was not satisfied. The little bacon there was was good but I had to shift the two little cut up slices around to have any bacon on most of the sandwich. The sourdough bread was fine but Ive had better. Fries were also fine but not good

Great food and very prompt. We go here with my kids after the museum or butterfly biosphere. They are very courteous and are willing to fix a problem if it comes up. Its a great place with reasonable prices!

I asked my 7 kids what they would rate this food and they all said 10. I said out of 5 stars and half said 10 and the others said 5. It was high quality, great taste, and good service. we had hamburgers, chicken strips, quiche and bean burger. we would recommend d all of them. the French fries were large and delicious. The fry sauce was great as well.

The sandwiches are generous for a good price and they were delicious. The ice cream shop there is a good deal, too. I was expecting it to cost more at Thanksgiving Point.

We just spent the afternoon with our grandchildren at the Butterfly Museum. What a fun learning experience. There are all kinds of live exhibits along with interactive displays teaching about insects. There’s a butterfly aquarium with a rain forest environment and butterflies everywhere. So cool! Our granddaughter was fascinated with the ant exhibit. The great thing is that there are three restaurants right there at Thanksgiving Point.

Average deli and pretty decent ice cream. Great place to eat when you’ve been spending the day at Thanksgiving Point. The venue is nice and the service is really good but the food doesn’t seem to measure up to where you might hope. Still decent and you probably won’t regret the decision to eat there if the kids are hungry but not a place I’ll seek out if I was hungry or for a night out.

Expensive for food that is tasteless. Stay away from the Mac and cheese. Its a watery pasta substance underneath the plastic-like top.

I work over at the butterfly biosphere and come here for lunch all the time. food is fantastic and you can also order online which makes it a million times better. everyone is so friendly and a great enviornment. I would recomend ordering online if the line is long so you dont have to wait in a line and still get your food

I know a lot of people come here because of deserts, but they also have a great options of sandwiches, the sizes are good and they made all from scratch always so that give a distinctive taste to everything, the balance between price and size of serving is perfect.

The sandwiches are overpriced for the quality and the soft-serve ice cream, which used to be awesome, was pathetic. This is my third bad experience and after three strikes, they’re out. Plus, the two guys serving didn’t really care. Too bad as I am a fan of Thanksgiving Point.

Guys. This place is adorable! They have an old fashioned ice cream bar with $1 soft serve cones and raspberry frozen yogurt cones for $1.25! And the menu choices for ice cream look amazing. If we lived around here this would definitely be a regular visit for us!

With the family pass, we visit TP many times a month. And we eat here every chance we get! Portions are large. The burgers are AMAZING!! Even my picky kids devour them like theyve not eaten in months. In fact, aside of my own, these are the only burgers they eat before stuffing themselves with fries. We never finish our fries...lol!

Im writing this review just for the Ice Cream Parlor. The rumor is that some of the founders of Novell started Thanksgiving Point for entertainment for families. Whatever the reason is, its worth it stop by and just walk around. The parlor itself is built just like the Ice Cream Parlors of looonggg ago. Its a neat little atmosphere.To start off, we had the warm cookie sunday. When it got to us, it was a warm, gooey, Fudgy, mess of deliciousness. We started devouring the ice cream, and believe me, it took two adults a long time to get through the amount of ice cream we were provided.

Yummy and inexpensive ice cream! A great way to finish off a visit to Thanksgiving Point.

The hours posted publicly are not accurate. This deli isn’t open at 10am. They post in paper form on the door that they open at 11am. Easy fix to save a lot people a lot of time.

Yum! I had the special of the day, steak and vegetable soup. Served hot, yeah! Everything was in nice bite pieces: another plus. Looking at the menu it looks like there are lots of good choices. Lots of tables to choose from, high tables, low tables, large tables and smell tables.

Probably the best spot to stop, if you just cant get the family back into the car and drive down the road. They offer nice sandwiches, and options for the kids, and do their best to get the food out in a hurry. We have enjoyed their fries in a moment of melt down with the little ones, and like the open seating and chance for the kids to rove around the area without getting into too much trouble. They have a nice dessert glass case, but will often head over to the ice cream area for a dessert to share after the fun at Thanksgiving Point.

We ate in the little ice cream parlor. My daughter had a unicorn sundae, I had the S mores sundae and my husband had the brownie ala mode.. everything was sooooooo good! Nice staff, too! Reasonable prices!

Deli is super yummy! Mostly sandwiches and there’s some soups and salads. Everything is so good. The ice-cream shop there is also great. Can get pretty busy during events or on weekends.

This place is hit and miss. Its ran by kids so when its busy the interior is a mess and the wait can be up to an hour. Skip this place on Tuesdays unless you dont mind the wait. When its empty is good.

I ordered five single scope bowls and it took over an hour. This place was poorly staffed.

We come here all the time. They’ve changed the way you get your food, now with buzzers instead of table delivery. Still great food with lots of options for kids. We love to get ice cream at the dessert counter as well.

Well, I suppose this place is just fine. If you are spending time at Thanksgiving Point and want something to eat without leaving, this is an option. The food is fine . No real negatives but nothing to go out of your way for either. The prices is what gets me. The value just isnt there. Employees are friendly enough. Plenty of seats available. Parking at TP is a mixed bag as always. Egress depends on which side you exit and the time as well as season.

This place is a hidden gem. Great burgers and desert options. My kids love the icecream. It gets overlooked because of all the other food places. If you want a quick bite visit the deli. They have their harvest restaurant in the same building for a little more formal dinning experience.

This place is very roomy and spacious and I loved the amount of available seating (especially lots of outdoor seating). Also, it was VERY reasonably priced -- one of the cheaper lunch dates Ive ever been on. The food, however, was just okay. The sandwiches were good... enough... Id say its probably well worth it for the price and the great dining area.

The muffins and breakfast sandwiches here are amazing. Also, I highly recommend the soup in a bread bowl, as well as the Philly cheese steak. There is quite a lot of seating both inside and out. The prices are a little high, but significantly better than could be expected of a museum/touristy place, and if you get a Thanksgiving Point membership, you do get 10% off your food.

My kids love their kids meals and its really convenient if youre at the museum or farm. They have decent sandwiches and burgers. Their salads could be improved. We also love the little ice cream shop next door. We miss their frozen yogurt though.

I have to say that the food here is great and the ice cream is awesome. However, I probably will not be coming back. My family went for dinner and we had arrived about an hour before closing. The manager at the time (3-4-2017) was so keen on getting us to leave that he gave us to go boxes to rush us out 15 minutes before closing.On top of that he was very deamening and rude to another employee when my mother and sister went to get ice cream. They asked for a Sunday, the employee at the counter said no problem, however the manager that night (3-4-2017) followed my family to the counter only to correct his employee right after my family said what they wanted. Apparently, there is a rule to not serve certain ice creams after 8:45. Rules are rules and that makes sense, but when explaining this to his fellow employee, he was extremely rude to her in front of us customers. On top of that she embarrassingly told us that that rule has never been enforced.I guess the rule is enforced only when it is convenient for that manager. So because of that manager on the night of (3-4-2017), I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK, NOR WILL MY FAMILY.I hope this is read by whoever his superior is so the problem can be addressed. It would greatly improve business.

We were told if we bought the Thanksgiving point cups that we could get refills of whatever we wanted for a dollar a day. We have ordered cappuccinos in them multiple times and not had an issue. Today we were told that they can only be used for fountain drinks and that we should not have been allowed the espresso drinks which was the whole reason we got the cups to begin with. The managers allowed us to get them today which was nice but it sucks that we were lied to about the concept of the whole thing in the beginning.

The food is always good, they have excellent Ive cream in the pastor next door and the service is always quick and polite. Definitely a place my family loves to eat

They just changed their menu and the food is INCREDIBLE. I highly recommend the grilled veggie wrap, it is the best vegetarian wrap Ive ever had. The decorations are always so festive and cute, and the service is fantastic as well. I go there all the time and have never had a bad experience.

This place is the best. My kids are picky about fast food, (they wont eat at McDonalds, burger king or places like that.) They love this place. Its the kind of place where you order and then sit and wait for your food to be delivered. Its delicious! You cant go wrong with anything from here. And then the ice cream counter next to it has excellent prices!

Up until recently this place wasnt too bad, the mousse cake is to die for! But ever since the employees were I guess required to all wear those weird trucker tower hats, Ive noticed the friendly, smiling attitudes if the deli workers disappear, it really ruined the whole experience for me. Every time I eat at the deli now I cant help but feel like Im eating at a sports bar rather than the warm, relaxed atmosphere deli that I know and love. 👎

My wife loves this place, I like the scenery and the location the best but their sandwiches are the same quality as my kitchen made sandwiches... nothing special... but good... but there are better tasting breads and greens and meats and everything at many other places... I love thanksgiving point tho... good sandwich is worth the view but sometimes I want an amazing sandwich and must venture elsewhere...

All the food is so good and fresh, and the French fries are my favorite anywhere!! Plus getting the discount from my membership is a good little bonus. They are generous with their ice cream portions and really nice! I wish they had sherbet though, or more vegan options :)

I am 7 months pregnant, and recently found out that I have a soy allergy. We waited in line for ice cream for about 20 minutes, and when I asked about soy in their ice cream, the young man working behind the counter did his best to find out. It turns out that all of their ice cream and their frozen yogurt contain soy. I was grateful that he would check for me. But disappointed that we waited so long and I couldnt have anything.We went over to the deli to see if I could get a pastry. After waiting about 10 minutes for her to help one family, the lady behind the counter wouldnt even check for me, or find someone who might have known the answer. She just told me she didnt know and just stood there waiting for us to leave.All in all, I have a mixed review, as one counter was nice enough to help and find out, but one was not. I know it isnt a commonly asked question, but employees should know how to access allergen information. It was a long disappointing trip to Thanksgiving Point.

Good food little spendy though

Good variety of food. Reasonable prices. I ordered a chicken and pineapple sandwich and it came with fries in a drink. The sandwich was alright the fries were really good. The pineapple and chicken were a little too big for the buns it was served with.

Eating their Philly Cheese Steak sandwich! Delicious food and nice atmosphere. They have soft ice cream also for the kiddos and kids 3yrs old and younger get a free kids cone.

Always enjoyed Tower Deli. Salads are pretty good, and I also get the tuna melt which I love. Its funny because its so simple but so good with the fries. Ive never had the burgers, Ill have to try one but I just love the tuna melt too much to try anything else.

Almost phased but when looking for a place to eat. So very happy I stopped in. My Ruben was warm and delicious and the magic bar was huge. Wish I had room for ice cream because ice cream parlor was handing out treats tours looked really good.
