The cookies are hands down the best cookies Ive ever had in my life. I have been a cookie monster since I was a kid and consider my self a expert. I have never spent more money on a cookie and Im just fine with that. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. My family and I consider this a real treat when we get Crumble. I also think its amazing how they change flavors every week. That takes some real care and work. We will visit this place one a month so we dont get too far from the sugar. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. The check out process and painless. They also offer a rewards program. The only advice I would offer is dont use or promote the malware program that tracks all your activity Tictok. My family and I will definitely be back to get some of the amazing cookies that are constantly keeping us interested and keep our mouths happy.

This is the location my boyfriend and I frequent. It’s always clean in here and the service is great! The cookies are absolutely delicious and well-made; they don’t skimp on toppings/frosting which is nice! Of all the cookie joints we’ve tried, Crumbl has remained at number one. They (the company in general) actually listen to their customers too, that’s the best thing about them. Highly recommend for anyone with a sweet tooth!

Moved my sister to Utah and before then had never heard of the cookies. Her in laws kept telling me I had to try one before leaving back home to Michigan. I got ten to bring home to my girls and tried the chilled sugar cookie....,, seriously the best cookie I have ever had in my life. I googled to see if there was a bakery near us and the closest one is two hours away in An Arbor. I have driven there or sent my daughter several times just for the cookies and buy about 30 each time and freeze them! We travel to Florida frequently too and I found out there is one in the same plaza as our favorite breakfast restaurant Another Broken Egg!!!Went to Diane World a few week’s ago for the opening of Gideon’s Bakery at Disney Springs and was terribly disappointed. They do not touch Crumbl Cookies! When will you come to Disney Springs!!!!!!

I will NEVER NEVER NEVER order crumbl cookies again in my life. I decided to order online and not only did my order show up 5 days pass the delivery date making them stale, but i found a long strand of hair baked in the cookie!!! I had to throw the whole order in the garbage. If I could give 0 stars I would!!

You open the app every week and review the specials. You determine how many visits youll make to complete your list. That has earned my familys Monday routine as of late. Employees are pleasant enough. Prices are on the high end of what I am willing to pay. The location is convenient enough, but parking is atrocious. Somebody really dropped the ball on the parking lot design Egress can be frustrating during high traffic times.

Moved back to Utah about 3 weeks ago and this has been my third trip to Crumbl. My wife and I can’t get enough of the delicious variety of cookie flavors they have each week. You must try a cookie the next time you see a Crumbl.

The staff is always friendly whether it’s a walk in or a curbside pickup. Everything is on time and delivered with a smile. The store is clean, organized and smells great. Crumbl is pleasant surprise every week. Please stop coming out with good flavors to give my sweet tooth a rest. Hehe

Crumbl is sick. Best cookie place ever hands down. Only sad thing is sometimes in the evening some popular flavors run out. But the employees are always kind, willing to help, and provide excellent customer service. 10/10

I love this place! Just thinking about the cookies makes my mouth water. I can’t walk in the store without trying something because it always smells SO amazing! They are my favorite cookies around! They are very rich, huge and always warm and gooey with the perfect crust on the outside! I consider myself to have a big appetite and can only eat about 1/2 of a cookie. In our family we usually buy an assortment, cut them into quarters then sample a bunch of them. My personal favorites are the classic chocolate chip, the Oreo, and peanut butter chocolate.

Sometimes they’re sold out and it can take a minute, but they always come through with a free cookie coupon for next time. The cookies are great too.

Here in Utah, there’s a cookie debate between Crumbl’s and Chip’s cookies. To me, Chip is fine. It’s not a bad cookie- but when you compare it to Crumbl, it’s not a great cookie either. Crumbl is everything you want in a cookie- and more! They are perfect. Each Crumbl flavor is moist, has great texture, balanced frosting-to-cookie ratio, and soft. They keep well so I can enjoy a piece the next day (and let’s be honest, sometimes it’s part of my breakfast because I can’t help myself). Sometimes I’ll microwave the cookie to re-heat it; other times I’ll enjoy leftovers at room temperature. Either way it’s delicious! And that’s a win for me.I didn’t know I could love a cookie brand as much as I love Nike. Everything about this company is extraordinary. Crumbl has me asking myself every Sunday, “What flavors will be announced for this week?” I’m a Crumbl advocate- I’ll talk your ear off on how their sleek presentation and business model is better than any other cookie or sweet treat place out there.What I’m trying to say is: if you’re ever craving a cookie, go get it at Crumbl. Even when you’re not craving a cookie, you need to visit Crumbl. Prepare to be amazed!

Wow these cookies are amazing and even better when warm. The cookies all looked just as good in person as they do on the website. The actual cookie is soft and chewy, the icing rich and creamy and the toppings go well with the rest of the cookie! Menu does rotate weekly so need to check if they have your fav!

Order for curbside pickup - both stalls were taken so I just took the spot next to them. The girl that brought my cookies out to me was less than happy that I wasn’t in a designated parking spot and made sure I knew about her frustration around that. I apologized and explained that there wasn’t a spot available.I then opened my box to find not one, but two cookies without frosting. I had to go inside and get them frosted. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Great tasting cookies. I love that they rotate new flavors each week. Good location and easy to access. Be prepared to share because everyone will want one. Some cookies can be a bit too sweet. Its usually best to cut them into smaller pieces.

This location is terrible!! We are consistently disappointed by the lack of customer service. Tonight we ordered curbside and sat in our car waiting for our order to be brought out. We waited over 15 minutes, all while watching the 4 employees standing around doing nothing. We then watched two friends of an employee come in and walk behind the counter and get their own cookies. To make matters worse, by this point they had several customers inside and only one employee seemed to actually be helping anyone. We have had similar experiences over the last several months at only this location and it’s a joke. The convenience of this location is not worth the horrible lack of customer service!

You walk in and this place looks soooo nice! I’m a marketer and can appreciate a well branded store! Great work peeps, oh and great cookies too! This is more of a 2 person cookie orrrr you can break off pieces slowly and turn the one giant cookie into 4 smaller cookies so you don’t feel as guilty. We go the white chip macadamia cookie and it was still warm and soooooo good!

I had trouble ordering tonight with a gift card. I called the store to try and figure it out. By the time I got it to work, the order went in for tomorrow morning because they were closing. I called again to cancel the order. The manager was very sweet and got me taken care of. She called me back a few minutes later and offered to bring me some anyway because she felt bad and could tell I really wanted cookies. It made me smile and It was the sweetest thing anyone has done for me in awhile. I didn’t get Crumbl cookies tonight, but I will next time I need cookies. You made my day!

Service is incredibly slow. The manager is trying their best but I was waiting for over an hour and a half and couldn’t get a definite time for when the order would be done. You could see the shortage of cookies and the employees doing the baking were slow and looked like their heads were in the clouds. The cookies are great but I watched around 12 people walk out during the time I was there for a lack of quick, reliable service.

Worst customer service! Placed a catering order in December and had payed for the order to be bagged before pickup. When we picked up the order, nothing was said to us but when we got to the car and checked, the cookies werent in bags, and there werent bags to be found. We went back in where they told us that they didnt have any bags, and thats why they didnt do it. But they had never called to let me know, and didnt even bring it up at pick up. They told us we would be refunded the cost of the bags by the end of the day. We werent. Called the following monday to check up on it, spoke to the manager who told me they were workin with corporate to get my refund and she would text and call when it was approved. Heard nothing for two months. I called the customer service line to figure out what was going on. She told me that they would call the store and get it taken care of right away. Nothing. So then I emailed their customer service in March. Got a rapid response saying they would take care of it right away. I answered the questions they asked and provided my order information. Havent heard a SINGLE THING since. I am so fed up! Will never be ordering again.

Love Crumbl Cookies! It’s fun trying the ‘weeks cookie flavors’ and we have found some yummy ones, but the regular chocolate chip continues to be the favorite at our house!

Went in on a Saturday around 8:30 pm for a sugar cookie. Sold out. In fact, sold out of like three of the cookies. That said, sugar cookies were out on the prep table with a bucket of frosting. Really? Ordered a box of everything else I did not want. The cornbread cookie was good! That said, the box that was handed to me had smears and was sticky all over. Impressive? I will go back one more time BUT if they are randomly out of sugar cookies again, I won’t be back. I would think it better to throw out a dozen or two spoiled cookies than ever run out. Silly, silly business acumen.

I love crumbl! The cookies are delicious and the idea of cookie delivery is genius. The stores are always clean when I go in and the staff has been friendly and helpful.

We love Crumbl. Only problem is their website doesnt recognize our address so they can never deliver to us.

The cookies are usually good, sometimes overcooked. But they are regularly out of some of the flavors. They don’t keep their inventory notifications updated, so it’s not until after you order and pay that they tell you that you can choose a different kind of cookie or wait 20 minutes. If you ask for money back they will do it but not very kindly.

Cookies were amazing. Was a bit taken back that they do not enforce the mandatory mask mandate. Couple customers with no masks ordered food ahead of me and employees said nothing. Even the employees in back making the food had no masks on while working right beside coworkers. Great cookies but if you concerned about Covid, go somewhere else.

Currently a mess. I was there at 4:30 on Saturday. Big line, no one knew where to order, where to go for app pickups. Cornbread cookies were backed up so I waited. Then they lost my order. Like couldn’t find it in the system and I had to tell them what I ordered again.The girls working were nice but way more direct and clear signage needed and something about the process is off.
