I called to ask about some prices of new book bags and the sales people went above and beyond by personally taking pictures on their phones and texting them to me with the prices so I could see everything myself because I live almost an hour away. I’ve never had customer service that great before! They were so polite, helpful and friendly!

Great selection at outlet prices. They also have a small mens section. Highly recommend.

I was in this store today (4/26/2021) at 1:10pm and had the worst experience I’ve ever had at an MK store. As a long time customer(8+ years) I went in with the intention of definitely spending some money. Me and my mom walked in and said hello and the women working there said nothing and looked us up and down like we were less than or that we didn’t belong. I let it go and we looked around, I found 3 bags I wanted to buy but was being basically stalked the whole time I shopped by an associate (young woman,long brown hair) I then turn around to ask her if I can help her with something and she looks me up and down and then gives a dirty look. At this point I was enraged by the customer service and could not see spending my money somewhere that had no respect for me. So thanks for the horrible customer service, Coach and Kate Spade made $5,000 off of me INSTEAD of you.

Went looking for a wallet and the associate was not knowledgeable on any of the products. The managers just look at you up and down and don’t say anything. As a minority and former retail manager I won’t be going back and stick with Coach

Some item is good for park or gym, nice and neat, but has some good sale selection . Service good they try to helpout customer.

This 1 star is for my very bad experience at this outlet store. We are reseller, we shopped at this store (for the first time) a week ago and made a bill over $500 included a promotion package of one Tote, one Crossbody, and one Wallet, and some T-shirts. Then we got 20% discount for that. However, no one there told me that my bill would be counted as a final sale and couldn’t be able to return. After a couple of days, I had to stop by Mk outlet store at Clarksburg to return some of those items and the seller told me that I wouldn’t be able to do that because those were final sale. There was 2 things happening:1) The sellers explained that because I bought that as a reseller and have discount for that so they can’t make them return for me due to a NEW policy of MK store.2) I’ve never heard about the new policy until she told that, and I thought when I buy those at Leesburg for the first time, someone should let me know clearly. I called Mk outlet at Leesburg later on and luckily they let me return my items but as long as I return all things on my bill. But their attitude was not really reasonable.This afternoon, I came back and returned all items I bought on the bill. Once again, they show ed an angry attitude about that. As a reseller, I understand and accept whatever they told me about the new policy. However, I already explained to them and really wanted to return them because of my own reason and for the first time I didn’t know about the policy. Then they added that would not accept all of my future return because I am reseller. It is fair for me? And Is this the thing that a MK staff expected to treat their customers?I am reseller. Yes. But I sometimes wanna be a regular customer and shop at MK or MK outlet store, and why they treated me like that with an unreasonable attitude that a big brand staff wouldn’t be expected to do.It was not finished yet. I done with my return and went out, but later on I remembered that I had 2 MK bags I also needed to return for my mom. I brought them back to the store with my mom receipt. And still, they showed a negative attitude and didn’t not accept my mom return with the reason that those things were final sale again and that they marked me as a reseller. Honestly, my second return in the same day might bother them, but those 2 bags my mom bought at Clarksburg and were confirmed that those are returnable. So, why their told me those are final sale and didn’t let me return? If it is because they don’t like me, it is not fair and correct. Because I just return for my mom, and it unrelated to my bill or my situation with them before. Anyway, they didn’t make it with an angry attitude. That was what I didn’t understand about the way they treat on the customer even though who they are. I may bother them somehow, but do I deserve to have their treatment like that?

Best place for Michael kors items. I got 80% off today. They have clothes, shoes, all styles of purses at great reduced pricing. Store is located in the Leesburg outlets near Armani Exchange. Store is very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful.

I did not have a positive experience. Michael kors outlet stores do not offer price adjustment. If you purchase something and a week later the price drops, its too bad. I went to return and re-purchase with the new price and the associate refused to re-sell the jacket. I still wanted the jacket so I gave my business to Nordstrom instead. I would not recommend shopping at the MK outlet stores because you can get the same items from big stores and get price adjustments all you want and sometimes even extra promotional coupons. Get your MK stuff else where and save yourselves the headache.

We bought a MK handbag as there are lots of varieties and great offers.

On sale, cheaper, good quality, but there is a lot of fake MK in my country, so I didnt buy it.

The manager (some lady with black hair) lied to us about a price (that we drove 30 minutes for) then when we got there, she kind of just didnt care and ignored the situation. I should of expected this from such a stuck up environment.

Went in there last fall. All the sales associates were rude and uninterested in what we were trying to accomplish. We were purchasing bags for our fire company bingo. Needless to say we went to Coach, Kate Spade and Vera Bradley. They could not have been more helpful and we spent a total of $2,000.00 in handbags. Note to this store...DONT judge people by how they dress!!
