Needed a new dryer door switch and these thieves tried to extort me for 200 dollars for the repair. I politely declined and did it myself it cost me 7 dollars and took about 10 mins. I had to pay these people 60 dollars to try to rip me off.

I have called them multiple times had couple of technicians out they replaced parts and still not working correctly worst company i ever dealt with do not recommend them to anyone. Reporting to the bbb

The repairman was here less than thirty minutes and repaired the stove without discussing the cost before he did the repair. He gave me a whopping bill of $270.00 to unplug a part and plug a new one in. $120.00 for the part and $150.00 for the labor. I absolutely will not be using them in the future. The repairman had horrific body odor. I don’t think they are an honest business.

Called for washing machine repair Monday. Scheduled appointment for same day from 1-4 for tech to come out and see what’s up. Tech calls to push the appointment back during the original 1-4 window stating he will be at the house from 5-7. @6:08pm, tech calls to reschedule for the next day. I understand things happen, but what happened next was why I am rating one star. Office confirmed early Tuesday for the rescheduled appointment from 5-7. 6:30pm rolls around and the tech hasn’t showed or confirmed. I call the office/dispatch number and they say they’ll follow up with the tech to see where he is. He says he is running late and will arrive after 7pm. FINALLY, he shows, but 15 minutes LATE. I get things happen, but the lack of communication and respect from the repair technician earns a 1-star rating...

This companys repair man got me out of a pickle yesterday. My washer was not draining properly. He fixed my issue in no time and I was charged a reasonable price. He earned our repeat service in the future. Will recommend as well.

This company really a scam

This company does not exist. But a agency called appliance repairman will send a person or two. They promised they would fix the appliance issue because technician will bring essential parts for model of the alliance I called in for. The promise was a lie. The part to fix was outrageously priced. Just $100 shy to just get a new appliance. I refused to repair and stuck with a appointment bill.

The technician who came to my house (Herluy) was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired it.

They fixed our gas ovens internal leak and showed us how to maintain the igniters. 5 stars!

THIS IS NOT A LOCAL COMPANY THEY SUB THE WORK OUT. ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THE AUTHORIZATION CHARGE, I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE APPLIED TO THE COST OF THE REPAIR BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE.
