I made my first visit to this facility on the morning of 10/29/21 to drop off a bar-coded carton. I was ready for the. rude service Id seen the reviews.To my surprise very friendly service was provided by a bearded gentleman attending the front counter.Perhaps the rude employee noted in a couple of recent reviews of other customers went to apply at UPS.
I had a similar experience as the previous reviewer. The front counter clerk was rude. I came into the ship center to learn about how I might ship several small boxes of cards without damage. I asked for advice on packaging and she simply pointed at envelopes. I asked about how it works to print the label at home using my corporate account and she offered little support. So, I said, no problem I will figure it out - cant be that hard. So, I asked if I could take some envelopes and she said no. I asked if I could buy envelopes and she said no. She would only let me leave the store with one envelope even though I told her I had 10 packages to ship. This is absurd - she said I could only get envelopes by having them shipped to me. So, over to UPS or USPS it is because it is actually less trouble to request reimbursement than it is to deal with FedEx.
I walked in and waited at the front counter for 5 minutes before the 1 lady that was working there yelled at me that she would be right with me. I was fine not in a rush but from the start of our interaction she was completely rude. I understand that everywhere is short staffed right now but it was beyond uncalled for for her to be so rude when I was nothing but patient. I went there to pick up a package that they had tried to previously deliver to my home address but since I work I was not there to sign they did not deliver. I requested to hold at the 41 N Labombard Rd, Lebanon NH location for pick up. After the clerk was rude throughout the whole transaction she refused to give me my package even though she had it on the counter in front of her. I will never use this FedEx again.

I was not allowed to talk to anyone in the store in Lebanon. Trace was supposedly started and I was told I would receive a call from the supervisor by 5 PM.Called again next day and asked again to trace package. Again was not allowed to speak someone in the Lebanon office.Never received call back.Will go to the office on Monday.2nd time this has happened.
Delivery attempts not made for 2 weeks.. on truck for delivery .. 10 min later delivery exemption made call for help and the customer service rep just about hung up on me once she saw the tracking history of a week of daily on going no delivery attempt made with my packages. Not helpful, rest assured your 3 packages which is on the truck for delivery today .. not likly, highly not likly, so how to I get my packages delivered!
Lady and older guy at 6pm are so freeking tense, i get a belly a acke going there. Rather drive longer to avoid it.
The gentleman that helped me, went over and above to make sure my shipment was correct.Highly recommend this location.
The gentleman we dealt with at the facility on 4/24 around 10:00-ish was fantastic and very knowledgeable..Great transaction he caught several mistakes which made our experience even better thank you so much for your help...
Front counter help isnt as good as it used to be. CSA was not very pleasant.
Customer service people were rude and refused the whole return because of their lack of space.
Super helpful! I had glass bottles I needed to ship and the people behind the counter helped pack them so that while I have shipped in the past, and they were almost certain to be broken in transit, the bottles made it all the way to Mississippi without any problems!

I have usually had a positive experience with FedEx but customer service at this location is very disappointing. I was mailing a package internationally today and the staff member who was supposed to help me was hasty, rude and not receptive to questions. I suggest taking your package to another FedEx location where you will be treated better.
This is the most untrustworthy bunch I have ever shipped with. They were scheduled through a company I purchased from to pick up two different orders at my residence. They did not pick up on the 3 various dates that were given. Then I received a delivery from them, but they said they had no room in the truck to pick up the return item. You cant get through to a live person at Fed Ex, the tracking #s arent showing online and they are a complete mess. Costing me money until these items are received by company I purchased from and impossible to know if or when theyll arrive. STICK WITH UPS!
This is a horrible service. Today, 10/14/2020 is the 6th time over the last year, receiving a package from this same exact company or other sellers, being delivered from the same exact shipping center, West Lebanon, NH, with the same two or three drivers and no one knows or can remember where they delivered it. This shipping center keeps loosing packages or delivering them to the wrong location and I can not recover the packages. Personally I have talked to the driver manager three times and his only response is tell the company the shipper lost the package. That doesnt help much when you have a new born and your Home Chef meals have been on the truck for delivery for two days. I dont understand how this worthless company, FedEx Ground is still in business.

This is my go to FedEx location. I love that this place is an actual FedEx depot instead of a third party run place that happens to accept FedEx packages.They have always been efficient and provided great customer service.
They seemed to process things in a timely manner
If you need to ship by fedex this is a good place to go.
Ive always had great customer service here. The people are great and very helpful. I dont need to ship many thing, so I dont go here often, but when I do, Im always very pleased.

Rude employees
They women at the counter are not helpful and really rude. I want to return my items using the label from the company. There was something wrong with the address on the label. They refused to help me out. When I was contacting the company, they asked me to move my stuff out for the convenience of the other customer. I have already move away from the working counter. Then they asked me to move farther because they said my call annoyed other customers. (They were only two customers there including me)After getting my correct label from the company 30 minutes later through email, they refused to print the label for me. Its already 6 pm at night. This place is gonna close in 15 min. How is it possible for me to print it elsewhere and bring it back!This is the worst experience I have had with FedEx. I do think they need to improve their customer service for their own good!!
Save time and don’t wait in line. If you just have a drop off and it has the label already, you can just drop it in the box outside.
The folks at FedEx are always super helpful and friendly. Their focus is on getting the job done, rather than nitpicking about technicalities. They do what is needed to get you your package. Excellent and speedy service, as always. Be aware of the recent hours change that opens the retail counter at 10am.
We will see how this goes. Sent a package off to the Caribbean. Sending it was super easy.
This is a very nice and convenient FedEx location. It’s within six or seven minutes from the hospital and the people working there are capable and helpful. It’s not a print center anything like that you just ship packages. But that will get done without any issues there.

Fed Ex cannot figure out the difference between mailing addresses and physical addresses. They have wasted immense amounts of time trying to correct the same very simple issue.
They were to deliver a package yesterday 12/22 they did not deliver. They then were scheduled to deliver 12/23! While my husband and I were OUTSIDE they stopped at our mailbox dropped a piece of paper stating the package needed a signature. WE WERE OUTSIDE! They didnt even drive up our driveway! Not impressed at all
