Very suspicious billing practice. Poor customer relations. They billed the card they had on file without my authorization. They are supposed to bill my insurance company and then bill me for what is not covered. They wont provide any medical equipment without a card on file. I will not be using them anymore. This is just part of the story. I needed to return medical equipment due to a recall and they were less than helpful.
I would add more stars. Trista who serviced me was a joy--and efficient.The store is well equipped. For me shopping there was a pleasure and I will probably return for more items. Thank You, Ursula Austin
Wonderful Service on Tues. from the technician. He was able to do a repair on a rollator for a 93 yo relative quickly and efficiently with a friendly attitude and a sincere desire to be helpful. Will continue to use Keene Medical and refer people when asked.
Keene Medical has been extremely helpful in all aspects of my CPAP experience, especially with the DreamStation recall.
We enjoyed the staff. They were helpful and spent quite a bit of time making sure we knew the ins and outs of the knee scooter.
It is hard to contact any one in lebanon by phone. the fact that you have changed product suppliers the parts i now get for my c-pap are not as good and quite often dont fit .so i have have to spend 20 min or more on the phone then wait again for parts. at one point before the changes i would have given 5 stars now you barely rate a 2

The girls in the Lebanon office were so great to me. They helped me figure out how to get the correct bathroom products. Thank you for the call back Mariah and making sure I got the best deal.
My doctor sent a script in for a wheelchair, I was told there was an issue with our insurance, we got it straightened out the same day then we called Keene medical to see where my order was, no one answered the phone and you weren’t closed, so we left a message and this was Monday June 28 th, and it is now Thursday July 1st and still have not heard anything about the wheelchair.They solved the issue snd I received my wheelchair on that Friday.
Mixture of really good and really bad. I needed a wheelchair to be released from DH, and the Keene store in Lebanon had 4 but would not let me have one. The female employee(s) at this location were rude, arrogant, and NO HELP at all. However, the employees at other Keene stores in VT were wonderful and were willing to do whatever they could to help. It took all day, with multiple calls to the Keene HQ office by DH hospital employees, as well as input from the VT Keene employees, to finally get a wheelchair from the Lebanon store. Had it not been for the wonderful help from the VT Keene folks and the DH employees, I dont know what we would have done. We are so grateful for their help, but we were very disappointed and frustrated with the experience we had with the Lebanon employees.
I just wanna say thanks to Mariah for selling me the lift chair and giving me a discount. Super friendly and efficient.
A letter I sent to Keene Medical Products: On 4/12/21, I spoke to Mariah. She let me know the company was changing out all my oxygen equipment. Whoever hired her, needs a commendation. Worse customer service in the Upper Valley. I had an issue with my equipment and the woman that I was dealing with was very rude and disrespectful, she never even offered to look into resolving my problem. I suggest that people find a different place to get their medical equipment.....After my comments I was contacted by Keene Medical Products, Colin and I had a very nice conversation about what had happened and he seemed very concerned and was going to look into the matter. I have options, but at this point I am going to give them another shot.
I am a new user of a cpap machine and was having difficulties with getting relief from the device. Trista from Keene Medical called me up to see why I hadnt been using my machine. With her help we figured out that I am a mouth breather and that the nasal only mask I had been using was not the right choice for me. A new cpap set-up was ordered and delivered directly to my house really fast! The staff at Keene Medical really want me to get the best possible sleep ever and together with their friendly and knowledgeable RTs that is now happening! Ive gone from only passing out for 8 hours a night to actual sleep for the first time since I can remember and it feels Great!! I would totally recommend Trista and her staff at Keene Medical to all my friends, for both their courteousness and knowledge in their field, they really care about you and it shows. I was helping take care of someone as my job requires and one of the keene drivers dropped of an oxygen tank. He was super professional about it super quick. but what made me want to post was he also was super friendly to my client and me as well. So thank you keene for having at least one nice delivery person.
Extremely rude staff. I called and asked if they had a product, was told it was in stock, I get there no more than 15 minutes later and the obnoxious lady at the counter talked to me like I was stupid and said they didnt have it. There was another customer before me that she snapped at as well. Looking at other reviews its obvious they dont care about customer service at all. Plenty of other places around. Dont waste your time here.
Felt like I should post my opinion... as so many people only do when they have a bad experience. Everyone was very welcoming! The woman who sized me was patient, informative, and made sure I got what I needed! Such an easy process!
Would rate zero stars if I could. The staff barely acknowledged I was waiting there. One person ignored me, two of them looked up but didnt say anything, the fourth person gave me a rude wait a second finger. I waited for a while but nobody looked like they were planning to get up so I eventually left. What a waste of my time!
The person who came to provide the equipment was cordial and informative. My only wish was that I was given the proper delivery window over the phone- seems like the administrative staff and the people in transit might have miscommunicated but only with me. The case manager assigned to my family member and the visitig nurse were told one time while I was told a much later and longer delivery window. This frusturated me because the time of patient discharge from the hospital depended on the time of delivery and I had my day planned out for a much later delivery. I was pleased that it arrived early, but stressed because I was then forced to scramble with other tasks I had allotted the proper amount of time for. If they tell you over the phone to call the morning of the delievery to get a better sense of when theyll be arriving- dont bother.

We have had mixed experiences with Keene Medical In the past. However, in the last few years, my wife has had excellent service from Maria! Kind, courteous, efficient. Five stars for Maria.
Actually my review should be -10. Do yourself a favor stay away very rude staff very unprofessional manager Dave that can blame his staff for Patient not receiving products has an excuse for everything. 12 days after the doctor sent in a prescription I called they held onto the prescription for 12 days without telling me that there was issues. Then he tries to take credit for a machine that was under warranty saying that he got things done when he did nothing.Go somewhere that’s patient friendly it’s going to take care of you not take care of their pocketsComplaining about not receiving products Dave’s excuse is he had a poor staff at that time let’s start over my book they got paid and the company got the products back so they got the credit for it and still I get nothing. After replacing the new machine because it was under warranty they make you go in there and they keep all the books to the machine so if you have any questions you have to go back and they can hit the insurance company again. Do your homework go somewhere that’s In good standings with the Better Business Bureau.Very unexperienced poor staff rude I can’t see anything worse then I already have save yourself the headache’s stay away
They called middle of the work day and asked if I had time to talk and set up an appointment, I asked if they could call back later in the day they said no problem. Almost 2 weeks later I got that call back again middle of the day, this time I spent 20 minutes on the phone setting up an appointment that worked for my schedule and locked it in for Friday at 10am. Fast forward to Friday at 10 I get there and am treated very rudely and am told I missed my 9 am appointment. And am told I need to make another appointment almost 2 weeks out and will have to take another half day from work. Will never recommend this establishment.
I have dealt with the Lebanon Office for years, both professionally and personally. Obviously, a lot has changed. Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism.
Its important to realize that people usually post about bad experiences, so the reviews here truly do not reflect the service. I went there to get a nebulizer replacement after the DHMC dropped the ball several times. Everyone worked so hard together to get everything working for me, and they were incredibly kind and compassionate the whole time. I truly felt like family, which is not something I usually feel in stores in general. They even stayed after hours to make sure I could get exactly what I needed. I appreciate what they did so much, and will definitely be back for any of my other medical supply needs. I highly recommend you do the same.
They are pretty much the only place around to get medical supplies, so you (and your insurance) pay top dollar and the service is poor. Oh, and be careful if you suggest to management that they improve their service...I was actually called at home, berated, and told it wasnt their fault, but mine.
How can I let the Keene removed my number so they will stop harrassing me?they called every week and leave automated voice message.It is very annoying.I told them before to please take off my number and stop harassing me but they still keep calling.I dont have anything to do with them.They screwed us big time with billings so we wont order anything from them ever again
Went with my father to get compression wraps for him that supposedly had to be special ordered to his leg size, when we got there the day of fitting, it seems one of the compression wraps were as they said measured wrong by my dads nurse and turned out to be to big.Well the lady had other packages there, (not any of my dads) which somehow fit and supposedly they are special order items. How did they fit him then.Anyhow we werent told before we ordered that we should have to have extra liners that go under wraps so they can be changed everyday.So we ordered what we thought were going to be 3 pairs which we were told would cost $28 a pair. So we bought three pair. They took a while to arrive and when they finally came there were two pair of liners which were the wrong ones and just one single liner which was the correct one but he has two feet so couldnt be used and cost $28 just for one and the other two packages came as a pair. Called them to explain and they said would check into it, which still have not heard from them and these were purchased in august.They got there money from us and funny thing I Just found out today while going through my dads bank statements was that besides taking the money out for liners which total included tax and shipping we were told, there was another deduction taking out again for supposedly delivery. What does shipping mean people? ???Hopefully they will get this settled. We bought the exact same liners from a different company for $7 less and came in 3 days! !!!. Do your research people before you order from a medical store because you can find the same if not better products out there alot cheaper and with less hassle.Ill have to update you all if this ever gets straightend out!!! :0)
Way over priced!I called about pricing on a CPAP, and was clear I was paying for it, not going through my insurance. They wanted more than double what I could order it else where for. I would shop around before ever considering this company, even if insurance is paying for it.
Trying to get my doctor-ordered item and they fail to answer the phone...even my wound nurse has reached out and still no communication! We are new to this branch and so far NOT impressed!
