I cannot say enough about how well this dealership has treated me. Jim kept me well informed on the status of my bike while in service for a major overhaul. Dan did a fantastic job on the motor build and tune of the bike! Melissa and the ladies have always taken good care of me in the clothing and accessories area. I have felt so welcome by everyone here, and I am a very new customer for them! Thank you Ozark HD for everything!

This is the best place around for your HD needs. I took my iron 883 in for its first service, they were very through and even called me to notify me of an issue with water in my main. The tech sent pictures to keep me informed and explained everything before asking my approval to proceed further. I am very satisfied. You are paying for the knowledge and quality for sure. They have lots of items in stock and the order department is working with me to get the best deals on upgrading my bike.

Super helpful, service dept worked me in since I was passing through, we are lunch there while they got my bike back to road worthy 😉 and let my brother test a new seat. Nice and friendly!

Typical Harley shop/store. Nice visuals very detailed HD stuff all over the walls inside and out, and charging a major premium for T-shirts, flannels etc.

Down home attitude and you are treated like extended family. Hubby and I bought bikes here. I received the same service/perks for buying a preowned bike that the hubby did for buying a new bike.

Great Harley store. The staff is always helpful and makes sure you are taken care of. I only get to go every few months, but they always remember me and make me feel welcome at their store.

Folks are always friendly the wife stops to raid the clothing for close out prices. I think I may have to be back if I buy a bike from a dealership again. Sign the papers and take a 4 hour ride back to KC sounds like a great day to me.

Everyone here was very helpful and we ended up trading our 2014 for a 2018 street glide.Josh R. was great in the sales department..Brandon in the service department was great as well. We love our new Harley davidson street glide.

Very friendly and helpful. I wanted to buy my parts there, but they didnt have the throttle cables. Even though they werent making a sale. They put it on a locator. Found the cables at st. Charles Harley Davidson. Which is in St Louis in route with my trip. Great people no wonder the locals love em

Ive been going to this Harley Davidson shop since 2012. One thing they are is consistent. Consistently friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend them.

On a road trip 800 miles from home and shaft and shift linkage broke on me on a Sunday. Even with no service hours on Sunday they brought my bike in and had me fixed and back on the road in under an hour! Every one I had contact with in that dealership and service area were very friendly and helpful! Excellent customer service! Thank you Ozark Harley!

They are so nice and do their job well.

I am impressed with staff’s knowledge, friendliness, and quality of work. They have always been beneficial with anything I have needed. With that being said, I am utterly disappointed with a recent encounter. I was quoted a price for work on my bike. (Granted the bike say up there for a few weeks. Completely my fault.) When i went to pick up the bike, the price was over double the original quote. The service rep did not handle the mistake professionally. I am not upset because mistakes do happen. I am, however, disappointed with how the situation was handled.

Went up there with a friend of mine who was looking to buy a bike. The apparel department and parts department were beyond helpful. I talked with 2 salesmen who seemed like pretty cool guys. I flat caught the sales guy helping my friend in a handful of outright lies he thought he could get away with because my friend is new to the Harley scene though. I get that his job is to sell bikes, but dont flat out lie to do it....

Sales person Linda was very nice talking with. Melissa in parts was amazing, she even shared her snacks with my boy while we waited for bike to be worked on. Dan was very fast in replacing clutch lever. Would recommend stopping by.

Pretty location and employees were nice and helpful. We just went in to get hubby a shirt as we do from every Harley shop we pass. Looks like they may have a good bike night location, unfortunately were just passing through so well never know.

Service department communicated very well and ordering parts was a breeze. Entire staff appeared professional and were pretty knowledgeable about the older bikes that needed servicing.

My wife and I are thinking of purchasing our first Harley. We went in to just get information and find out which bike would best fit our needs. We visited with Jack and Joe, who were incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions. They spent an hour answering our questions about purchasing from their inventory, as well as helpful tips if we decide to purchase from an individual. We were both treated with respect even though we are inexperienced with Harley’s. While we did not purchase a bike today, we look forward to doing business with them in the near future.

Took three months to get my Tilte after repeatedly asking for it. couldnt license my Morocycle was told If I get pulled over they will pay the ticket Really? will you take points off your license as well?(Note never buy anything and leave with out title in hand) once I recieved my title they never gave me an ID/OD. I wont be doing business with them again.

ALWAYS helpful.When my bike( that I didnt even buy here) blew its motor on the way for a 30k service. They gave me a loaner to go to my memorial ride and let me keep it till HD got them a new motor and they got it installed, I had the loaner for more than 3 weeks

First Harley experience. As a new rider, some buddies an I went here to look at bikes and get some gear. The staff was very helpful and we found some great shirts at a great price. The atmosphere was great.

Broke down on my way from Texas to St Louis and one phone call had your people out to tow me to the shop. They went on to find me a rental car and a ride to it so I could make my appointment in St Louis. They also got my Road King fixed and back on the road quickly.Your crew is what the Motor Company is all about. Thanks to all.

Got a flat tire 15 minutes before closing. Called them from the Hwy. They kept the store open and a mechanic on hand. Picked me and my bike up. Great service and the extra effort was very much appreciated. Left Milwaukee to drive Rt 66 and a bad experience turned good.

Not a good selection or variety of clothing. I think I will go to the Lake if the Ozarks next time.

Just visiting for a Saturday ride to collect poker chips. Staff very cordial and efficient. Not to pushy or overactive. Enjoyed the visit and the ride from KCMo to get there.

They told me 2 weeks to get parts & then they would start on repairWhen I arrived after a 2 hour drive they told me it would be a winter project & it would be months ( it was August)I should have known better because they were referred by a corrupt cop from AR.DONT USE THIS DEALERSHIP THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOU IN & THEN SCREW YOU OVER

I went there twice in the last month. Both times I had sale associates look right at me, and not say a word. Friday, 21AUG2015, I had three separate sales associates act like I wasnt there. I approached two of them to ask about ordering a bike they didnt have in stock. I was three feet away from them when we made eye contact. Both of them turned and walked away from me before I could get out a single word.Ive owned three Harleys in the past, but will never by another after being treated the way I was at this dealership. I thought I would reward myself after a deployment by buying another Harley. I will go buy a Victory instead. Maybe they will appreciate my business. Evidently this Harley dealership makes enough sales without needing mine.

So, 1000 miles from home and asked them to check out my timing noise. They told me they couldnt look at it for 2 weeks, and it was primary chain noise. Bought a new primary chain and tensioner. Guess what! Wasnt the primary. On my way to return the unnecessary parts they sold me, dropped time because the pinion nut had backed off. Id advise anyone passing through to find an independent shop who actually looks at your bike. FYI, they tried to sell me a $24,000 street glide after my cam cover ate itself and I had to spend $700 on a U-Haul to get home. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR BIKE!

Stopped in for a T shirt from out of state. These guys were extremely accommodating and are the go to dealers for veterans in the Ft Leonard Wood area.

Rode all the way here, wanted to get a shirt, disappointed in options. It had to say ozark! Otherwise whats the point in buying it? Out of sizes, for kids. Staff was friendly.
