They cant tell you what the price is for a simple service. Called about a 20 hour service on a Ranger and was told I had to schedule an appointment and bring it in, then they can tell me a price. Called S&H and they said it was $105 as long as nothing else is wrong and could get me in this week, so guess where I took my Ranger? Had the same thing happen last year on changing the lower unit oil on a 90 hp Mercury outboard. They couldnt give me a price until I brought it in but every other shop in Missouri can tell you exactly what the service costs. I would be really careful about getting any service done here.

Excellent service! LSK is quick to fix, very thorough with reasonable pricing and very detailed in all aspects! We will definitely be using them for any and all future needs! Highly recommended outfit for all your boat and or motorcycle needs or wants!

Once again just another cycle shop that does not take the time to even talk to a customer. When asking questions on parts and possibly service felt like I was a waist of there time. Again like most shops in Missouri will not recommend them to anyone

I called around the country looking for parts to fix my sons dirt bike and came across these folks by recommendation from the Honda dealer in Rolla area. I have to say that the lady who took my call today and took the time to help me order exactly what I needed without trying to cut me short truly made my day. Top it off, she had a mechanic talk to me also to make sure that the parts I was ordering was correct. I will recommend this place to others

Came here with 1000 dollars in my pocket with my 2 brothers asked if I could test drive one of the vehicles and was told * well you cant joy ride in them* and then I was told I needed to show the money I was going to use to buy the vehicle with which was a dirt bike for 650$ then I could test it I said alright Ill take my business else where since you know so little about the matter of business me and my brothers was mocked until we got to the side walk do not attempt to buy anything here you will be accused of wanting to joy ride their vehicles and insulted all the way out. Horrible first time experience and it will certainly be my last at this business.

Purchased a new bintelli scooter a week ago from Lsk and the back tire locked up and threw rider completely foward. The back tire is not movable at all and completely frozen and concidering it was a week old it has to be a factory defect. I live 85 miles away and paid to have them deliver it, well now they are going to make me pay them to come get it and bring it back to me out of my own pocket even though it is so new and obviously sold to me defective. They acted nice at time of purchase but i guess since im out the door thats it. I am honestly in disbelief at the fact that they are not being helpful at all or seeming to care that i have just bought this new scooter from them and it is dammaged. I have been waiting for a simple call back from them for two hours and still nothing. If it were my company i would try to be more reasonable concidering how bad this is and care about the customers right after a sale instead of saying thats why they make warranties. I am far from pleased at their lack of customer service. I can promise you we will never buy another thing from LSK in Lebanon.
