This place is shady as hellDO NOT buy from them or fall for their financing tricks. The finance company they go through is owned by them. They give you the highest price that the finance department will fund you. True facts. If you go there with either cash or own funding they wont deal.

Sales rep was incredible. My family member could not go inside due to health reasons, and the lady sales rep came out and answered all questions we had.

I went in today hoping to look at used mobile homes. The gentleman we talked to acted as ifhif couldnt be bothered. He didnt even sit down to talk to us. He leaned over his chair told us we needed $1000.00 just to file paperwork but it would be refunded. He didnt even go look at trailers with us. He said I have two out back one in the front heres the keys. There were no stairs to get into any one of them. So yes I just left unhappy.

Walked into showroom stood for at least 20 minutes so staff could clearly see me. No one even acknowledged me or my presence. There was 1 other customer there when I first walked in but they were gone within the first 5 minutes that I was there. Been in sales all my life, very very poor service. At least acknowledge your guests. Going somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. Called about a product for our Clayton home we bought prior. Very rude and unprofessional. If something is not available now, that was previously, there are better ways to communicate that, than being rude. Seem to be only nice to you if you are buying the home. Speaking from experience

They delivered my home with floor joints broke ..my roof was leaking. My house is unlevel. My cabinet was all off. They didnt do the drains right in yard they did come back 3 times before roof stoped leaking ...some things they fixed, other things never showed back up like level house or drain. Most Everyone had extremely horrible attitudes, slamming our doors, Our floors were creaking the first 3 months, they told us to find the floor joints and walk on those. We are paying on a 100,000 home that was never right and no one cared to actually make it right.

We are using Clayton homes for our house purchase and have had nothing but an amazing experience! Austan has helped us out so much through this experience as first time homebuyers! Through every little detail and every change we have made he has gone above and beyond to make it all happen! I would 5/5 recommend using this location! Make sure to use Austan for your next purchase!

After being told by another Clayton location that if I wanted to receive their services, I would have to contact this location despite the fact that I reside 12 hours away and am planning on purchasing the mobile home as a retirement home and cannot make the trip to this location at a moments notice. I contacted them and they told me that they would get the paperwork together that I would need to fill out in order to finance a mobile home and work with for being a first-time home buyer; several days go by and I have received no follow-up calls, no emails, NOTHING.These mobiles are not cheap; $40k to $70k before setup and delivery; if I had that sort of money to pay without need for financing, I would pay to have a proper house built. Financing is the only way this arrangement makes sense and they had assured me that it was something that they could assist me with, yet they have demonstrated a lack of a desire to actually help in any capacity.Ive started to look elsewhere as Ive had two negative experiences in a matter of days from two separate Clayton Homes facilities. If theyre this difficult to work with BEFORE spending a substantial sum of money, how would they be after?

The manufacturers have really taken creating these homes to a new level and super energy efficient too! You’ve got to see them to believe it! Stop by for a tour and ask for Mike. He’s very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.

I give this place 1 star only because 0 was not an option to leave a review. These people will take it personal when you choose to shop better deals, as any wise person would. 30,000 dollars for a short wall foundation is absolutely insane, so my husband and I went with someone else who would do it for 1/3 of that price. Our process was then strung out for almost 7 months. We were newly weds excited for this move, but this place has costed us our business, our first holidays together without a home, a whole lot of stress, and sadness. We were threatened and told if we called Coorporate on them, we would not receive the home we put a lot of money down on. I really hope they are held responsible and are not able to put any other family in the position they put us. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!I know they will leave a response to this, only to look good for the public, but just know... they are not helpful at all when it’s just you and them.

This place is a joke. Only positive reviews are from their friends or the salesperson wife.. they tried charging me as his text 30 some thousand for a shortwall foundation and when I obviously said no to that he began slow walking the process. It took 2 1/2 months to get a structural drawing which they then charged me an additional 500. Run from this place!!! They are very unprofessional and will go out of their way to nickle and dime you.

We LOVE our new home. Working with Clayton in Lebanon was the greatest experience ever. They were extremely helpful and very curtious to us. They made sure we were taken care of any time we stopped in or called. We felt like we were always put first. We will always recommend Clayton in Lebanon to family and friends who are looking to buy a mobile or modular home. Even after the purchase of our home they check in with us from time to time to make sure we are doing a-okay. Now that is what I would call customer service!

After I informed the guy I talked to that my bank would not want to do anything more than 15 years with out collateral, I said I would like to see what their financing would have to offer on a longer term. I was then informed that they would get back to me. That has been about a month ago. Poor form.

Freaking nightmare since November 2016. 20 revisions finally right and then come more lies no return calls no return text lies from factory lies from Clayton employees no one knows anything $160,000 for modular and payed 6 notes and still no home finally after all the lies its in Lebanon and still no home because they cant find a crane that they should had lined up for the day after arrival and no one wants to call me and tell me anything lost money on taking off many times to take care of this and nothing THINK YOU WANT A HOME ?TRAILER? OR MODULAR? GO SOME WHERE ELSE IM EMAIL CEO OF COMPANY TIRED OF EXCUSES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mike did a super job getting my daughter and her husband into a new home.

Went there to see about geting new home. Was asked to put $500.00 deposit, even before sending in for loans. The problem was even though I was the one who made the deposit, with credit card in my name only, when I got the reciept it was put in my husbands name. His name was NO WHERE on the card. When I decided to not go through with deal, they retured my money to my husband, writing a check to him only. A woman has the money, pays the bill and her husband gets all the credit. Chauvinistic!!!

Drove over a hour and a half to look get there a 520pm sign says and sales guy I talked to the day before said they are there till 6 and everything was locked at 520pm and nobody in sight

Dont buy a used home from them. They sold us a house that had mold all over in the walls, we are working on the third plumbing break in the month weve been in the house( it took us 2.5 just to get in it bc their setup crews were crappy and we had to do most of the work), there was mouse poop/dead bugs all over the place on top of the cabinets and in them. We had to replace all of the flooring, vents bc they were rotten from the previous owner. We are having to spend more money to have all of the air ducts replaced because they went above and beyond and wouldnt do anything else and even with the a/c running the house wont get below 76 bc of there being dead bugs, debris, god knows what else and holes throughout the duct system. We had to do the painting throughout the house, including the ceilings even though they said that would be done by the time the house was set up. We sent pictures to them and nothing was done about it. It took us signing a contract saying that we would give their salesman a 10 on our 6 month review call to get them to even send a man out to get our sons bedroom door properly put on. I guess its a lot different if you buy a new home compaired to buying a used home but I will never do business with this Clayton holes again, if ANY Clayton homes. We have 3 small children and one on the way and shouldnt be having to clean out mold and mouse crap on top of other disgusting things from a home we just bought. They should at least check their homes before they sell them in an unlivable condition.

Very disappointed with our service from our salesman. Seemed like he wanted to boast about how he sold the most homes instead of focusing on the questions I had or giving us the correct information. We were mis-lead or mis-told information on numerous occasions. Our home was set up over 1 month late and when it was there were flaws. The people to contact about the flaws were never available to talk to and the salesman would speak with us either. Today they are here to fix some of the broken sheetrock they didnt fix when it was set up and they didnt tell the service man about 4 of the other flaws(broken blinds, broken hinge in bathroom door, gap around rear door, and soft spots in the floors (bad ones). I want everyone to know the issues I have had with my home purchase and I know of 2 other people that have dealt with the same salesman and location that have had similar problems.
