Josiah was on time and very pleasant to work with. He seemed to be very proficient in his work and completed the yearly maintenance on my generator without any problems.

Our technician Tyler arrived as scheduled and performed preventative service on 14 twp generators. He also was able to diagnose and repair a voltage issue as well on one of the units. As with all Dynatech service techs that I have worked with over the years he was timely, polite and professional.

Last week or emergency generator went offline with a bad turbo leaving our facility with no emergency backup. Friday afternoon a decision was made to take advantage of a 400 KW rental through Dyna Tech. Brad and his team made a delivery, connected and tested the unit within 3 hours. The people here are great. I bought a PTO generator second hand and didn’t have the owners manual. I called Joe (sales supervisor) and told him my situation. He said they no longer sold this type of generator but he would look through him records and see if he could find a manual. Not only did he find it he scanned and emailed it to me. If they will work this hard for someone who wasn’t a customer I can only imagine how they treat their customers. I am a customer now. Thanks Joe.

Best Investment I ever made we had it put in two months ago, first time out it ran for over forty one hours due to storm damage. Marty came out and very personable performed general maintenance all service checks. Very nice to talk to, taking time out to tell me different things about the system and inner workings.

Marty was very accommodating while we were trying to work from home. He also gave us a call ahead of time and was able to get here early, which was nice.

As always were extremely pleased both our generator and with Dynatech in general. We have our generator serviced annually and this time we had Chris B.. Hes a new technician to us, but very good and knowledgeable about our unit. Its nice to deal with a company whos standards are as good or greater than ours.

My generator had a service issue and a call to DynaTech was answered promptly and Cheryl quickly found a technician in my area and scheduled a service call the same day. Tyler a young professional technician came to my address and quickly assessed and fixed what the problem with my generator was. Today tropical storm Isasais was raging in the area and Tyler in the driving rain fixed the generator and this was fortunate since the power from Peco shortly thereafter was interrupted .

I was very pleased with the service done to my generator by Chirs B. He did a great job explaining the yearly service he performed, and what I should and should not do throughout the year.

We have used Dynatech to service the generators on our college campus for as long as I can remember. I believe they have many excellent Technicians and my favorite by far is “Corey Dodd”. We have had other Generator companies in the past that were less than satisfactory. One even through up their hands and said they could not repair our generator. Dyna Tech was so helpful, we bought two new generators when replacement was necessary.
