Huge issue with machine purchased at auction (site-unseen). Nothing disclosed in auction description about bad DPF and metal in oil, engine was bad. Dont rely on anything in descriptions and auction company has no recourse in what they sell and will not back anything due to their terms and agreements of the auction.

Did not have the item did I bought through the auction, come to find out it was iron planets fault they had sold the item twice, Ritchie Brothers did not know where to turn, hence a four-star instead of 5

Ive done business at this location plenty times and always had an excellent customer service in all departments. They resolve any issues professionally and are extremely helpful.

Great group of people here. I always enjoy my time when I stop by and haggle with these two old coots. They have always resolved any issues that I have ever had. Fair and honest is all I can say about this bunch of fine Americans.Great auction Company that has men and womens bathrooms only. Just sayin
