I called in on Friday afternoon because my air conditioning system wasnt working properly. Craig showed up at my house within a half hour. He found the problem immediately(it was my fault), and fixed it. He was very professional and knowledgeable about my system and we had a nice conversation about local restaurants and he recommended some places with great food. I will definitely be calling Vincent R. Boltz for any future HVAC or plumbing needs for my house!!

I just wanted to leave some positive feedback from our recent service experience. Scott and Jeff installed a split unit heating/cooling system for us. They were friendly, efficient, professional and they did a great job. We’ve always been pleased with the service we’ve received from Boltz.

Scott was very nice & answered my questions about our heating system. He also showed us how to use the new thermostat.

It would be 1 star but the techs and delivery guys made it 2 stars. Worst customer service. I mean absolutely terrible. They wont admit to their mistakes or rectify it in a timely manner.

Did a super good job on installing a new oil tank under our home, also good service in cleaning our heating system and a/c system. On time, was knowledgeable and efficient. Always responsive to my emails and answers my questions quickly.

Really impressed with the responsiveness and professional service:We already had the rough-in for a half bath in our basement. The challenge would be finding someone to complete the job. I called Vincent R. Boltz, and was very pleased with all aspects of our experience. From ease of scheduling to communicating with the company and Jeff, who was the assigned technician for our project. The General Manager Gary, and the Scheduler, Kelli/Kelly were absolutely pleasant to speak and coordinate with. Jeff took it from there! Exceptional professionalism and positive demeanor. Very knowledgeable, explained everything to me, and I would highly recommend both himself and this company. Very respectful of our home. Started by placing down protective cloth down to protect our carpet. This was no easy job, but Jeff had all the knowledge, skills and abilities to complete it to perfection. Great service can be hard to find, especially when you have such a detailed project. The pit for the pump placement was a mess, but he pulled a couple of heavy rocks that were there to hold the pit in place from the initial rough in concrete job. I had the chance to see the perfect transformation of a rough in, into a fully functional half bath. I not only watched his excellent skills throughout the process. But the artistry of many years of experience put into what has become a beautiful part of our home, that had previously been nothing other than unusable space. Our most sincere thanks and appreciation to Jeff and the Vincent R. Boltz team, for your exceptional professionalism, and quality of work. I hope others get to read this. We highly recommend!! I love this place. They are so friendly. And always are promt with service and so easy to deal with... I dealt with slouch before switching and had such rude service and always extra fees depending on when you wanted your oil delivery. Its such a nice change. I have been ordering from boltz about 2 years now and am very happy.

Had called them yesterday about not having any hot water pressure after exhausting my attempts to fix it. The man was very swift and courteous and the service was acceptable. Funny thing was a check valve was caught in the line. He even spruced up the lines going in and out of the water heater. Totally recommend. We have also called them for our air conditioning in the past about 2 years prior and the service was top notch as well.

We have used Boltz for 15 years to service our heating and A/C system so we asked them to bid on replacing the system. Mike, their salesman was very responsive; their price was fair and the installation by Jeff And Craig was excellent. They are real pros. Boltz was flexible in scheduling the work and their office staff was also efficient and friendly. I dont think you can beat V.R.Boltz for your heating and A/C needs.

First time customer and worse experience ever i called to have my propane tank fill a 120G tank that i only use at times for a fire place (Was never completely empty). Upon calling i explain i needed my tank fill the lady said that due to them picking up my account from a propane supplier that went out of business they did not require a leak test because they had one but upon filling the tank the guy leaves and then calls to tell me they need to do a leak test and that they would charge $80 for it i explain that the tank was never empty and that the lady said i did not needed one because the account was acquired from another vendor and they did not want to listened money hungry is what i would call these people they try and force any possible change onto customer so for new customers i dont recommend this supplier but if you choose this supplier then at least take a picture of you current level and record your conversation with them so that way you have your proof and argue any charges they might want to force on to you. you have been warned (My account with these guys will be close they are not willing to work with you)Yes i conducted my own leak test by a license plumber whats the difference between your receipt and the external license individual that would conduct my test ? I also have my receipt but that was not good enough for you guys you guys did not even want to offer alternative nor listened to what anyone had to say because you guys want to conduct your scheme of doing additional unnecessary check to over customers i refuse to pay $80 for your tech to just trow a little soapy water on the connection no thanks this is how companies like yours end up losing customers and just and FYI if you guys have new customers you guys should throw in the leak test as and act of good faith now that you will be profiting on the propane purchase that these people will provide for you and you team has to learn how to listen and provide you with the entire detail not what they want to say for there benefit. Jeff was great and efficient. My Heat Pump works great. Worked with no supervision, my husband was in a meeting, he told him as much and Jeff serviced our unit and locked the door when he left. Very professional.

We had Greg come out to service our oil furnace 4 days ago....we have been having an issue with soot coming thru our vents for years (serviced and cleaned by numerous companies)...he immediately started the furnace up and found a broken spring on the burner door....he fixed with a clamp...we now have no soot coming thru the vents...a big thank you to Greg!!

Excellent service

My uncle got a new furnace installed on Dec 5. By boltz, it has not worked properly since. 3 weeks. They have come on regularly to work on it but enough is enough. In the meantime electric heaters got to suppliment the heat and on top of the cost of the furnace we got a huge electric bill. What do you do. I appreciate they come out when you call, however the time in between calls there is only electric space heaters that can be dangerous. My uncle is elderly, and dont need this extra expense as well as our concerns of his safety. Any suggestions?
