UPDATE: Busy Bee has been very helpful in remedying this situation. And my unit is being taken care of very quickly. I appreciate Tommy’s help in making this better. Would use this company again.Very confused. A person was sent to my house, diagnosed the problem and said they would order parts and be in touch. I paid a lot of money and it’s been 2 weeks with nothing replaced or fixed and no communication. I would not recommend this company and hope I can get my money back.

Technician was professional and thorough, used shoe protectors before entering house which was greatly appreciated. Ended with a solid summery of job. We’ll done.

Quality install and service. Asked for a return visit to rectify a small issue. They came out within 2 hours and took care of it at no charge. I highly recommend Busy Bee!

They came out same day which was great but was unable to repair heat unit, told me they would have to get the part and return following day to do repairs. I never received a phone call or anything, I called the office and was told they would get in touch with the repairman, still no call and the office never returned my call like they said they would. Now Im stuck with no heat and having to find someone else. Not good business

We have used Busy Bee previously with happy results for our money. However, they took almost a whole day (and had to leave to go to Lowes for parts twice). He charged us $500 to install a dishwasher and a power outlet for it! We didnt get a copy of the receipt to see if we were given a discount for doing business with them within the same year. The install cost almost as much as the dishwasher did! Not very happy about this, especially after doing close to $12,000 in business with them previously!

Had a very bad experience. Stay away from these folks to save yourself pain & head ache.NOT the people you should be calling when you are already stressed about your plumbing issue.

We called Busy Bee after using the same A/C company for the past three years and having that company piece meal our troubles every time they came out and never fixing the issue. Busy Bee sent out a tech (Steve Travis) the same day we requested service. Steve/Busy Bee showed up when they said they would, they called me when they were on there way out and came out prepared to help us. Steve was professional, knowledgeable, curious and very informative. He diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and gave us several options on how to resolve our issue with estimated timelines on how long he thought the repairs would last us. Because of his and Busy Bee’s professionalism and knowledge we decided to have them install a new 20 Seer heating and air conditioning system. These guys are top notch and I highly recommend you using them.

With only one week to close on the house I was buying, I was informed I needed a letter from a licensed contractor verifying the ventless fireplace had an oxygen depletion sensor and was installed per code. Thanks to that awful jingle on their radio commercials I called Busy Bee first. Leah was super awesome. She made sure to understand my needs and verified they could provide the services. They were able to have a licensed technician on site the next day. Not only were they next day, they were early. The technician, Michael, conducted his inspection and let me know what I still needed to meet code. He was professional in appearance and manner and was super friendly. Once the unit was to code, together Leah and Michael were responsive on providing the documentation I needed in order to close on my new home. I brought Busy Bee a me problem and they made it an us problem and got me squared away. I will be going to them with all my HVAC and plumbing needs from here on.

As usual, Busy Bee sent out a very well qualified young man to maintain our A/C system. He found that we had one problem part which could be replaced right now - no ordering parts or delays. In a few minutes the A/C was humming along and I was a cool, happy client. My thanks go out to Busy Bee for making this service both easy and smart. If we keep up with minor fixes, we will have no big ticket surprises.

I had a top of the line Train HVAC system and air cleaner installed in January 2021. So, this is my 1st Summer with my new unit. Previous Goodman HVAC installed @ home construction in 2007. Yes, weve had a heat wave and I felt like my home should be cooler and running less with this new Train unit. I called on Friday and Steve T. came out today to check. Steve was exceedingly thorough, and polite, in checking out my new unit. He also patiently educated me on how my new unit should work and several elements of operation: ambient temperature, thermostat setting vs air flow temps, air flow, filters, and opening doors. He checked temps at the registers and the return air. Then, we discussed air flow in my home, with mention and info re my cathedral ceilings and ceiling fans. Then, he thoroughly inspected my new unit. Then he went above and beyond by going into the crawl space to check my duct work. He then gave me specifically related info that made sense re duct work. Its very evident that Busy Bee thoroughly educates and appreciates their employees ...and their customers! Very few, if any, companies take the time to thoroughly explain things. Thank you Steve T. and Busy Bee, in so many ways! I highly recommend Busy Bee and Steve T.!!

Busy Bee is a phenomenal business. I called this morning for an AC issue and they had a technician to my house by 2pm. This was not even an emergency service! The technician was thorough and explained everything that was happening. I would absolutely recommend them again.

I tried to have a tech come out TWICEI have black dust coming out of my vents and my husband is about to have spinal surgery so I really needed the work done soon the first time someone mysteriously moved my appointment to a different date AFYER I HAD TAKEN THE AFTERNOON OFF TO BE HERE! then today when I moved other things around to have time to meet the tech I got called that he was over booked and then he told me that he couldn’t do the job (after id already described it to the schedule person) and then told me “good luck getting the work done by anyone 😳” how unprofessional and what a waste of time! When I called the business back and explained what happened I was expecting to have a discount applied but instead I got later dates offered then told I’d need to be called back laterI have a special needs toddler and baby I can’t just make time easily and I’m stunned at how I was treated

Seth was a professional plumber, performing the repairs and installation of my kitchen faucets and leaking pipe under my sink. He immediately discovered the reason why my hot water in the bathtub would not turn off! He didnt waste time, left to secure the broken part and set about to fix the water leak! He always came when he was scheduled to come, and he answered all of my repair questions! I am so thankful to have found such a knowledgeable plumber! Thank you!

Had Busy Bee come out and look at our HVAC unit. It wasnt running right....not cooling the house during the day. Anyways, Mark came out and told us the problem. Also, he saved the compressor from blowing up by releasing some of the built up pressure. He was very professional and knowledgeable. If we ever get the money to fix the issue, we will definitely call the folks at Busy Bee to get the job done.

We had concerns about a gas leak with one of our gas items, fireplace, stove, hot water tank & dryer. Busy Bee came right out, checked everything and rerouted the gas fireplace pipe. They were able to get a technician out the same day when our hot water heater quit working. I just had some plumbing work done and was very happy with the service, price, and work done by Mike and the rest of the crew. They responded to my emergency late on a Friday afternoon when no other company would answer their phones. They were honest about the scope of the work and didnt charge me extra when it became more complicated than they thought. The work they did was all outside and they cleaned up so well, I could hardly tell they had been there. They even sprayed off my driveway! I signed up for the Club and will continue to use them for plumbing and HVAC needs.

Warning beware if you sign up for the maintenance plan and decide to not go with them for a repair and want to cancel maintence plan...you will not get refunded for the second maintence yet to be performed. Bad rude customer service because if thats the case it should be explained prior to purchase. Technician took broken part and now they cant find it...needless to say we went with another company. Will be reporting them to BBB.

I needed emergency plumbing repair and i called 6 different places. These guys were ready faster then all the others and they could also guarantee work would get done today. After I talked to someone on the phone I got a call from a technition 20 minutes later. Work was complete quickly and efficiently. I will be useing these guys again for sure!

We called Busy Bee for a clog in the shower and hot water not coming out of the shower faucet. The faucet in less then 6 months old. The guy said that he could clean the drain for 199.00.But to rebuild the faucet handle and put a new valve in would be 349.00. I told him that I could buy a whole new faucet handle for 60-70. I agreed to have the clog cleared. He cleaned the drain said he would check the scold setting on the faucet. Wow low and behold the hot water is working. Had I been someone who like my dad who’s old and can be gullible it would have cost him over 400.00 for this service. Beware you don’t get taken by this company. Especially if your old and a woman.

Our AC went out on a Sunday afternoon and we contacted Busy Bee. The Project Manger came out immediately the next day and we set up a plan and they had us a new unit installed in 2 days. The project manger Corey of Lebanon, TN even was generous enough to go out and get us a window unit for the time it was being fixed because he knew we had a 1 year old. Corey’s crew are the nicest people you will ever meet and very respectful of your home.

John was very thorough. He was personable and informative. In addition to maintenance, we asked that he check a problem. He diagnosed it right away and Busy Bee will be sending a specialist to assess and recommend.
