This guitar shop is amazing. Everything you would need to play, record songs, have fun, and get lessons, is in there, and its all amazing. I do recommend the Boulder Creeks. If you do start taking lessons there, i hope you have fun because the owners are really nice. Hope you check it out. :)

Owner is rude, and talks to customers like theyre idiots, and is a complete amateur when it comes to repairs, the prices are absolutely astronomical, I realize independent stores cant compete with stores like guitar center or sweetwater, but this guy tries to sell for literally double the online prices. almost $9 for a pack of strings!! Go see Kevin at Guitar Sam in Montpelier instead.

Great people to deal with. I had a guitar bridge reglued and the guitar was cleaned up and restrung for me as well. They are honest people who do amazing work.

I went in with an open mind, but wanted to get an acoustic guitar that was right for my situation. I am a gigging musician, who doesnt buy guitars off the internet because the physical sound is important. I tried out several models and went with a Washburn. Bought it, looked online, and they were the same price. It also came with a lifetime warranty. So before you think online is cheaper come in and give Bear Hollow a try. Plus, I found out some new things, instead of me researching for hours about guitars online, I spent one hour playing them. Great experience!

Went in for a simple set of strings and was told I had to pay for the service and the owner refused to sell me strings (I also knew exactly what size I needed) when Ive replaced them myself many a time. To think I donated an old peavey amp years ago that I probaly could have gotten money for because I knew they had gotten robbed years ago and to be disrespected like this is unbelievable... Have fun on your endeavors!!!
