They are a little expensive. To have a flute fixed was like $55.00. I cant see paying for such a small instrument. But the people were nice and friendly.

Bought an Nechville Banjo from them online. Showed up on time, undamaged, and ready to play.I had to loosen the truss rod a quarter turn. However, I believe that could be attributed to difference in climate and personal set-up preferences.The guys on the phone were real nice and the banjo was packed up well.

Each transaction was the happy occasion that it ought to be--very friendly, knowledgeable, and candid assistance from Bob (both Bob and Alvin have been just as great in past transactions). This time I was interested in trading a banjo. Bob had me send him photos of the instruments I was thinking about trading so he could provide value guidance before I made the drive from St. Louis to the Morgan Music store in Lebanon. Almost everytime I go to Morgan Music, I find something I want or need. I have boughten 7 different instruments there & many a drumstick. Always helpful, courteous staff to meet your musical needs. If you need something they dont have in store, they will do their best to order it for you. I have purchased both amps, electric guitars, and acoustic guitars at Morgan Music over the past 8 years. This really is a great music store, with a great staff. Tim and Cody in electric guitars and amps are extremely knowledgeable about all the brands they sell. They listen to the customer to help make the best selection on an instrument. There is a reason this store thrives in a small town and still carry some of the highest quality instruments in the world, and that reason is service. I could go on forever on how thankful I am to have found this store. Anybody traveling through Mid Missouri/Ozarks should stop by and check them out, and if your not in the area but needing an instrument, take a trip there, it will be worth it.

Purchased a Northfield Mandolin from Alvin, over the phone. Trusted him immediately. Very knowledgable, kind, and went out of his way to get it out to UPS that day. Received in 2 days, perfectly packed, in pristine condition. Would HIGHLY recommend this store, and will definitely shop here again!

Don’t depend on the staff to help very much unless you play classic rock or country music. Definitely do your research before shopping here and be careful if you ask them to do a repair.
