Hockley Glass replaced my bathroom windows after I cracked one of them trying to remove an old vinyl sticker. Kahreem suggested the most wonderful textured glass for privacy but it allows in all of the natural light. I couldn’t be more thrilled! I had the pleasure of working with Kahreem Hurley, Pres. of Hockley Glass & Mirror, from 2007 to 2009, when I was Curator and Executive Director at the Lebanon County Historical Society. While it took a bit of time to get the glass in, Kahreem kept us updated and promptly installed upon arrival. Really nice guy but extremely unreliable. Would not recommend doing business with him. Had two experiences (should have known better for 2nd) the first experience initially went well then took over 3 months to get a window installed after more that a dozen calls/emails. He will not respond in a timely manner which is very UNPROFESSIONAL!. Recently he came out and promised a email voucher as we our closing on a house. Will not respond and he is holding up our closing.......should not be in business if he is this unreliable! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Very professional window repair on my front house window and Kahreem is very friendly and easy to work with.

Went in, scheduled an in home consultation, got my quote, paid the money, booked an install date, showed up on time and had my whole bay window glass replaced in under an hour and half. The overall process happened in 3 weeks with a 2 week waiting period for the production of the custom window sizes. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend him

The absolute worst service I have ever received. If I ran my business like the way they do, I would be out of business. Paid up front for installed glass after a huge delay with communication, and ended up with a drop and run and had to install it all myself.

Terrible experience so far. No sense of urgency to get things done. Will never get my business again

Very unprofessional. No one had an answer for the service I requested. Took windows on Thursday evening work was supposed to be done for Friday. Saturday they weren’t ready either, so today Monday had to take it to another place because they never fix them 😡

This guy never did the project I had him do. It was 4 weeks and never got around to it so I went to H&M they were happy for my business and did my project in under 2weeks. Hockley will never get my business
