We had a Really Good experience with Cornwall Door! We LOVE our new doors so much! On installation day we were to have new openers installed as well but the tech said we didn’t need them and fixed what we all ready had and saved us that cost! We did have to have them come out a few days later to adjust the doors a little and fix a wire attached to the opener, but they came out quickly!

I contacted Cornwell Door and setup an appointment to get a door replacement quote. They came out the next day (Friday) looked it over and it was explained that we wanted the the door, the track and the opener all replaced. We also wanted a entry pad on the outside wall. We picked the door we wanted and he said we would get a quote by Monday. I was surprised he couldnt just give us a quote on the spot. Well Monday came and went with no email from Cornwell. Its now been over a week since they were at our home and no email, no quote, and no phone call. He stated they had several weeks of work lined so I guess our little one non-fancy door job just wasnt important to the company. Ill never contact them again.

I just had two garage doors installed and am very happy with the installation. The salesman was very nice and personable. The technician did a great job and explained the operation and instructions in detail. Very satisfied with this company, I’ll hire them again.

They are a great family owned business! I love that they carry iPads to show what the new door will look like on my garage.

Very Disappointed with Cornwell doors. The garage door came down on the car while backing out. Called Cornwell who installed the lift master and technician checked for defaults and saftey, said nothing was wrong and they could not do anything about it. Well the door does not just close on its own and why didnt the sensors detect it. This is a concern to since we have small children. Then I asked why I never got a second transmitter to open and close the door? He replied that they just installed it and lift master sends only one with the unit. Understandable I need to take matter up with lift master since it is a 16 foot for 2 cars, but then the technician from Cornwell got one out of his truck and programmed it and handed it to me. Said nothing about recieving a $40 BILL in the mail. Called Cornwell to discuss bill and they were very short with me after I told them what happened and the fact they are half the price on line.Please DO NOT do business with them they were not willing to compromise with the price of the transmitter that I didnt know I was being charged or had no care or concerned with that the fact I have small children that if this defect/happen again they could be injured****If I could give a 0 I would or lower then 0

I definitely do not recommend this company. Very poor customer service and did not show any compassion when an accident occurred at my house with one of products they installed at my house.

Today I had a crisis, I couldnt get my garage door open, not even manually, which meant I couldnt get to work. I called Cornwall Door Services and they had someone at my house in less then an hour. Ray was courtesy and very professional and he was able to fix the problem in less then an hour. I will refer Cornwall Door Service anytime. Thank you for the promptness.
