Excellent Service!!! Called this morning at 9am and had new garage opener by noon. Mike was my tech and he was awesome! Very polite, informative and helpful. He even programed an old opener and my car for me! He taught me about what to watch for with the springs and how to test them. Overall, I cant give this experience enough stars. Im one happy mama and will be recommending to all of my friends.

I needed to replace an original builder grade garage door. The first few places I called tried to push high end doors and used the delay in product and installation as a hard close.Glad I called Garage Door Experts. I called and spoke to Rachel and requested a quote on a new garage door. She was very straight forward with pricing and answered all questions I had. I inquired about a deal they had going on their website and she got me together. She verified that all material I was looking for was in stock and they could have a tech come out the next day! Keith was amazing. I was really in a pinch and needed my door fixed. He happened to have the part on his truck so it was back to perfect in 30 minutes. He had a great attitude and amazing work ethic. Placed a call to Garage Door Experts regarding my opener that would intermittently malfunction and this has been going on for several weeks.On Aug 27th Keith and Josh stopped by and made some adjustments at my request and the door worked amazingly well while they were there, but Keith did explain that the motor may be going bad since it was an older unit and he adjusted all that he could.They left and I was happy with the adjustments and the explanation. About an hour or so later, when I attempted to close the door, it started acting up again, so I promptly called Keith back and explained the issue.He suggested that we replace the whole setup due to the age and I agreed and he said that the service fees previously paid would be applied to the new opener price. So on Monday Sept 1st Keith and Josh returned with my new Genie Opener. I must say, this thing is the smoothest and quietest opener Ive ever had installed.Keith and Josh explained everything to me in detail and I cant be more thrilled. They really enjoy their work and it shows in there attitude and professionalism. I had an older garage door modernized by Garage Door Experts about three years ago. I was asking for a new door quote but the tech suggested that I consider updating my current door which is an older solid wood door, the results were amazing. I had an issue with the door recently because of water damage to the bottom panel and felt I would have to completely replace. Keith arrived and proceeded to work his magic on the repairs and saved me for probably quite a while longer before complete door replacement...the cost was extremely reasonable for the time and effort spent....I will never go anywhere else for my garage door needs. Phoned them Tuesday afternoon..I was able to get an appointment for Wednesday afternoon..About twenty minutes before the appointment the service technician called and told us he would be here before 3:30 PM and he was..The young man’s name was Keith Bogan..He checked out the problems we were having and told us what we needed to do to correct the on going problems we were having.He replaced all of the roller wheels, corrected a wiring problem and made adjustments to the torque springs..The unit works fine now and is the quietest it has ever been. Extremely happy for the job and the price..Nice to have people who take pride in the work they do..Highly recommend this company.

I had my garage door, and opener replaced. Installers were friendly, on time, and cleaned up the area. The removal and installation process took less than 2 hours and so far so good. The door looks great and the opener is the quietest I have ever had. All-in the cost was $1500. Well worth the price. The process from estimate to install took less than a week.

Keith and Mike from Garage Door Experts were prompt, courteous, delivered on the promises that they made and went above my expectations. Keith replaced the torsion springs, cables and pullies on one of the doors and Mike installed 2 openers and a 9x 7 new garage door. Save your time and money and just call PDQ. I hired Garage Door Experts after receiving their quote and recommendations on two doors. One they said just needed mechanical rollers and springs, the other was an entire new door and tracks. It was less than a couple hours that I received a call that they couldnt even get one door down and didnt have the proper equipment. I had to leave work and get my forklift to help them. Then once the work was done they said I needed a new opener. This was after the technician said at the time of the estimate that that opener is fine and all we need to do is these things and I promise your door will be fixed. After having my shop completely open for many days they come and installed the opener and then they cant get the door to work. Its the first time Ive ever had a company send me a text, no phone call and say basically they give up, they dont want to mess with it anymore (now that I cant open or close my garage door) and they are done. I called PDQ and within 20 minutes the guy was able to open and close the door and said that they had the wrong size springs installed for the opener. They order the springs and 3 days later the door works perfect. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a professional garage door company.

A great company with great service! Everyone I have interacted with has been pleasant: Amanda, Keith, and Joel. They installed a new opener, rollers, and some trim around my garage about a year ago. I called two other companies in the area before and they both immediately said I needed a new opener after coming out. Garage Door Experts first came out, and first tried to fix what I had (goal was to have me spend less money). Eventually, I decided to go ahead and have them replace it for personal reasons (current one was ~ 20 years old and I didnt want to mess with patching it anymore). I didnt see this as a scam to get me to pay more; it seemed to be genuine care for their customers and my final price paid was lower than the other two quotes I received. Keith and Joel were late for the appointment, but considering other experiences I have had with garage door service this was great (had to wait 8 hours for another company before). If you dont want them to be late, try to schedule your appointment for the first thing in the morning. Keith and Joel quickly and professionally installed everything, cleaned up after themselves, and were quite kind in their conversations with me. You can tell they are very knowledgeable and their work has stood the test of time over this past year. Couldnt be happier with this service and will call them again should I need help with my garage.
