Never will I ever come back to the Lebanon Ulta again. The staff is SO rude and they’re under trained. The store is a complete wreck and prices and signs are off. They should really fix that. On the other hand your employee with the shorter hair and shes very short herself and doesn’t really do much to her appearance for a makeup store, was horrendous. She did NOT look the part at all and didn’t know what she was doing at all shade matching me. How hard is it to look at the foundations and eyeball it? ITS THEIR JOB! She always was very rude and standoffish when I was trying to get help. You ladies really need to address your attire cause if looks terribly unprofessional. Never coming back to the Lebanon store again!!! Also they’re all more focused on their side conversations and playing around that they don’t even ask us if we need help. I had to ask for help... poor customer service and a poor poor store.

Got my hair cut by Siobhan and this is probably one of the few times I’ve walked away from a cut and actually LOVED it. Usually it’s just a little too short, not texturized enough, etc., but she walked me through the entire cut, and it came out perfectly!

The very first moment I walked in to the store I was greeted by the FABULOUS HANNAH! Trust me, as a business owner several times over This is who you want at the front of your store, Greeting your public, and taking them through the entire buying process (She would be exceptional to keep, promote and Help Give every opportunity you have in the future to for store, regional and general manager) I Hope the management there realizes what a star you Have, as a male, coming in for color correction cream as the skin begins to age (just a Lil’ bit! Mind you!) Hannah was Absolutely fabulous, she walked me through the entire store front to back showed me every different option she could think of, matched my skin tone for me (something a big box retailer would never do, nor would they have the enthusiastic specialized staff to do who could almost literally take you by the hand and Help you figure out your specific needs) she was the biggest fan of their store, She Wanted me to make sure I enrolled in their purchasing points program if I came back to make sure I got the rewards my future purchases would earn, and Not only did she have personal stories to attest and endorse which products both she and Her Family, friends, boyfriend liked, She Knew the price ranges and Benefits of Each product from Every end of the spectrum (personal note, You’re most likely putting whatever you buy there on your face and body, never walk in to a beauty place, and say give me the cheapest, You want to leave there feeling, and looking your Best and with Hannah’s Help, I did / You will too!) any management who’s worth anything would print this review off and stick it in Her file until she or He could fast track someone like Hannah in to their management programs and give someone like this every opportunity She deserves Because Companies are always losing and not fostering their quality performers and In all my Years Hannah was the best I’ve seen!At the register, I was also greeted by a friendly, complimentary Sabby who Said She Loved my Hair, she was also wonderful even though our interaction was short, She was personable and Kind, You’ve got a five star store, it’s super clean, Fave mask Posters right on the door so there’s no question, and With a staff like this, I can see why this location, this business is one of the highest rated in Lebanon!Good Luck Ulta, you’ve earned my return business and I will be telling everyone what a wonderful inventory of Men’s and women’s products you have there from skin care to acne treatment to cosmetics and My Favorite of all, Cologne! ....and Parfum!Hannah, Whatever your plans are in life, I hope you have a bright future, I hope Ulta gives you their very best that you give them, and their customers!

Very friendly service nice clean atmosphere

Very rude employees I understand covid crazy people. But wouldnt help or direct to where the products were. But employees can be hugging each other. Checked me out and the one girl said dont come back. All cause I cant wear a mask cause of medical reason.

I love the layout of this store and the ease of moving through the aisles. The manager was very friendly and didnt seemed bothered when I had trouble finding a product. They have an amazing clearance section that is actually well-maintained.

I love going to Kate for my skin and I love Rachel at the benefit brow bar both of these laddies know there jobs very well and they even recommend products that will actually benefit the customer not just try to sell a product that won’t help the customer at all...everyone who works up front are very pleasant and give off a welcoming feeling... but I don’t recommend the salon they don’t make conversation there work isn’t great and they don’t listen to what the customer wants you go in wanting one thing and come out with another... and for the price you pay it’s not worth it...I will recommend Ulta and there services to anyone but just not there salon.

The manger was locking the doors tonight at 9 o’clock, which is the time they closed. He opened the door for me and greeted me with a smile. When I asked him if I could buy a gift card he happily said “of course!”. The girl who checked me out was polite and didn’t seem annoyed at all, even though I was there after they closed. Thank Ulta for being awesome.

I like this store and people are nice. I got my eyebrows done today and they dont look good at all. They are Soo thin and shapeless Im really upset.

I went to exchange a foundation and Josh from the Lancome counter helped me pick the perfect one for me. He was very knowledgeable even about other brands and he was fun to work with. A hairdresser helped me pick out shampoo and conditioner. The store was bright, clean and organized. Prices were very good due to the holidays days just ending. There is a great selection of items in all price ranges. Looking forward to going back.

My mother visited this location yesterday and what she went to buy was not in stock. I believe a gentleman named Steve help her and he went above and beyond to take care of my mother. My mother was leaving the country yesterday and needed to buy a hair iron, Steve found a store that was on the way to the airport that had the item my mother was looking for. Once he found it he had it put on hold for her to pick up. I was very impressed and thankful for his help.

My husband and daughter get their hair cut here for a very decent price. Skin care consulting and other services are as pricey as the expansive inventory. I get lots of help for what I need for my daughter and preteen skin without them pushing it on you.

The checkout girls at the Lebanon store are rude and lack any kind of customer service Went in to pick up an online order and went to the pick up counter Girl at register totally ignored me I asked if I could get my order She said she would be with me next then continued to ignore me Second girl arrived at register and I asked again can I pick up my order The girl said yes then continued to ignore me Finally a third girl arrived and handed me my bag Why this one girl was so opposed to taking three steps and handing me my bag I dont know but she definitely needs an attitude adjustment I will never shop again at this location

I had somewhat of a hair crisis and Stephany (senior hairstylist) was phenomenal. She is amazing at what she does and made me feel pretty again. I am so thankful for her and Tiffany (GM) for taking great care of me!

Went here the other day and Josh had assisted me and he was absolutely amazing. He was so kind and actually cared about what I was looking for and very much paid attention to detail. He had helped me with everything and anything I needed and then some. Would definitely recommend going here!!

This ulta has one of the worst services on multiple occasions. The cashiers are having conversations amongst each other and not paying attention to the register. Very unprofessional to have a line of customers and one person at the register mid day. I hope ulta fixes this issue immediately or I do not plan on returning, which is a shame because I do like shopping here frequently.

Stephany is a hair goddess!! She is truly incredibly talented. I love my hair and it’s becoming so healthy. Amazing salon. I won’t go anywhere else!

I’d say most are pretty knowledgeable of their products one issue I did have was told an employee I’m pregnant and needed a moisturizer and was shown one that includes an ingrident that is known to help induce labor that most people know of. There is one girl there that is absolutely awesome I’m sorry idk her name she has short hair and freckles absolutely stunning and is helpful. I wish the store carried other brands such as MAC I feel like they have a lot of the drug store brands we can get elsewhere.

Omg best Ulta ever. Kate at the Dermalogica facial section is amazing. My skin has never looked better! And she helped me pick products that were tailored to my skin!

I went in an Amazing young lady named Taylor help me pick the things that are right for my skin, I have skin cancer and she did just an amazing job, So kinda very Personable, I will come back to her for all my skin care and makeup pointers,

Took my teenage son for a skin consultation due to acne issues and he ended up have a microdermabrasion procedure. This procedure was wonderful, it helped remove a bunch of blackheads and red marks left behind from acne. Kait was absolutely wonderful, she really took her time and explained all the skin care products and options. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great personality. I took my son to doctors and he used prescription creams which dried out his skin and really didnt work that well. After 1 hour with Kait his skin is looking great and I can tell he is feeling much more confident. I HIGHLY recommend taking your teenager to see Kait at Ulta, she works wonders on the skin.

Ask for Sara and you wont be disappointed!!!
