I hate this pharmacy. They never have enough staff, and the wait time is horrible. I pick up the prescriptions for my boyfriend. I left after 10 minutes waiting in line.

Was picking up prescriptions. Pharmacist was friendly, courteous, and professional.

If you are going on vacation. DO NOT TRUST THIS PHARMACY TO GET YOU TEST DELIVERED. My wife and I both got our covid test done. We only had 72 hours to get our results back and mine came back right away and my wifes never got delivered to the lab. So screwed our honeymoon up.

I wanted to update a review and compliment a pharmacy employee named Jessica. I have had bad experiences with other employees who talked to me as if I’m an addict and made me feel bad for trying to fill my monthly pain meds. I have degenerative discs, bulging disc, stenosis, in my neck and lumbar spine, as a former surgical tech who has specialized in spine surgery I’m certainly putting this surgery off as long as possible! My muscle relaxer and pain med makes daily living and the ability to work and do simple tasks at home tolerable. Not everyone on pain pills is an addict or criminal. Jessica treats me with respect and gives excellent customer care. I wish all the staff as professional and kind as her.

Gave wrong medication amount. Indicated the counter was the problem. If the doctor calls in one medication then another it seems too complicated for understanding that the doctor called in two medications for a purpose regardless of being the SAME name but different mgs and quantity and fills ONLY their understanding of what they think the doctor meant instead of either filling or confirming. Noooo not narcotic medication but cholesterol. Cant refill medicine at any other Wal-Greens if traveling or out of stock. Need to advise Doctor going out of town and provide the pharmacy info from another state to the Doctor. Thought that this was a chain. Not asking to refill early but simply transfer. What if it was an ER UNEXPECTED TRIP? Rarely accepts responsibility for their own actions of being rude in handling customer concerns but does not hesitate pointing finger at the customer when customers respond to how rude the staff is being. It s a shame that the world especially those in this profession perceive anyone that receives any type of pain relief is an addict which by the way are not bad people but just made bad choices . Not everyone that receives opiates ARE whining as one review indicates and understanding the strain and the guidelines does not only apply to pharmacists or doctors but CPAS and other professions, so choose another field if you are going to be hostile toward those that keep you in your salary if the demands are too taxing for anyone. Switched to mom and pop store if the chain cannot have scripts transferred to another store, whats the point of being a chain and ALL if our history can be pulled by ANY PHARMACY in the world.

Worse pharmacy in Lebanon I called today and let’s just say the pharmacist was extremely rude and wasn’t very helpful of helping

They treated me to much badly because I can’t speak English very well.

Not sure about any other Walgreens but this Walgreens in particular has bad management and sarcastic employees.If anyone uses the pharmacy make sure, maybe double check, the price on your prescription. They tried to overcharge me by $50 on my last prescription and when I called them on it the employee got mad and I had to speak with the manager who fixed it in three seconds.Big difference between $55 and 3.98

The staff at this pharmacy are so unprofessional and rude to paying customers. They seem to not like their job and treat customers very disrespectfully! My family nor I will be returning to Walgreens!

Looking for a cane, found just what I needed quickly.

Ive been coming here for years and have never had a problem with staff or having what I need.

Pharmacy is a JOKE! Linda Durham the pharmacist on duty should be fired. Every time she is the one on duty there she refuses to fill my script. Have had Walgreens in Mt. Juliet fill same script for 5 years moved to Smith County and Lebanon store is closer. She won’t fill script because I live in next county over. She abuses her power and makes it impossible to get medication. Had to drive to another town to get meds at Walgreens with no issue. The last 6 months I was able to get meds filled there as long as she wasn’t the POD. Have filed a complaint with State of TN Pharmacy board. Do yourself a favor a go somewhere else. She is AWFUL!

On hold- very understandable.HOWEVER the repeated message ever 15 seconds (yep I timed it after the 43rd time!!!!!).

Worst place ever. They dont contact the insurance so pretty much had to spend way to much for my prescriptions worst of all I even asked them if they ran it they said yes but when I go pick it up they didnt run it....worst place ever.

Pleasant staff. Short on most cleaning supplies but had water, food and plenty of medicine.

Worst place ever. Definitely gonna find a new pharmacy. Medicine was put in 5 hours ago and still isn’t ready. Need new management or more help always slow and the wait is always over 30 min or longer going in or drive thru.

Just switched to this location when I moved two months ago, this is by far the absolute WORST pharmacy I have ever used at Walgreens. They will have 3 to 4 people working at a time but there is usually 5-10 people waiting for the pharmacy at any given time. I will definitely be switching pharmacies.

I used the pre- pay option, which was touted as making it possible to just go to the Express window and pick up my prescription without having to wait in line. I still stood in line because they used the Express window, which is marked pass only to check out everyone. It defeats the purpose of having an Express window for those who pre-pay, if you use it to check out all customers. I dont think Ill use this option anymore.

Do NOT stop here if you are tourist or traveling. My fiancee travels with his work and my kids and I sometimes go with him. I had to get a prescription filled. When I dropped it off I was treated like it was a big deal because they felt the need to check my prescription like I was a fraud(even though in SC I get all my meds from Walgreens so they can see my history) anyway then it was a push the job off on the next shift over and over. I did get my refill after a day and a 1/2 and the young man and lady were super nice at the counter they deserve 5 stars for being so nice. But they were understaffed, store was dirty, and most of the staff will treat you like trash.

Zhanna, Jamie, Linda, Brenda, etc all work extremely hard and And maintain a relatively positive attitude in the face of, constant impatient, selfish and ignorant people all day long. They manage to follow ridiculously long and monotonous regulations and laws and 99.9% of the time still manage to have your script ready in reasonable time frame. Ive been coming here weekly for over 2 years and have never been disapointed! To all you whiners and cry babies out there 1) Nobody forced you to go there and 2) If you think you can do better than prove it until you do shut up!

This place is a joke. Been waiting since yesterday and still my prescription is still not filled and ready. Was called in yesterday. Currently on hold for over a hr waiting to talk to someone why it is still not ready. There was 3 callers ahead of me and still a hr and 10 mins later there are 2 callers ahead of me. Terrible service!!

Place was packed as usual, but Jaime kept a high spirit and was a huge help. Not the fastest service, but the nicest.

They are polite on the floor and will help me out when asking questions. Exactly what you expect from walgreens.

The Main Manager is the rudest person I have ever met! He actually told in elder lady to go to another store if she wasnt Happy. So Sad That Walgreens would allow such in Management!!! I wont be Back And am Posting to the BBB and Ripoff Report So Sad

Their medication is way over-priced. Last night I went in with my husband and the cashier asked if I was his mother. I was completely insulted. Wont be back!

Why do they give you an option to put in a time to pick up your prescription but then you call 15 min after that time and its still not ready? I have to find a new pharmacy

Waiting in drive thru for 30 minutes then another 10 minutes at the window. The clerk cant find my prescription! Its always something that has me fuming when I leave here!!!

Worst Experience ever

Usually very helpful.

This morning I tried to update my prescriptions and So I had a few questions the young lady who I spoke to was probably the rudest person I’ve ever talk in the pharmacy on phone usually have a very good experience with these people there but for some reason this young lady must have been having a bad day she was terrible are usually have very high tolerance for such things but this was somewhat unbearable !!!

Worst Walgreens ever. Two hours later when I was told medicine would be ready, go to pick it up and still wasnt ready. Had to sit there and wait another 30 minutes.

Worst place my wife needed her heart medication and every time was told would be ready so finally had to move to a mom and pop drug store was treated like her life did not matter at this Walgreens
