Staff has great customer service but they literally never make the cold foam correctly. It’s always way too runny. They also gave me the wrong lid. Pretty much the last 6 times I’ve ordered the cold foam cold brew it was wrong. I don’t know why I keep trying haha

What can I say its Starbucks I can not say anything bad about a business that sells only coffee LOL, Seriously though, the staff is always pleasant, helpful and accurate, I have never received an incorrect order yet and Ive had a few large complicated or should I say sophisticated orders...LOL. Anyway, to sum it up my experience has always been positive.

Fabulous line up of drinks and the baristas are very friendly. Love all the different options and their rewards app is awesome!Their summertime features are AWESOME — especially the Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher.

I love their coffee and the staff is always nice, though sometimes service is slow and they are often out of stock of drinks or items.

Consistent, and thats what counts to me. If I order a drink, it taste the same every single time I order it. The employees are quick and friendly every morning.

I just spent over $5 for a violet drink that is white? It literally tastes like almond milk in ice water. When we questioned it the girl at the window said, “that is a violet drink” she said they have no blackberries today? This tastes NOTHING like a violet drink. I will never go here again! She didn’t even offer to take it back and look at it or anything. Worse customer service ever!

Fast service. Since my first language is spanish, the girls are very nice and make me feel confortable.

Dont get me wrong, sometimes it tastes like they scraped the Pike Place from the bottom of the barrel but for the most part the coffee is good here and the employees pleasant.

I come here all the time!I brought my sister this time because she wanted to tag along and pay with her own money!the 3 ladies that were working were extremely rude, and almost seemed annoyed that she was paying on her own?the date I was here was on Wednesday April 21st 2021, the time I was here was 5:35pm,they were talking bad about my sister over their headsets, and continued to stare at us.very displeased, ive never had an experience like this one.Should probably look into getting more pleasant people.The two main ladies that were rude was a bigger lady with short red hair, and the girl with black hair on register.They also messed up her drink and when I brought it in for them to fix it, they told me they knew exactly what was wrong, they put coffee in a little kids drink!!

Every time I go to this starbucks and order anything that is specifically chocolate flavored(ex: Chocolate Almondmilk Foam w/ Coldbrew, and The Chocolate Almondmilk Iced Shaken Espresso) they always seem to forget the Chocolate part, so what I get is a gross flavorless frothy almondmilk. Ew. Do better. Add the stinkin chocolate. And if you’re a customer reading this, in hopes of getting a delicious chocoately flavored foam. Forget it. You won’t here:)

Something is up with this location. It closes at odd hours without warning. Sometimes you can sail right through. Today, I was the last car to get served and they turned a very long line away without warning at 5:30 PM. It took 45 minutes to go through the drive through. They had multiple girls working inside but one just stood at the back door with it open and you could hear them chatting with each other with absolutely no urgency. This is my closest Starbucks but I’d rather go out of my way to get decent service.

I tried ordering 3 different drinks and they didnt have the ingredients for any of them. Very disappointed.

Stopped here for a quick drink. Only the drive-thru is open at this point. But they seem fast enough that I was in and out in under 10 minutes with my drink and a very long line of cars. Drink was delicious and everything went off great.

Today March 27th, 2021 I ordered 3 drinks and I been a Starbucks lover now for 7years and I let me to ya I have NEVER had an ice coffee from here until today and I was 100% satisfied with the outcome in so many ways I want to say I am definitely gonna order it more often on my early mornings like today ❤️Thank you to the employees that made my day

Well this is the first and last time I will be visiting this place. Its way over priced for bad tasting coffee. I can get that anywhere for cheaper. Though I will say the staff here were all very nice, and they are the reason I even gave any stars at all.

Good service. But it would be nice that during the closure of their store that the would prioritize online orders by allowing them to get it at the front door like other Starbucks. I order online to save time but I seem to wait in line for my order. Which doesnt save me time at all and I cant not wait because I already paid for it on the app.

Establishments should not offer counter pick-up in the app and then force people to wait in the drive thru when they arrive. If I had known Id be in line for 30 minutes to pick up it would have been a pass. Since I had already paid in the app I was stuck. Not cool, Starbucks

Excellent coffee. The other sides are overpriced. The baristas at the Sunset location have a little attitude which is off putting. Both the sunset and Pasadena locations do not have parking which makes it difficult if you want coffee to go quickly.

Worse Starbucks ever. If you were hoping Lebanon, PA has entered the 21st century by having a Starbucks apparently the employees need some major training. Things wrong with my first and last visit. 1. Never asked what size coffee I wanted. 2. Employees pay more attention to the drive through customers then the customers inside, which isnt saying much if you read the other reviews. 3. They place your order on the counter and that is it they dont call your name just leave it there. Ive never seen that done in a Starbucks before. And I dont appreciate other patrons touching my coffee because they dont know who it belongs to either. Why because because they didnt call your name. 4. When you ask for a fork you would of thought I was asking them for one of their limbs. 5. 20 bucks for two coffees a two pieces of cake which wasnt much bigger than a hostess cupcake. Hoping Mod Pizza is better than this Starbucks Shit Show.

Starbucks is Starbucks. Great coffee drinks and good service( for how busy it was). Only the drive through was open and there were about 11 cars ahead of me. Still was out of there in 10 minutes.

I usually go through the drive thru, and they are always so quick, nice and informative. I love that they take that extra second to ask if you want to redeem stars on your order to get things, and I have never had an issue with any of my orders! Great customer service!

I ordered through the app so I could run in and pick up on the way to a doctor appointment. When I got there the doors were locked and I had to wait in the drive thru line all the way out to the road. I tried to call but their phone wasn’t in service. The was no way to cancel my order though the app so I waited in line at the drive thru 25 minutes just for a tall frappachino. Needless to say I was late for my doctor appointment. 😡

Drive through is hard with specific drink orders. Dunkin just has a better espresso... yes, Im shocked too but its true. They are just bad at marketing it and instead buy espresso machine upgrades to waste money when they had it going on all the time. But!... Starbucks is, or at least used to be, a CONSISTENT EXPERIENCE with quality control unlike Dunkin, which is getting slightly better at it. This, coming from a previous Starbucks fanatic.

They have the right recipes for the coffee totally love it.

I was there twice this week and each time I ordered the iced white chocolate mocha they have forgotten to add the whip cream. The drink is suppose to come with it yet they never put it on.

Great service, a lot of people like to complain that it was slow or this and that. There was only 3 workers in there and they handled the situation of over 20 customers inside to the best they could while handling drive threw times. It’s brand new and obviously there not going to be experts right away.

I came here a total of 8 times and the majority of the time theyre out of my favorite drinks. Youd expect them to order more inventory if you run out of it really fast the first time, but it has been a week and theyre still out. If this continues to happen, Im never coming here again. I ordered a regular coffee and I received a warm coffee vs hot coffee. The attendants excuse was that it was late, that she could make a new pot but I had to wait 10 min. This was around 8 pm. What is this? You cant have coffee before 9 pm?I went to the drive thru for a reason to have my coffee right away.Management, please train your employees properly.Weve been to numerous Starbucks and never had any problems.

They are always inconsistent

I love that they finally added a Starbucks in lebanon and so far they are doing a decent job, really like the customer service but the drinks are not consistent and it’s frustrating when you pay that overpriced amount for a Venti but actually get a Grande amount. This happens a lot with the matcha green tea Latte and it’s just not cool with the amount you pay for that coffee to receive not full cups.

Amazing place. They honored my happy hour bogo n i was ecstatic! Plus they awarded me 400 stars for a long wait. Love this place.

This evening my husband ordered a java chip decaf frapp as he does several times a week and instead was given a double chocolate chip creme frapp. He explained to the girl that this is not what he ordered and she proceeded to argue that he ordered a frapp without coffee. When he again said he did want coffee in it just decaf she again argued that decaf means without coffee all the while another staff member stood behind her shaking her head as if we were the ones who had no clue what were were talking about. Starbucks please train your extremely rude staff that clearly has no clue about different types of coffee. We visit your establishment quite frequently and have never been spoken to this way before. Might be time to switch over to Dunkin for awhile.

Today was my first visit and not a good one! Unfortunately, I was denied the happy hour bogo deal. According to the cashier: it’s only for Gold rewards members. When I got home, I checked my Starbucks app and...surprise surprise — I WAS eligible to redeem the happy hour deal just with a basic rewards card (Gold member status not needed). Of course there’s no business phone number uploaded online to call. That’s very unprofessional! If this is how you do business, you won’t last long in this town. I will be filing this complaint with Starbucks corporate office and BBB.

Was one of the first customers, so far went back three times and three times they always got my order wrong.! They are ruining their business before it starts. The coffee does not even taste like Starbucks it’s not made properly because the kids that they hired do not know what they’re doing nor do they care. I’m definitely staying away from the Starbucks.! But you know what we have to say here is we have to chalk it up to bad management. If somebody was looking and making sure that everything is correct in an order, but obviously there isn’t. I’ll get this place one star because of all the obvious reasons that I’ve explained to you.

This is by far the worst Starbucks. Every single time I’ve gone, they’ve messed up my drink somehow. They either give you the complete wrong drink, or they just mess it up. Even my vanilla Frappuccino they messed up. It’s disgusting.
