So, to start off, I sadly didnt see the name tags of the people. But anyways, when I went to the register, the man that rung me out was very nice. He also helped me understand the Sheetz Rewards card, therefore I now have one. Next, after i had left, there was something wrong with my drink that I had bought (the ones they blend in store). So I came back in and the second woman my dad and I talked to was very nice and happily remade our drink. This place is an awesome gas station, in fact, maybe even my favorite. Id fully recommend going here. The employees are great. And their made to order food is just as good.

I like going here. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. There is always a large variety of products and great to-order-food/beverages.

We stopped in for some gas and drinks. There were plenty of pumps and decent space between them. It was some of the cheapest gas that day in central PA and that was before I scanned my Sheetz card. I didnt step inside, but my wife did with no complaints.

Would leave no stars If I could. Every time I come here after 11pm they tell you it’s an hour wait for food because they’re too lazy to make it. Then when you try to sit and wait for your food, they tell you “the dining room is closed” and you need to sit somewhere else. What a joke, staff is also super disrespectful

This place is a disgrace. The staff are very disrespectful. I ordered a sandwich and when it came out it was nothing but bread. When I explained to the girl working there (her name was audi or outi how ever you spell it) she went to the back and proceeded to mock what I told her with two other employees. When I asked to speak to the store manager the manager walked right past me and started serving food. They dont care about respect and customer service at all! I wish I could rate this place lower then a one star.FYI, this is what I paid 10 bucks for and this is the remake

Nice place, but THIRTY FIVE (35) minutes to get my food, hire more staff please. Ive waited a long time here before but this is the last straw. Its not fair to the people working there to have to work that hard. Im disappointed in Sheetz as a company that they continue to operate this way. Good thing there are now other options in the area that Ill go to in the future.

Im working on an overnight job thats near this Sheetz and have ended up eating at this Sheetz a lot lately. Ive used the online ordering and have purchase other stuff in store but Ill say that every meal Ive gotten has been perfectly made to be what I expected. The food has been outstanding and served quickly. The staff have been very very friendly and and whole place is very clean and well stocked. Great work on providing such great experience even on the late night shifts!

What can you say other than MTO,booze,slushees and never forgotten instant lottery tickets outta the technologically advance AI Dispensing Machine I.e scratch-offs,fast plays,pick #’s and sooo much more!

Yesterday stopped by a Sheetz for the first time in my life. I am familiar with WaWa but that is about it. I had a super pleasant experience with the cashier and all the workers there. I was even super annoying about my coffee but the guy Matt was so courteous and kind ! Great customer service!

I’m usually here at least once a day for something. Most of the staff is very familiar with me so its like visiting family on most occasions. Staff is always friendly & willing to help. Most visits are usually in and out within 5 minutes. This Sheetz is one of the busiest places in the area. They can be short staffed & overwhelmed at times. If ordering food, the Sheetz app makes things quicker & reduces personal wait times. 4.75 stars out of 5 & wouldn’t go anywhere else for my quick fix items.

I give 5 stars because of the customer service I received. Jeriah was awesome. Working in customer service myself, I know the stresses that customer service agents face. I really appreciated his kindness and him talking to me as a person instead of just a number or a profit for the store! This young man deserves a raise!On the negative side I did wait a long time for a simple hot dog order and there is no reason hot dogs take 20 minutes to prepare.

I wont waste my time with the receipt survey anymore because they dont change anything. They just cant seem to toast the sourdough bread for the breakfast sandwich! The one I got this morning will be the last. No salt and pepper, bread not toasted, and COLD! Cold sausage, cold eggs, cold bread, and cold cheese.

Handed me the wrong order twice very unhappy with this location employees very disrespectful !!!!

Ordered a salad and received a pathetic excuse for one. Small amount of watery lettuce and barely any toppings. Would have returned it if I wasn’t busy at work.

A very nice and large gas station/quick stop shop for all your needs. Their made to order food is rather expensive, though very good, in my opinion and the wait times for it can be a little excessive. Also, during the evenings/night times, it seems that this is the Lebanon hang out spot. You can rarely find parking because every teenager/young adult loiters around the building even though there are signs saying its prohibited. I dont know if the employees dont care, but that should be more enforced.

If I could give zero stars, I would!!! Waited nearly 45 minutes for a 2 hot dog combo with chili. Fries were cold!!! Hot dogs were almost raw, and next to no chili on either dog & I had to pay extra for that!!! Had to throw the entire meal away at home!!! What a waste and what a joke!!! If youre going to take an eternity for 2 hotdogs & fries at least attempt to cook them!!!!! The soda that came with the combo was fine! But, I did pour that myself!!!!!

Overall a nice store, however there is a downside...the wait time! It seems that they are understaffed especially on the weekends. On a Friday night, my MTO order wasn’t ready after 30 mins of waiting...I almost walked out! That experience was a bad one amongst countless good experiences here.

The idea to pay with credit card at gas pumps so you dont have to run into the store.. However when it doesnt print you a receipt cause the machine is out of paper or the machine gives you a blank piece of paper then you have no choice but to go into the store!! Get it together!!

My friends and I pretty much live here. Most of the staff is super friendly and fun to interact with. A few bad eggs though, and they really should let the kids stay out in the parking lot. We all buy food and drinks, and buy multiple times a night,

The staff on night shift sucks some time there food all over the kitchen floor. long line you have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for your food and when you get your its usually cold and not made to perfection if the health inspector went in that place he would raise hell they need more staff on duty then just 3 people the only good things there all the non prepared food and drinks, candy, donuts

Today my daughter and I stopped in for a few snacks. On our way to the register she grabbed one of the sausage muffins on the rack. While we waited in line I noticed one of the employees turned off the rack and rolled it away. I thought about asking the cashier for a 50% discount on the sandwich since it was old. She asked the manager whom came over and said that the sandwich was outdated and cannot be sold. Confused, she followed up by stating that she could make another for us in just two minutes. We finished checking out, and sure enough, the manager wrapped and bagged a fresh hot sandwich for us as promised, Couldn’t be happier!

I really like sheetz food and the prices of those gasoline is usually pretty good for the competition. But the service here is atrocious. This place is usually busy (which I know is a good thing) but you may end up waiting at least 25 if not at least 35 minutes for your food. On a day where there is no lines and not busy at all you still end up waiting at least 15-20 minutes for your food. That is a joke. Most of the time they Have to people making the food and one person manning the registers which is horrible staffing patterns.I would imagine if they get more staff actually working and adjust those patterns for the busy times at this place would be better. But just not now.

Got a sub. Almost no meat on the sub.Otherwise everything is hot and fresh.

I used to think this was one of the best Sheetz around. But lately it has been incredibly disappointing. I used to see consistent staff as of a year ago, and thats when things ran very smoothly. Now there are only a few familiar faces and the new staff seem a bit confused working the floor. The food quality has dropped a lot. Sandwiches are typically falling apart in the wrapper and incredibly messy. Also most days I go now, my MTO foods are missing a decent amount of the add ons I asked for. Im also really bummed about the wait times. They used to be super speedy even when a huge stream of people came through. Now Im waiting some times close to a half an hour for a simple salad. I wish this place could turn itself around again. This used to be one of my favorite spots to go to on the run.

This sheetz location features a large number of gas pumps, free air pump, clean bathrooms, ample parking and is well lit at night. The large convenience store features made to order food, as well as typical gas station store items including coffee, snacks, cold drinks, nicotine products, and car accessories for higher than average prices. Customers looking to quickly get gas may want to avoid paying inside with cash since lines at the convenience counter can be long from customers buying other products inside. Traffic can also be congested at times due to being located at a busy intersection just south of Lebanon.

Needs more diesel pumps. Kind of ridiculous that a Sheetz with 16 pumps only has 2 diesel pumps.

If you want to order food here, DO NOT, me and my sister went here to get some supper first of all we waited 20minutes on my food and they didnt give me ketchup and my sister didnt get her cup of fries. Very poor

MTO breakfast sandwich was the worst.After waiting over ten minutes and watching painfully as employees talked amoungst themselves during the procees the Grande Breakfast came out as a perfect square? At this point I had to assume, either this man never saw,eaten or made a burrito before but after the first bit I was convinced that Sheetz had not properly trained him because it was cold, and not just mine but my wifes egg white with cheddar was on a Flatbread was as well, she said it was the worst, so we both shared the same experience. Luckily when you go to sheetz you never have the same person make your food so every experience is unique

Stopped in to get a bottle of soda on my way to work. Figured Id pick up something for lunch, too. My preferred soda (Sunkist) was no where to be found, so I figured Id get a Coke. There was NO COKE! Just empty shelves. I would have just left if I hadnt already ordered food. Checkout took forever (mostly because of one customer and cigarettes, but still, only one cashier, as always), so my sandwich was ready and waiting before I could even pay. Kind of embarrassing to hear them say your order is ready pending payment. Next time Ill just go to Giant instead.
