Many selections, and very helpful

Wow! Surprised how clueless Webb staff were about simple residential plumbing items (slip joint washer and nut) that I needed. Local box store and hardware store personnel immediately recognized the items. Latter female rep promptly reported availability of the size I needed. Decided to go with them instead of taking my chances with Webb. (Giving you a two star rating only because I dont hate you.)

Awesome sales people and staff. Every one of my needs were met as an industry professional. The most knowledgeable sales staff in the Upper Valley. Building is very clean and they have a TON!!! of the right inventory. You guys ROCK!!!

This place never has any thing in stock. From the simplest thing like a rollout switch to propane conversion kits. They sell york units but never stock any York parts. Would recommend buying your parts somewhere else because you will be stuck up there without the part you need to fix it. Worst supply house I have been to. I love the FW Webb company but this location in Lebanon NH is awful. Will buy my parts out of town for now on.

The woman in the showroom (JLM) was super helpful and lovely to work with. I look forward to my next purchase with Webb.

Bad experience with the store ordering the wrong shower head, even though I had given them specific information. It was very pricey and a replacement part that I was guaranteed never came. Very poor customer service so that my plumber could make a mark up
