Poor Customer Service and Lack of interest in helping to find a product to fulfill our individual needs. Below is the information detailing the experience we had and the results of an apparent lack of interest in helping my family find the first item for our remodel.We came in as a family to seek assistance in finding the perfect 36 gas range to start our project. The Show room manager was kind & friendly as she offered her card once I asked a few questions, but did not seem interested in asking further questions that would have provided them details to better help us.We were advised to look on the website to find what we were looking for. My wife and I went home and searched the site but could not find the brand we had asked about.When I reached out to ask for assistance in finding something similar and even provided the specifications we desired they never responded with any alternative options.I highly value good customer service and have always emphasized that to my own employees. They may not have had the specific item we came in to inquire about, but missed the opportunity to help us find something that could fulfill our checklist. We did find what we were looking for in a different brand than we were originally looking at, but went to a different company to purchase it yesterday.To me the Customers experience matters as much if not more than the product being sold. I am sincerely disappointed with our experience and saddened by the fact that a bigger chain provided a better quality of personalized customer service.I do sincerely hope that they take this as an opportunity to review how customer service impacts decisions and long term relationships with future customers as well as their circle of influence. Unfortunately, my family will not be one of them.

We do alot of business with these guys. Always super helpful

These guys on the counter are young and knowledgeable of the industry. The plumbing counter men helped me get a tiny part for my faucet that fixed my leak. The HVAC consultant helped my foreman and I get the correct fittings to run my outdoor fireplace gas line. If you need something quick and easy this is the place to go. These guys are professional and accommodating.

Didnt have a good selection

Needed to replace a 50 year old faucet. They were very helpful. Huge selection and can order most anything you need.

Great customer service

This is NOT your old time hardware store where the counter person knew almost everything about the products they sold parts for. Even with the old part in my hand, I dont believe I was successful in explaining the function of the director for the hand sprayer in a kitchen faucet. Needed the faucet model number so it could be looked up in the computer. I can do that, so I did. On top of that they look at you like YOU are the dumm Esel. Wont waste my time there again.
