I called ahead to see if they had the tire I needed in stock and they did when I showed up at the shop all the employees what kind courteous very helpful and informative excellent customer service I literally thought I would be there at least an hour just to get a tire changed over to the rim based on other tire shops that I have used in Lebanon. I was very surprised when they came out less than 15 minutes later with my tire and rim all done. I would most definitely recommend this tire shop to anyone that needs tires brakes and more and I will definitely using them in the future. A+++++++

This is a very good choice to have work done. They do good work and have competitive prices. they stay very busy so I would recommend calling ahead. Since they have moved to their new building they have a decent waiting room.

Honest, dependable, great people & service

We were camping nearby and my husbands truck was making an odd noise (we thought a wheel bearing was going out). We spoke to some nice folks who work at the sheriffs dept, and they recommended we take the truck to Tires, Brakes and More to get it looked at. After driving the truck and inspecting the tires,they couldnt find anything wrong with it. The best part....they didnt charge us anything! Nice, honest folks! Appreciate their kindness and assistance!

Went to get an inspection done here and they didnt pass it saying my tie rods were bad and that my power steering pump was leaking. I took it home and looked at it myself and there was nothing wrong with either one but I did find that they loosened my oil filter and I had lost about 2 quarts of oil before I got home. I would like to see someone take a car in there with a hidden camera because these people are so fraudulent they should not be in business, but I would like to think that maybe they will find God and start doing right by people, but as rude as they are; I dont have much hope for that. Do your self a favor and avoid this place.

We had broke down in the side of the road and they came right out and got out van and got it towed back, fixed it in nothing flat. They have fixe many of our vehicles. Rick and the staff there are truly awesome :)

Went in for a quick alignment...they installed new hardware that was not needed and then showed me the alignment results before, in the green and within spec, and after, not much change from the before, proving it wasnt needed. They wasted my time and money...I shouldnt have paid for any of it after they pulled that BS.

I wouldn’t go back here if you paid me! I went in for breaks and had to go back three times. They never did fix the brakes. It kept on clicking when I tried to stop. One time I didn’t even make it off the lot, I just backed up and pulled it back in the shop. I had to go somewhere else, that’s when I found out that they didn’t even put several of the keepers back on. The incompetency of the mechanics is astounding!

They where extremely helpful I was from out of town and the had my tire done in less than 30 minutes very grateful.

DO NOT GO HERE, Especially if you dont know much about cars. My mother went here when a belt came off on her car. They looked at it and told her that her air conditioning pully had seized up and it was going to cost over a thousand dollars to fix. Turns out it was only a one hundred and ninteen dollar water pump. They outright lied to her during the week of the heat this summer and who wouldnt want their air fixed. Except it wasnt and they were conning her. After she left and talked to other who know more about cars than her, they told her to call back and have these guys just put a new belt on. They became hostile and defensive, then refuseing to even touch the car at all, telling her to get it out of there place. Plus previously the broke the key off in the ignition of my moms Dodge Grand caravan. Not a good shop.

They always treat me good. Theyre quick to get to me

They lied about the repairs my truck needed. They said my truck needed $300 worth of repair that it didnt need. Luckily I got a second opinion and found out none of the parts they said it needed were actually needed. I really trusted them to be straight with me. So sad.

Failed my car for inspection then told me I had bad u joints took them out and they were just fine but I still replaced them to make them happy definitely not the best place to take ur car.

They had my sons truck all dayto put two used tires on and still didnt get it done.

Bought my tires here because they offered me the lowest price in town for a special size order of tires and had them there the next day. Went for a routine oil change at Ford and they wouldn’t rotate my tires because I “needed” new lug nuts, so I brought it back here and they had my tires rotated and balanced in no time. I didn’t even have to purchase new lug nuts! Highly recommend this place.
