Ive only used this shop once but my first time through was great. I was given a same week appt. I brought my Escalade in, which as u can imagine I always get nervous for the cost. I spoke with Chad, he explained everything in detail. I appreciate him dealing with my ignorance for vehicles and giving me my options. Happy customer and got an oil change while i was at it.
