I really like all the hard working mechanics down here... They are friendly, listen to you well, and they take time to explain what is wrong and why... I find the prices are very fair, and beats out most of the other businesses... I recommend this place..

The work was fast and everyone I talked to was very polite and helpful. The bummer was they performed work outside of what I had requested which would not have been a big deal if they had called me to ask, but they just did the work and added it to my bill without asking. Bad policy, great guys.

Great customer service but lacking on maintaining there U-haul it make me wonder how well the service is sence they are a mechanic shop?

We had problem with our drivers door not opening. Well they fix the problem but they cause new ones. They door doesnt locked and window falls at random and it falls off the track. The rod they use to fix my door is to small. We took the car in first thing in the when they opened theyre was not cars in front of us. And they told us it would be done tomorrow afternoon 3 days went passed didnt here anything. I called them. Theyre response was sorry we havent got to it yet weve been busy. It took them almost a week to get the part and let alone they didnt start working on it until after the week. Finally after a week we demanded the car back.

At around 160, 000 miles, my car constantly displayed Mass air flow codes and I had engine failure too frequent for comfort. I replaced the mass air flower censor once and then the throttle body on my 05 volvo. About 10000 miles or so later, I replaced all five cylinders. At about 178000 I had the transmission serviced and again about 3000 miles later. I religiously got oil changes but slacked on some of the other maintenance. At about 185000 I got in a fairly bad accident and damaged the subframe significantly and had it repaired. The car was never the same and consistently vibrated between 60 and 80. At 186000, I flushed and filled all the fluids, including another transmission service and new spark plugs. At 190000 i replaced two motor mounts and the shocks and spring seats, got a new set of tires and an alignment. In the meantime, I replaced the air filter at least twice, if not more. At 193000 the car starts gasping and the vibration is almost unbearable. In the last few weeks I literally had to fight the car to drive it, like i was always driving in a tornado. The steering was looser to the left than the right. The steering in general was a little loose, like it pulled back to the side when turning, like a little wobble. It literally hurt my arm to drive for very long and contributed to my bad wrist. When I put the car in reverse, it would always roll back just a tiny bit even with my foot on the break. The break felt like it pushed back against me from time to time. And the car had trouble accelerating at times. I know the turbo system is disconnected, it was never a priority to repair it after I broke a connection replacing a headlight, but this was different. Thinking it was time to finally throw in the towel and retire the old car, disappointingly, I began shopping and planning for a new car purchase, dreading it because I love this volvo. At close to 196000 miles, when it started failing to accelerate at stop signs after starting it, I knew I had to get it serviced. It was due for an oil change anyway. I researched and learned that I had neglected the fuel system and was convinced it was going to need the whole system cleaned - probably need injectors or a new fuel pump. I took it to MAS Auto Repair for routine service - an oil change and a new fuel filter. They do a routine inspection as part of their service. When I picked the car up, it was literally like driving a whole new car. The vibration is all but gone, no more rough idle, no more fighting back, it can breath. The steering doesnt wobble. The brakes dont do the weird thing. It is literally amazing. Best part is they didnt charge me for inspection and are open Saturdays so not only did they save me $106 per hour for diagnostics, they also didnt force me to take a day off work, and I know they drove it at least an 1/8 of a tank which is about 50 miles. I will not use another mechanic until I move away. I am still amazed and impressed . Thank you Mike the mechanic and owner whose name is didnt get ! #volvoforlife

The first time I came in here they used a state of the art diagnostic interface to look at what was causing my check engine light. We drove around the block with the computer displaying live engine data.. The mechanic was super helpful and knowledgeable, and furthermore did this diagnostic for free. Later on I came back with a different issue with the suspension, since I had received such excellent service the first time. They quoted me a significantly lower price than Les Schwab. Le Schwab had included unnecessary adtl service in my quote with some line about why it was needed(it wasnt), and they were trying to charge me more for the same part from the same source as M.A.S. quoted me. This time I had a repair done by them and they displayed excellent customer service, professional workmanship, along with honesty and integrity. Its hard to find honest mechanics. Over the years, I have had a few horrible experiences at some other shops. I myself am above average in my amateur car mechanicing skills(I do a lot of work myself,) so I kind of have a sense of when someone is being legit or being sketchy. Im glad I found this mechanic in Lebanon. I will recommend them to friends and family.
