I recommend going elsewhere. I’ve been waiting for a simple oil change for over two hours, and although I had an appointment, it doesn’t seem to matter since other people who came in for an oil change after me left before I did. There seems to be no hurry to get anything done and they don’t work on your car in order so people will come in after you and leave before you for the same exact procedure. Needs better organization for sure.

Need too replace two tires and didnt have a lot of cash. The staff help me out and found me tires for a reasonable price. I will be going back for all my car needs. Thank you to all the staff at Firestone.

Went to Firestone on April 20, 2021 for an oil change. Started to notice oil spots on driveway gradually getting worse. Went back to Firestone on July 19 and said there was an oil leak. They checked the engine and said No leaks found. Oil leaks continued so I took the car to the VW dealer. The dealer had to replace the drain plug and gasket and refill the oil. The leaks were the result of the Firestone oil change in April. Never again!

On Saturday our Kia window got stuck halfway. I was at work and my wife had our 2 babies. Firestone is nearby and Ive been a customer of theres for years. My wife dropped it off to them and they got it back up cause it was nearby and walkable distance from our home. The window came down again by accident pressing 3 days later but it wasnt supposed to. Firestone didnt disconnect it like they said they did and refused to refund claiming it was a diagnostic charge. They Charged me $145 and took them 5 hrs of car drop off and return. They offered to charge $664 for part and labor. (Window Regulator)Low cost auto did everything for $85 and will do everything for 100$ labor if I bring them the part. (The part is $120)Never doing business with firestone ever again.

Dropped off vehicle with one price. Got a call the next day with a more expensive price and of course a whole slew of other things they wanted to do, went to pick up the vehicle and was lied to in order to keep it longer and apparently charge more. When picking up the car and paying, there was yet a different number on the bill, which of course my teenage son paid because he expects honesty from his service providers.

I just left there 02/18/18 1:10pm. Got 4 tires and inspection($600). They scratched up all 4 of my black rims on my Chrysler. I know they did it cause the rims were in perfect condition going in(rims not even 1 year old)I sat there the entire time and watched the person installing my tires,saw them get real nervous out of the blue on each tire install. They tried to cover it up by not cleaning the liquid they use to put the tire on, I cleaned it off, showed the service manager, and was told I need to speak with Cort the store manager tomorrow. I asked what will happen and basically said they can fix it but I would be without a car for a couple days which is completely unacceptable. I cannot take time off work due to their screw up.I am extremely pissed!!!!I will update tomorrow after I speak with Cort****UPDATE**** 02/20/18Big thanks to Cort the store manager for helping me get this taken care of in a timely manner. Didnt have to go through a long, drawn out process. Wheels are back to their original condition and am happy with the outcome. I used a company called Faith Auto Service and I strongly recommend them to anyone needing wheel work done. They come out to you(didnt have to leave work) and the whole process only took 2 hours!!! Big shout out to them, and again a big thanks to Cort for helping take care of this so quickly.

Put two tyres on in about an hour. Good deal considering I was the forth person in line.

First time using a Firestone Auto Care and I have to say, I was not disappointed. Rudy was very friendly and professional and had my Jeep repaired in a clean and timely fashion. Highly recommend him and this location.

Just thought you should know. I bought my tires here at a good price. I asked them to take the lock nuts off but they forgot and threw away the key, so when I got a flat, I was stranded because I couldn’t get my tire off. No big deal. When I took my tire in for repair, the guy at the counter said this, “We are trying to get out of here by 4:00 and we have a lobby full of customers, so we can’t...”. By lobby full of customers there was a married couple waiting and one other person. It was 2:45 PM. I’ll let you be the judge on whether this is the type of service you’re looking for. I just hope they got out of there on time.

I had an appointment for 10:00...the instructions stated to be there a few minutes over to go over what services I needed. I showed up at 9:55...they had customers waiting and no front desk person present. I saw an employee...we made eye contact...he saw me waiting and turned around d to do something else. I walked out, and will never go back. Waited 15 minutes in the front area

Sept. 2020. Arrived at 815 a.m. Jon the manager checked me in via phone...said it would take about 2 hours. An hour later...he said oh...that was 2 hours just to pull your car in. You could be here til 4 or 5 oclock. This is how it is during the pandemic. I said that was NOT what you said! Obviously nobody would sit there for 8 hours for an oil change n tire rotation!!! Complete JERKHowever....when I spoke with Joy the day before going in...very professional and pleasant.

Would not go back again. Got my tires rotated and balance today. Manager was giving my dad attitude. And also asked to see if they could install a cabin air filter that I had already purchased. Wanted to charge me 50$ just to install it. What a scam. I recommend not going back again.

I will NEVER go back to this location. I will drive an hour out of my to normal go to this location. Manager is rude and unfriendly. They were completely unwilling to help me. I need one new tire that is under warranty and I have road hazard. Bought the whole set from Firestone. They were unwilling to have a matching tire brought over from any one of the three stores that had them in stock because they don’t consider them local enough to do that. I will now be driving to one of those locations to get the tire I need. I only shop at firestone because of their customer service and quality of service. This one is awful!!!!

We were on the brink of a blow out on our trailer and had to immediately go to the closest place by. Told them our problem and the dude immediately just said we can’t help you. I went outside and told my buddy and he said to tell him we’ll take the equipment off real quick to make it easier. So I did, dude said he’d talk to his manager and I saw him talking to him and his manager looked annoyed and threw his hands up. The employee came back to me and said yeah sorry we can’t help you. We don’t have any trailer tires and it’s more than likely gonna need to be replaced. As if he took time to look at it.UPDATE!!!! We had a blow out on the freeway trying to find another tire repair shop.

I have only purchased products from here, never had an services done. Employees are knowledgeable and eager to help. I appreciate them giving me a core credit on a battery and letting me drop the old off at my convenience later. Saved me a trip.

If you are a woman please avoid this place. They will tell you that you need work that you really dont. They said I needed rotors and the dealer said there was nothing wrong with my rotors only break pads. Firestone quoted me 700+ and I paid 135.00 with the dealer

Ive had both of my vehicles, truck and car, serviced at Firestone League City for a couple of years now. Manager, James, and the entire service crew are always very helpful, accommodating my work schedule and explaining in plain language the maintenance procedures performed. Their cost is always in line with or below that of other auto service centers. I like the convenient location and clean, comfortable waiting area and Im always treated like family there. However, probably the most important thing is that I always leave there feeling I have received good value for my money and thats why I keep coming back.

We came here to have our tires changed, and afterwards they recommended a very expensive repair, that they said they could do for $1000. After getting a second opinion (and getting a cheaper, albeit still expensive repair) at another auto shop, we found that the repair had actually been wholly unnecessary, and that the only problem had been a couple loose screws. No evidence, but something about this seems fishy.

Make sure you get all your quotes in writing.

Came here frustrated after work and after being turned away by other firestone locations. One hour to close and Rudy was able to squeeze me in.

We have very nice tires for my husbands car from here and have never had any issues... Until today. I called to get a price on a tire patch. The girl on the phone, I believe the name was Kayla, was telling me they would have to see if the tire is even repairable, and if it is the price would usually be a certain amount. I responded that Im sure it is repairable as my husband is a mechanic and was prepared to ask if I needed an appointment but before I could say anything further I was hung up on mid sentence. We bought all 4 of his tires from there and I know we will need some more soon as my husband races, but Im tempted to take business elsewhere or at least have him drive to a different location where the customer service may not be so lacking.UPDATE! We did get the tire patched here and now his rim is so messed up I dont know if there will be a way to properly fix it. Beside myself right now.

Customer service is impeccable!

Exceptional service. Made quick repair (check engine light was on) so car would pass inspection. Gave me detailed instructions on what to do for preparation of inspection. Will return to this store for future service. Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Thanks for making this far less painful than most auto shops.

Took way tooo long for oil change

I visited this location on 1/19/19. James was very kind, honest, and made sure I understood everything. James even told me about a coupon I could use to try and save me money. All of the workers at this location are amazing and work fast to get you back on the road. I have never met a better vehicle service place. I will be giving my business to this location only. Have vehicle problems, need tires, or etc; Just go ask for James.

Traveling & needed a nail in a tire fixed. We have been Firestone customers for years. Were there when they opened, no other customers but told us there would be a 2 hr wait due to people having appointments! WTH!!! How long does it take to plug a tire?? Called Firestone in Dickinson, they told us to come on...walked in & they have already started on it. Will be reporting manager at League City Firestone & praising manager at Dickinson location. Thank you Dickinson!!!

Chris, Mike, Wesley helped me and my husband who has stage 4 Cancer and needed to get to his Chemo Monday and that Sat. They were my angels and got a starter on my car at an reasonable price and great work. They were compassionate and catering and I will never forget what they did for us. I will continue bringing my car there because I know I can trust them. And today thats saying a lot. Thank you Firestone

Employees are great and work hard to get you back on the road, especially when an emergency occurs. Only concern: employees need to wear masks when interacting with customers and hand sanitization station needed.

So today marks an exact month that I had my 4 runner serviced there and one of the techs broke my center piece in 2 of my wheels. I called after I picked up my 4Runner to find out what happen and who was responsible. I spoke to the manager on duty which informed me his tech did break them when installing them back onto my vehicle and that they would either order me a set or I could replace them and send them the bill. I went ahead and replaced the two caps that were broken and have since delivered the bill to the firestone. ... I haven’t heard anything from firestone. Now here is where my loyalty comes in, I don’t live anywhere close to this firestone anymore but because of my loyalty and the level of service I continue to use this facility to service my vehicles. Based off of this experience and the level of attention given in efforts I will find other facilities to service my 3 vehicles moving forward. If $75 isn’t worth a loyal customer then I’ll take my $75 and my $150 per vehicle else where for service. No need to reach out to me trying to apologize or regain my Business you’ve had a MONTH to do that and shows quite frankly you guys could careless.

Stopped by in the morning just a bit after 7 am to get my car inspected. The gentleman that was working the front greets with, Whats up, gentleman was just not in a good mood I guess. Asked a Mechanic if he could do a inspection but stated he would not have any one that could do inspections till later in the morning. Gentleman said sorry, but honestly at the end of day he was just rude from the beginning. Customer Service is a vital part of any local business.

Amazing management! Court & Austin have gone above & beyond helping me with my Town & Country! They explain everything so I can understand it & admit when they miss something & make up for it! Ive had quotes from other places near by & Firestone has found that the other places were suggesting/quoting me on unnecessary work. I wont go anywhere else! So glad I finally found an honest & reliable auto mechanic store!

Just got my state inspection done.

Terrible experience. I was on my way home from work and noticed I had a flat tire. I went to Firestone because Ive been there before and they were still open for over another hour.The guy at the front was rude and absolutely uncaring. The bays were mostly open but he said Id have to come back another day. I asked if they could help put the spare tire on - so I could come back in the morning. He REFUSED. All that equipment there and he expected me to use my little car jack and change the tire while they all watch.I ended up going to NTB on I45 between 96 and 646. They were super nice and professional and got me fixed quickly. Its amazing what a difference it makes when your treated with some basic human decency.

I had my oil changed roughly four times a year, for four years at 271 S. Egret Bay Blvd . From the very first visit, and before each and every oil change, I was assured 10W-40 weight would be used in my car. Then one day as I was casually speaking with the very same asst. manager, and as always, in person- I said- HOW ABOUT USING 10w -40 THIS TIME,. To which he stated - WE DONT HAVE ANY 10W-40 OIL! I calmly said, SINCE WHEN? He answered- WE NEVER HAVE HAD ANY 10W-40 OIL... his voice trailing off. We were a three car family at the time and various maintenance work had been preformed on each car as the need arose, all at this shop.

Lied about tire tread requirement on inspection, then tried to take a terrible set of tires and overcharge my wife to install them, made sure to try and include things like hazard insurance for “her convenience.” Fortunately she didn’t fall for it. Shocking went over to another inspection station down the street and passed no problem including tread depth.

I continue to bring our cars to this location because I trust them. the work has always been top notch and the service manager Wesley is a true professional. He has earned my trust completely. The pricing is fair and the work is excellent. I highly recommend this location for your vehicles.

Dont take your car here. They couldnt set the tire pressure monitor and they broke the monitor. On top of that they damaged my Cadillacs fender and rocker panel. Claim they didnt do it but they were the only ones possible.

Made an appointment. Dropped off the car early. Returned 7 hrs later, still no tires installed. Charged for a state inspection. Never received the state inspection despite the fact that they had my car 9 hours.Happy with my tires though.

I had my F150 (a 2012 with 40,000 miles) inspected down the road (HW518) about a week ago and they advised me to replace my front brake-pads and rotors..... I went home and called around to price this and found Wes at Firestone on Egret Bay.... so long story short: I went in today and they took off all 4 tires, inspected the brakes and came back and said, Maam your brakes are fine! No Charge, No Easy Sale (I was already resolved that I needed them).... Just American Kindness and Honesty!!! Thanks Wesley...well done!

I bought four brand new tires and had an alignment done. My dealership wanted to charge me an arm and a leg and possibly the birth of my first born just to get these fixed. I called these guys up. Quoted me an AMAZING price for four new tires and an alignment. I came in the next morning at the crack of dawn when they opened, handed them the keys to my car. Went and had breakfast and within two hours, they had finished their work. Last time I had this kind of work done, I spent the whole day without a car. These guys were not only friendly, they were professional and quick and did a damn good job working on my vehicle. My Vehicle warranty is up through my dealership, so I am going to be bringing my car to these guys for everything. Plus, Firestones Warranties are kind of kick-ass.

Taking my business somewhere else. The manager was very rude to me. He was belittling me and raising his voice which I thought was very unprofessional. All I wanted was an update to see if the vehicle was going to get worked on or not and he started telling me I must be new to this because this isn’t how it works. This could take 2-3 days which I was never told that. He told me he doesn’t need to keep me updated, etc. on top of that he was talking very badly about his other coworkers at another shop which was another thing I thought was very unprofessional.

I pulled into the Firestone on Hwy 270/Egret Bay in League City, Texas with a low tire close to closing this evening. I was not expecting to be waited on at all due to the time, however, Manager Wesley F and the gentleman technician up front jumped right on it with no complaints. These gentlemen were honest and extremely kind. They are the epitome of customer service!!

Firestone typically has good customer service but their prices are slightly on the high side. Overall, I recommend.

Came in on a Saturday to have 1 tire changed. Was told it would be a 3 hour wait and was offered an appointment the next day at 1, was told it would only be and hour to an hour and half. So I made the appointment, dropped it off at 12:30 in case they wanted to start early they could. Here it is, 4:15, and i show up since i havent gotten a call yet....they havent even started on it. Unprofessional. What was the point of the appointment if you cant get to it then? I have things to do. Places to be and was told my car would not take long. Not happy. And when I spoke with them their only response was things happen... so if it was going to take much longer and you knew it, why did you not call me and let me know at least? Not taking my vehicle here again.

Firestone on 270 used a needle to inject power steering fluid in my rack and pinion steering Boot that covers and protects everything from dirt and water then called me out there and said it was leaking 😡 wanted 900$ to replace with new one, what a scam it has never leaked and still doesnt leak so beware of this Firestone definitely get a second opinion.

Courtney and Wesley were the best. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed about the services they provided. This is my new car care center.

Just found out Wesley got fired at this location. Over a messed up situation. Not the first time that I have heard this tech said a engine was blown so the tech can fix it and drive it himself. Horrible

Went for new tires and the mechanic said to me if it were his car hed get two tires, if it was his wifes car hed get four. I got four. A few weeks later I was clipped on the highway in the rain with my wife in the car. Pretty sure we would have lost control without all four new tires. Wont take my car anywhere else!

I had the tire of my car changed at this place in a very timely manner and at a reasonable price. Love their professionalism.

This place is horrible! I dropped my car off today to get an oil change and tire rotation and later I get a call from Chris telling me “we found a nail in your front left tire and it’s at a 90 degree angle so we won’t be able to patch it for you. You will have to get a new tire, which we can do for you and it would be $170, not including the other work you are having done today”. So I tell him no and that I will take it somewhere else. I take my car to Discount Tire and I am told there are NO nails in ANY of my tires!! So basically Fire Stone wanted me to buy a new tire from them for literally NO reason at all. Do not do business with them, they take advantage of people and try to steal from them.

Its either this bunch or the dealer for me. Generally good, but they do get busy. Just stay on top of things and be patient.

This shop scratched all four wheels on my wifes Volkswagen m, and theyalso checked the alignment, said it was fine and then 10,000 miles later, cords are showing on the front and rear. Camber and Caster both way out. So I want to put 5000 mile old tires that came off of my new BMW on this car and theyre used to that siding safe. They will not install any tire unless brand new with a sticker and a receipt. How remarkably self-serving of them. Never go to Firestone again and solve all my problems seeing as how they were mostly caused by them to begin with. They wont really do anything except sell you brand new tires.

I drove here from Austin and my car began to have issues. When I walked in, there was a line. After Clay put my number in, I changed my mind and dashed out to look for a place with less people. Clay chased me to the parking lot and asked me for my car issues. I eventually stayed with them. Clay went beyond his duty to help me. Nowadays, there are fewer people like him, who really wants to help strangers. He is indeed an asset of firestone.

This shop is incompetent. I had to take vehicle make several times. They costed me more money at another shop because they didnt even put a clamp right on a fuel hose. They really dont want to be bothered with you bringing your vehicle in is impression I got. I wouldnt even give one star but this site forces me to. Stay away!

It is now 6:53 pm and I am very upset about the situation that I am in with firestone, I took my work Truck on at 10:00am to get an oil changed, and was assured it would be done before the end of the day, I went to check on the truck at 2:00 pm and the struck had not even been put into the shop, the lady Heather stated that it was next....we left and came back at 4:30 to check on it again and the truck was still not done, she then assured us the truck would be done today, and that they would work late to complete the jobs,we left home and Heather said it would be done and she would call us to let us know once it was done, once again we asked her if she was sure it was going to be done, she said yes we will finish it today, we went over to firestone now at 6:50 and the shop was closed, no call not even a warning to let us know that the truck would not be done even after we where assured it would be completed today, now I have to miss a day of work and wait for the truck to be ready because it is my work Truck.....once again, this is a very negative experience and I will not be returning to this shop. I am upset and now I have to call my boss and explain what happened.

I went in because my steering wheel was off centered and I needed an alignment done. When I got my car back, they charged me for an oil change I didnt need and then found out they did NOTHING to my car. No alignment, no oil change. I went back the next day and they refunded me my money AFTER admitting that neither of the services I paid for were even done. Never again.

Called yesterday evening and talked to Mike. I told him I need a front brake job. I said I will just ask for you when I come in. He said I come in at 10 am, I told him I would be there shortly after. He said he would look at the brakes in about 10-15 mins when I talked to him on the phone yesterday, at that time he was very nice. Went in this morning roughly 10:30 he tells me it would be 45mins before he could look at it and I was in line. I said I will be back in about 30-40 mins and when I came back 40 mins later he takes my keys and tells me to have a seat. I then asked how long was the wait before they could look at it again he tells me 45 minutes. I said I would just come back, but his attitude was so bad that I told him just forget it. I won’t ever go back there! very dissatisfied with his face to face customer service skills.

Constantly trying to hassle me to buy something else just because I’m a woman. When my husband gets on the phone they always back down. I went in for ONE service and I’m glad I did now because I’m taking my business elsewhere for the other services I need done. I get it, you have to sell... but it’s unnecessary to treat someone like an idiot and belittle them in front of the whole store so that you can make money.

The worst possible place to go to get any type of auto care. Unless you are a millionaire and can throw away money for no reason, do not go here.
