My friends and i came here and the drinks were so good. i got the chocolate crumble cookie drink for the first time and i would recommend. the cashier was really nice and complimented us on how nice we were at the drive through.

Nice and clean like almost all the Starbucks I have visited. This one is fairly large inside. Most people use the drive thru. I like to go inside. Bathrooms were very clean. The staff are very nice. Lots of outdoor seating too.

A good Starbucks and the employees are always eager to help, unlike the Starbucks on 82nd Street. Theyve never messed up my drink, but Im not a huge fan of this coffee. It always tastes burnt, but I think thats just a personal preference. I always go for their refreshers which are always wonderful.

Not vary friendly, very slow and the carmel Frappuccino was not a smoothly blended ice...more chunky. Viridian Coffee way better in my opinion.

Its a starbucks alright. The service is pretty good, better than others. Access to the drive-thru in traffic is chaotic. Something should be done about that.

Phenomenal service and great attitudes from the staff. They also saw my doggos in the backseat when ordering so offered them pup cups which they loved. 10/10 will go again

They keep changing their hours without any notice. I ordered on the app and when I got there, they were closed. They were open this same time earlier this week, so there was no reason to assume they’d be closed this time today (when you look them up online it also says open now, so I assumed the posting to be accurate). I tried calling to tell them to cancel the order and no one answered, even though I saw someone mopping inside when I pulled through the parking lot. This isn’t the first time this has happened this year either. Update your hours online when you change them so customers know whether or not they are wasting their time and money trying to order ahead.

The Starbucks in lawton Oklahoma NEVER HAVE PRODUCT!!! Always out of dragon fruit puree. Its ridiculous. I used to go sometimes twice a day now I dont even go hardly once a week cause they never have what I want.....

Customer service was great! I cant remember the young mans name in the drive thru, but he had great customer service. While waiting for my drink he just kept talking and letting me know about new drinks to try. I forgot that I was waiting for my drink. Love it great service!

So everything in Lawton is different than anywhere civilized. This Starbucks is really bright and does not have a warm cozy atmosphere like I have seen at hundreds of other Starbucks across the country. I’ve had my order messed up countless times and they seek to just rush to get customers out without ensuring they are taken care of. Just doesent feel like a Starbucks to me. Feels like a run down version of it. But in Lawton you only get what you get and this is the only one in town.

I ordered a drink, ask them to double mix it, when I got it, the drink was so thin that I took two sips and tossed it. Got charged to much for a drink that I couldnt even drink. I will not go back because this is not the first time this has happened, last three times I just let it go

Didn’t have venti cups and was out of white choc mocha literally one there most popular drinks.

People are nice in the facility is usually clean. My concern is with inventory. They are consistently out of something, most of the time cold brew coffee. Lately theyve been out of birthday cake pops which is just heartbreaking.

Its my regular store and I always get great service. I get the same drink every time, but for some reason I get a different price every time too. Its a custom drink if you will, but it seems strange. This is not a problem, just a comment.

I asked for a medicine ball. Its hot water, steamed lemonade, a combo of Teavanas Jade Citrus Mint Green Tea and Peach Tranquility Herbal Tea, honey, and a pump of peppermint syrup. They didnt give me this, instead I got a nasty tea.

The store is beautiful and clean. The only thing I would complaint about is the fact that baristas dont call the customers and drinks name when ready. They just place the drink in the counter for you as a customer to guess (if you dont recognize the drink you ask for or if you have no clue when youre supposed to get your drink).Thats a no no and poor service for me.

I walk over here since I work close by . This is a nice clean place for a cup of joe, to go or take out . Please be careful if you are going through the drive through for a cup of coffee. Stopping out on the road- street, can end up with a ticket ! Play it safe, dont park on the street, cheaper to just walk inside.. avoid that ticket re the ticket will cost around $500, is it worth it

Coffee was good but we waited 30 minutes in line and there were only 5 cars in front of us.

I absolutely love Starbucks, however this one so far has been a pretty big let down... Im new to the area (as a resident anyway, Ive visited previously but we now live here) and by comparison to all of the other Starbucks Ive been too this one is the slowest by far! The employees dont even act like theyre trying to get drinks out in a timely manner. Ive ordered ahead using the app at minimum 5 times, through busy and non busy times, and have yet to get my order within 10 minutes of when it shouldve been ready. Whats the point of ordering ahead?

I got an email from starbucks for a free birthday drink or food. Well since i dont have the app on my new phone they wanted me to download the app at the store try and remember my pass word and see if i could find my coupon. Lol lots of work for a free coffee. I dont have a Starbucks in my town anyway.. So........ 1 of the workers was nice about it i think it was Rebecca the other 1 was not as nice.

Besides the Starbucks on Fort Sill, or the Starbucks inside of Target, this is the only Starbucks supply chain in Lawton. They stay up up to date on their drinks and services. Friendly and cozy environment. I have never used the drive thru because it is always busy. There is usually some wait time, even when going inside. So when visiting, be sure to allow adequate time to go.

ANDREW IS AMAZING! I have traveled all around the world and this Starbucks in Lawton seems to be some of the worst considering attitude and the feel of the Starbucks. Well! Let me tell you that I had such an amazing experience when I met their new manager. He totally blew me away. We talked about a drink he thought i would like. Then he told me if I didn’t like it he would make me another one. Turns out I LOVED the drink. There’s such a different feeling in there now. Great Job Starbucks you did it right here!!!!

Staff is great they do well and the service is above average for Lawton.The store setup and drive through is a flaming dumpster fire. The drive through is always backed up into the street as it can only hold maybe two cars at the order menu. Its a terrible layout and blocks traffic and creates dangerous conditions. Seeing as this is the only Starbucks with a drive through they make enough money that they should have created a solution at this point.

Im new to the area and I made a trip to this Starbucks. The girl at the window brighton went out of her way to welcome us to the area and ask about my day. She filled me in on a few things to do with my kids in the area. 5/5 would reccomend. Speedy service and friendly staff.

Great service I did have alittle wait with previous customer before me ordering 8 different coffees. The employees seemed very collected and engaged and made that wait as minimal as possible. This Starbucks is good stop for the early morning commute

I have no complaints about the quality of the product at this location, but cleanliness of the seating area both inside and out is an issue. Outside, every table and chair is covered in bird excrement... always!

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. They have horrible customer service there are times your order gets blatantly ignored by the staff. I have addressed this issue with the manager and guess what it hasnt changed. I suggest you find a different coffee shop in Lawton to go to. I would recommend to the regional office closure of this location to save them money. Because I wont go back there and save my money to spend elsewhere.

Went to Starbucks late lastnight right before closing and the barista at the drive thru was the sweetest and so nice! His service was on point, definitely need more people like that! He deserves employee of the month or raise. Thank you Samuel for making are experience great!!

Truly the BEST Starbucks I have ever been to, and let’s just say I’ve been to a few. Michael, the sweetest barista, always greets you like he wants you to be there and he goes out of his way to make your experience unique and fabulous! If the store is out of something, he makes recommendations to a drink that would be equivalent or even better! Our friend group will continue to come here every morning when we need to study! Expect an incredibly pleasant experience when visiting this Starbucks, and if you need a good pick-me-up, visit Michael!

The only reason I am giving 4stars is because they run out of Chai Teas too often than not, and they were closed one morning all day. Other than that the food is always as expected from Starbucks and I havent had a messed up drink order in about 2 years. The cashiers are always nice, and the service is quick; in and out.

Large interior with ample tables and seating, which would be perfect for working. However, the floors were a bit dirty and we noticed a weird smell as we lined up to place our order (next to the mounds and mounds of product boxes that needed to be shelved). The cashier and accompanying baristas were very obviously not thrilled to be working on a Monday morning... which I cant blame them for, but it was not a friendly environment to walk into. The whole establishment had a blah feeling as soon as we opened the door.Coffee was good, though. I recommend the new Sirens Blend with notes of citrus and chocolate. Its amazing!

The atmosphere was chill. The Carmel Apple Cider was delicious. The service was just right. I enjoyed my drink while recording a podcast and it was the perfect environment!

One of my favorite of all times! This store has always been as clean as a place could be especially one that is frequented by the public. The parking is a tad less than desirable. The traffic however is even less forgiving. Good luck getting into a spot I suggest parking in the parking lots surrounding it and walking in. Great staff though!

This is a great store that offers great quality coffee, however the atmosphere leaves something to be desired. Its on an extremely busy street with very few parking spaces and on a windy winter day you get a cold draft blowing through when both of the doors to the cafe are open at the same time. Not a very cozy layout, but great for drive-thru or mobile ordering.

I dont like Starbucks but they seem to make my daughter happy.
