They seem to have less and less phones on the floor, so its hard to shop for phones. Theres also an issue with associates barely acknowledging customers sometimes and not really offering help.

On the 9th of August of 2021 I visit this business because my other phone provider been getting worse and worse. I had no other choice but to switch and so far Im glad I have. Travis was the customer service professional that assisted me with everything. He even had knowledge where I was from and the surrounding areas so he knew if Verizon would work where I travel too often. The real test is when I go back into work next week to see if the service is better then my old one. I got the new Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G. I did hit a few dead spots on my way back from home which is what I was expecting since I knew that area is always a dead spot but besides that no issues. Fast everything. Opening apps and games. The store is clean and everyone there was friendly AND NOT PUSHING at selling there products compare to the other store.
3 people working in ur store. Helping 2 customers. We were never acknowledged what so ever. Not even, “ be with u shortly”. We and another customer were there 10 minutes and we both finally left. Customer service rep with Sandy colored hair, older than the other two and not directly helping a customer stood there with his hands in his pocket and again never even acknowledged us. Kept his back turned away. So frustrating with such poor customer service and being ignored. Poor quality training.

Bought the “ unlimited data plan”Only works 8-10 day out of the month. Free wi-fi at a roach motel is better. iPhone 12 doesn’t ring at all. Constantly have missed calls. People leave a message and it either doesn’t record or only hear every 5th or 6th word. You have to be within 1 mile of a tower to have more than 1 bar of service, no matter what city or state you are in.Verizon is worse than any other service

Had an appointment at the Verizon store because my current phone is having difficulties. I arrived and checked in 14 minutes before my appt time. I was told to wait my turn. As I am disabled, I chose to wait in my car. An hour after my arrival and Im still waiting. Called the store, but nobody answers the phone. With the weather stormy and getting worse, I just have up. Their customer service is nothing to brag about.
The general manager came out to help me. I am so grateful for her. She figured out the problem with the phone fast and I was on my way. Thank you maam. I forgot to get her name.
I visited Verizon to buy a new phone. I wondered around the store for 20 minutes and was not greeted or inquired about my visit.Needless to say I left the store with money in my wallet.
My family has been with Verizon for several years until yesterday. Last week my wife called asking about options as our account is eligible for upgrades. The guy who answered (his name is Chris) told her they dont have much in stock and that our best bet would be to shop online and order what we want and then bring it to their store for any assistance with activation. I told my wife I want to see and get a feel for a new product before we fork out hundreds of dollars per device and I wanted to shop in person. So yesterday, March 14, 2021 my family and I went to Verizon at 2112 NW Cache Rd, Lawton, OK 73507 around 4:00pm to see a customer service representative about options. We checked in and were told to wait in our car due to Covid-19 restrictions. No big deal. When we were called to come back inside, the guy never let us past the entryway of the front door. We asked to see upgrade options and he said they didnt have any for existing customers except for trade-ins. We asked to see a selection of available phones and he asked what we wanted. I told him we dont know what we want until we see what they have. He insisted that he could not help us unless we knew what phones we wanted. I told him I wanted to see their phone selections to get an idea of what we would want. He stood firm and said, What kind of phones do you have now? Do you just want the same type of phones? My wife responded that we wanted to shop their in-store selections to determine what we wanted. He rolled his eyes at us at that point. I asked if he had phones in stock and he said they had most everything in stock with the exception of perhaps certain colors. This directly contradicted what Chris (from last weeks phone conversation) told us. I asked again if we could see the selection and he said not unless we tell him what specific phones we wanted. I said, Ok thank you. Verizon has just lost a customer. We turned around and left and he never apologized or said a word but just stared at us like we were idiots. I went right down to the Central Mall and signed my family up with T-Mobile and cancelled Verizon. This experience with Verizon was terrible customer service and if Id thought to get his name, Id post here in this review. Management needs to retrain these workers on proper customer service protocols. If it were possible to give a negative star review of this location and staff, I would. But as it is, a 1 star is as low as I can rate them. My advice to cellphone consumers....look elsewhere for options because these people obviously dont care about their customers.

On August 24th, 2020 I entered the Verizon store on cache and Sheridan, I explained to them I needed my iPad activated, they told me they didn’t sell them and they didn’t activate them. I told them I bought it from here several years ago, and they argued with me about it and said I lied about buying it from them. I then told them okay, let me buy one from here today and I asked them if they could set it up for me, and then they said yes. And the the sales associate showed me the one she had it in stock and I told them I would buy it with the understanding they would activate it for me, when they came out with out several boxes I was told “due to the Covid 19 pandemic we cannot activate this for you” at this point the Verizon store has taken up over 90 minutes of my time, with 45 minutes waited OUTSIDE patiently. I was treated rudely, spoke to harshly and I was perfectly nice in all of my responses, therefore as of today I am no longer a Verizon customer. I’m going to report them to the BBB, and I don’t ever want any contact with Verizon ever again.

The staff were very friendly. It was a bit of a bummer to follow the social distancing rules they have in place but they were as courteous and thoughtful as possible.
I had completely broken my previous phone and went in to upgrade and replace it. I had to wait for a while and when it was finally my turn, I couldn’t actually get a new phone because I’m under another person’s account and they couldn’t be present to show ID. At first I thought I would have to go a whole week without a phone. The manager ended up remembering a way to help me. She ended up preparing a form, emailed it to the person paying my phone bill, who then electronically signed it, meaning I got a new phone. What first seemed like a failed mission ended up working out for me, I went from an iPhone 6 to an iPhone XR! I can’t remember the manager’s name at the moment but the employee that mainly helped me, with the manager present, was named Leonard. They both together helped me greatly! If you need a new phone, and have/want Verizon service, this store is fantastic! No need to go out of town for better service! Five stars, absolutely five stars!!

These guys are good. We wanted phones that they didnt have I stock, they overnighted them. The team showed us cool gadgets while we waited on paperwork etc. So we were never bored or left unattended. Heck, We even got a Verizon water bottle after I made a joke about their offer for free water. The staff at this store are beyond friendly and definitely take care of the customer.
Great customer service, and timely as well. I had to go in to assess my phone to see if it was fixable or if I needed a replacement through warranty. The whole process took all of 5 minutes and there was no issue whatsoever with any part of it. There is a nice selection of accessories and items such as home speakers and wearables. Very nice store.
Verizon at this location has such wonderful and helpful people. I had their device that works for Wi-Fi and the battery had a problem. In less than 10 minutes they had everything squared away.

What started out as me becoming a new Verizon customer, turned in to a nightmare. Never was able to get the new SIM card to work, so never was able to activate a number. However, that doesnt stop them from calling me everyday saying my bill is overdue. IVE NEVER HAD A FREAKING NUMBER! THEY NEVER COULD GET IT TO WORK! STOP CALLING ME!

If you arent buying a contract most of the sales people gloss over or just actively ignore you.
Enjoyable experience in store, but beware highly deceptive. I came in Black Friday of 2018. They were supposed to have a sale going on the Note 9 for $400 off. I asked multiple times to see the numbers and the sales clerk just informed me that I my bill would be much cheaper. After starting to get my bills I had nothing but trouble for months. I argued with Verizon for the longest to get what the sales clerk told me. 1 year later I decide to get online and pull the device payment agreements and I was charged full price for the Note 9s. I wonder how much money Verizon has made off of this scam.

Ive been going to this location for a while now, and everytime Ive went in Ive been greeted promptly and helped out immediately. I sadly had to switch away from Verizon, bgg ut the customer service at this location is top notch and I hope to be able to switch back one day, they rock.
I went in looking for some information on upgrading our phones. The sales person was very rude, and not very helpful. I ended up leaving with no new phones due to the lack of customer service.

I had an issue with a newer I phone. I took it into the Verizon office and was greeted nicely and turned over to Logan. He went out of his way to get me up and running again. 5 stars to him and Verizon.
New unlimited plans and the S8 are cool. Staff had difficulty giving us the trade in promotion 15/ mth Bill credit. They promise to work it out in the next few billing cycles.
We spent an outrageous amount of time in the store for a technical issue that didnt get resolved. Obviously frustrated we left and one of the employees THREW HIS HANDS UP AT US in an incredibly aggressive manor. We were frustrated because our issue didnt even get addressed after over an hour - not exactly their fault. However, an employee throwing his hands up in a confrontational manor is unacceptable. The manager came out of the store and talked to us as we were leaving but it still left a bad taste in my mouth for that store.
Most of the staff is friendly and willing to help. Much better customer service than Sprint

I originally was with Sprint and I got sick and tired of their spotty service so I decided to get a upgrade. I went in thinking that I was wanting a Samsung, but the worker showed me the Pixel 2XL. I decided to go with the Pixel, but before the guy who helped me was more than willing to show me the major difference between the two phone makers. The customer service was amazing, the phone is wonderful, and the service is unmachted!

I called this Verizon store about an issue with my phone that I had just received from their insurance company. They told me to come to their store and they would fix my issues with the phone. when i arrived with my wife we were greeted and told to wait a few minutes due to the traffic of holiday shoppers. that is understandable. We waited for 5 minutes and were seen. I was very pleased with the time in which we were seen. The issue with this store was when I was helped they said there is nothing they can do regarding our issue and that no one from their store told us to come to their office. I then pulled out my wifes phone and showed them the number we dialed their store number and he still looked at me like i was a liar and said we hadnt called their store. The real issue is when I was approached by another Verizon representative and asked to conceal my pistol. I told the other Verizon associate that Oklahoma is an open carry state. He then informed me that I was making other customers nervous with my pistol out in the open and he asked me to conceal it again. I then looked at him and said your kidding right. He then told me no. The interaction ended with a stern look between the two of us and my weapon not being covered. This store obviously doesnt understand the constitutional rights that the American soldier fights for and defends. I will plan to shop at this location more frequently so they learn to understand the constitution, state laws of Oklahoma and the City of Lawton. Furthermore, I will encourage all law abiding citizens to open carry in this store to show them what it means to understand the laws of the land.Mitch

Tried to do an upsale to activate another line on my account rather than use an existing line I had. Even though I knew better because I had already spoke with Verizon Cooperation via 800 number. So when I held to what I had been informed by Verizon the male employee thought I was talking down to him. The manager was rude and DID NOT carry through with calling me back after talking with Verizon. Hmmm. Maybe she would have had to admit that the store was trying to get an increase line sale and activation fee. My recommendation is to find a different Verizon store where employees are honest, helpful, and friendly. This incident was reported to Verizon!

The people here have always taken care of me. I dont use a standard contract verizon wireless phone, rather a prepaid phone. Nevertheless whenever ive had problems they have always taken care of it. Even realizing they dont make any money off the transactions, theyre still always helpful. I would highly recommend going to this store. Logan especially has always helped me out whenever I went there. Even when my wife bought a certified prepaid phone online they were able to help us replace it immediately when it stopped working, something which they are not obligated to do.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I have been a loyal Verizon Customer for 12 years...I was in the store to upgrade my iPhone 4 to an iPhone 6 with every intention of signing the standard contract. The representative willfully misrepresented information about the Edge Agreement and willfully omitted that instead of the discounted price I would have received with the standard upgrade of $200 that I always do (with 2-yr agreement) he instead lead me to believe that the iPhone 6 under the edge agreement was going to be the same price....I got my bill today, and the I saw that I am paying for the FULL price of $649.99 of the phone!! I am so upset, I called Verizon, I went back to this store, and I wrote to the executives and corporate level. The store manager acted nonchalant and told me there was nothing he could do- despite that they LIE to your face! I was going to stay a loyal customer of Verizons until I had this experience. Now, I am considering letting another wireless company buy out my contract with Verizon and sign on with them pending on the responses I get from my complaints. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS STORE- they will lie and take advantage of you!

Horrible. Told me that Id be saving twenty dollars on my bill a month switching from at&t. Only saving four dollars a month and have half as much data that I had with at&t. Customer service is horrible will lie straight to your face just to get you. Now to even cancel my plan I have to pay them a 1000 dollars. Do not I tell you do not switch.
