This has to be the worst phone store that i have ever been in. The person helping me was extremely unprofessional. I feel like you should at least wear your pants properly if you are representing a company. Maybe they dont have a dress code. Besides his choice of attire, the individual had no idea about their phone selection. After about 30 minutes i decided to stick with Metro instead of switching. Please get this store together! Train your employees properly, take personal calls away from customers, and for goodness sake implement a dress code.

The ladies were very nice and helpful yesterday when I upgraded my phone and even stayed late to finish! I’m very appreciative of that!! The only reason for 4/5 stars is because this morning cricket was wanting to charge my account over half of the regular bill, which was already paid a few days ago. I’m not quite sure what went wrong there, but I was able to call the customer service number and they fixed the issue right away! Thanks again for all the help!!

So today we went in for a new phone and Latoya C was the one who helped us she went above and beyond helping my husband choose a phone set it up and all not only was she helping us but was doing great at helping the other employee who is new was very quick and awesome at multitasking between us and not leaving the new employee lost she’s was just great overall great customer services!

Went here with my fiance to get our own phone plan (and ended up being able to upgrade to nicer phones too, lol). Would definitely recommend coming here for any current customers of Cricket or anyone looking into getting Cricket. The employees were very helpful, knowledgeable, and even when we were trying to get my phone off my old plan, they were very patient with trying to get things sorted out.ETA: Terrelle mainly helped us, but Latoya also provided assistance and my comments on the overall professionalism applies equally to both.

They helped us get an unlimited data plan. All of the ladies there were very entertaining and helpful!!

This store has the WORST employees in the world minus the manager (sometimes). They give you dirty looks, talk to you like your stupid, and lie about products! They are some of the laziest employees I’ve ever dealt with period. By far the worst cricket I’ve ever been to!

I have had nothing but good experiences with this store. Topaz and Latoya are extremely helpful and friendly. Also, the phone selection is great as well as the pricing. Seriously cant recommend them enough.Went back again the other day and received nothing but great service. Latoya is an amazing young lady who treats her customers very well. The manager Latoya was rude and on her phone the entire time while dealing with me like I didn’t even matter last week when I went in there so I left and will just keep AT&T they have better service anyway.

Latoya was so friendly and curtious. Her professional attitude and warm smile makes doing buisness at the Sheridan store so welcoming. Ive been to the other stores, but i prefer to do buisness with Latoya. She knows whats best to get, and isnt pushy to make someone buy something. She is that friend who knows how to make you smile.

Two employees directed me to this phone I purchased and both of them said I would love it and that the battery in it would last 2 days before it would need to be charged. Well, soooo not true & I really hate this phone! It randomly does things on its own & as far as the battery, its horrible. I dont even have to be on it 2 hrs and its over half drained. But I guess Pat the clerks on the back because they said what they needed to say to get the phone sold. . lol

Both people there were wonderful and patient. I am a Senior Citizen and that was very important.

Dear employees: do not give me a dirty look because i choose to come in. I realize that its nice to not have to do anything at work (when its a slow day). Theres no reason to br hostile judt because i want to pay my bill, yet i have to wait until the employee is done conversing with another employee about their weekend plans.. One really really really bad experience with these people. I just like the rest of them they dont know what theyre talking about and just there to make that paycheck and dont care nothing about the customers. I dont know how they got such a high rating must be somebody working there somebody that know somebody that works there like always. So when this mess is up Im dropping mine.

The customer service was truly A÷÷÷. The sales associate was extremely helpful trying to get the problems I was having rectified. The store was very clean and well-maintained. I did not feel as if the sales associates thought I was a burden or po-pahed out the door so the associates could go home with a quick sale. Now that is what customer service should be like.

The girls were such a big help, we are very hsppy with Cricket!

Sold me a faulty phone they claimed it was and when I got mad they act like they didnt understand why I was mad and tried to tell me there was nothing they could dothe phone was faulty and if I had to bet I would believe it was already used they just pushed it off on me
