I really liked this business, was a repeat customer, brought my adult children here for screen protectors, and have recommended this business to many friends. I recently brought my iPhone 11 in to have the protective screen replaced. When the employee started to pry off the cover at the corner with her fingernail I was about to say STOP, but she already had it off. I didn’t inspect the cover before leaving the store, but saw later that night that the corner was torn off. I went back today to address the issue and was rebuffed by the same employee. If you take a phone or tablet here, take the cover off yourself. Inspect devices very carefully before leaving.An Unvalued X CustomerUpdate: The employee did not offer to replace the case nor consult anyone. She said she would never remove a case with her fingernail. When I asked if they were going to replace the case she said “no.” Had she acted less defensive, valued my business, and even considered replacing the case there would be no issue. Review footage of when she removed the case. If the angle is right you can clearly see her prying the corner with her fingernail.

Megan and John were both so friendly and very accommodating. I spilled water on my Mac book pro and took it to them right away - John gave me a lot of reassurance that he could fix it and said he would have it done ASAP because I was traveling shortly thereafter.Their customer service is BEYOND amazing and the work that they did was flawless. If there was a rating greater than 5 stars they would deserve it!

The people at CPR are awesome! Super friendly and professional. I mainly interacted with Megan, and I honestly can’t put into words how amazing she was with helping me out. I hope I don’t have to get another repair, but if I do, it is reassuring to know the people at CPR, especially Megan, are there to help me out.

This place is amazing. I have an Xbox Series X that was having issues powering on as well as a broken HDMI port. I went in, told them the issues, and they called me the next day and said it was ready to be picked up. Its now working like new. They even told me what was causing the power issues. Amazing people.

My laptop was broken so I decided to give it to them and they charged me 60$ for checking what’s wrong with it. After 4 days they called me to pick up the laptop because they were not able to fix it. I came and the guy who tried to repair it said “probably it’s a software issue but I’m not sure”. I paid 60$ for nothing. They could event don’t turn it on, take 60$ and say it’s the issue of unprofessional guy who tried to repair it. If you don’t know what’s broken you should give back the money. And if you can’t repair it do not open the repair service… I’m not recommending it for sure, don’t waste your money and time. It’s unprofessional.

I had been walking around with a shattered screen for over a year! I had a bad experience at another phone repair shop that messed up my old phone (worse after replacing a screen). Took my girlfreinds phone in for a screen replacement. Within 24 hours, despite no drops or strikes the phone screen had cracked down the middle from the inside in her pocket. Reached out to CPR for assistance and was told nothing could be done because the phone screen has physical damage. Either the install was performed incorrectly or more likely CPR cell phone repair purchased a very low quality screen and installed it. I reached a store manager and aired my grievances on the matter. We arrived at the conclusion that I will cut my losses and terminate business with CPR repair. Good customer service, very poor product/qaulity control and seemingly very little regard for reputation or customer satisfaction. At the end of the day I did sign a waiver that the phone screen would not be covered under any warranty however when you purchase a product in good faith it should be expected that the product will be able to stand up to the every day wear and tear of being in a pocket. 75 dollers for a phone screen that cannot last 24 hours in a pocket is beyond unacceptable and I hope steps are taken to prevent such instances from occuring in the future.

Just picked up my phone. Had the screen replaced. They use top quality parts and replaced the entire top piece, not just the curved S9 glass screen. Working great again. Super nice and very helpful with explaining what was changed out and what was kept/re-used. Anyone has a tech repair issue, give these guys a shot and youll be glad you did!

I went to CPR for water damage to an older model iPhone after trying to dry it out in bowl of rice didn’t work. Chris explained how the drying out process works and told me there was no guarantee the phone would ever work again. Chris brought my son’s phone back to life!!! It had damage to the screen and speaker but Chris was also able to fix that. I thought it was a little pricey but it still was cheaper than getting a new phone. Thank you Chris and rest of the team at CPR.

Broke my phone screen a little after 3pm. Went to my carriers store and received no help. Googled a local screen repair when I found these guys! They were very helpful and I had my phone back by 5:30pm the same day! My phone is as good as new. Very pleased and I would highly recommend!

Chris did what Apple and Best Buy did not. When my iPad stopped charging, Apple sent me to BB in Wichita Falls. Upon getting there they only told me they couldnt do it. Recommended repair route an hour away that fails vs a competent and conscientious repair shop in town. No brainer there.

This is my first time to have to have a cracked screen replaced. However CPR will be recommended to my family and friends. They are professional and quick. Left my phone Tuesday after lunch and they had it ready in 1 hour. It is back to working the way I need it. Luckily I have a rewards program with my ban acct so this repair will only cost me $50 once I receive my refund.

They do not stand behind their warranty! I’ve taken over four phones here iPads and referred a lot of people friends family and clients that I do business with. I have issues with two of my phones after they replaced the screens. There’s no physical damage to the phone the screen is just defective! Do not go here they’re overpriced I only use them because they were here in Lawton and I like to support local businesses I will never refer anybody to them ever again or use them!

Took 3 days for the part to come in. Phone was fixed an hour after I dropped it off. There was a small issue when I got it back but they took care of it very quickly that day.

Brought my laptop in for a simple clean, got it back and now the mouse pas is not working. Then I was told it would be $230 to fix. These people are scammers.

My wife dropped her phone off Saturday with a broken screen. I picked it up today (Monday) and the screen is fixed, but now wont charge like it did before the drop off. Fixed one thing and caused another issue. That $250 kicked me in the groin. Now we gotta figure out the charging issue.. I can only imagine what that will cost. Times are hard, cant keep throwing money away.

Dont even know what to say I dropped xbox off for a bad disc drive never an issue with the Xbox aside the DISC drive (it just went out as far as reading discs never any issues ejecting never a console button issue as I never touched them as 99% of my gaming is digital but the day I tried to watch a blu ray discovered the issue sent to Microsoft they just did a factory reset to fix a reported hard ware issue )26 hours later get a call saying its repaired picked up a few hours later went straight home from pickup plugged up system and my accessories are bugging out assumed because it hasnt been plugged up the Xbox isnt sending the power ...duh so I hit the power button few seconds later off im like ok 1 off tried again same situation hit that eject button and it doesnt move doesnt do a thing like its stuck stuck got told to bring back but im already like that free estimate of the issue cost me 30 odd bucks to be told the drive needed to be replaced for the max estimated internet estimate 130. The price no bigs until now I have a 300 dollar brick that doesnt even power on it makes the noise 0 light 0 signal crazy as hell even got the old it worked for us explanation... no hate but I feel like if u repaired something for someone before they leave you should do quality control and show the customers everything is in working order so u guys dont get a call 5 minutes later about how everything is way worse now with me leaving this review I expect that 1 i will be told now I MESSED UP SOMETHING that was never an issue or a thought.. 2 I WILL BE CHARGED TO FIX IT OR 3 I LOSE OUT ON THE COST OF REPAIR AND NOW HAVE A 300 DOLLAR BRICK***update i received a call and was told to bring my system back we found it to be a faulty part not sure whe. It became an issue but I just picked up my system and everything I left in this review was handled I was taken To the back and they showed me everything was in working order I left this up with out deleting to show how Johns customer service and hard work actually made me happy and to see my system working flawlessly im happy as I was when I picked it up the first time

Went to Battery Plus and got woe is me stories but no service. Went to CPR and these guys are eager, ready and willing to take care of your needs. Their services saved me from buying a new Motorola phone at a fair cost. Im happy, happy, happy. John provided excellent service, from my first phone call for an estimate to picking up my repaired phone. Based on my description over the phone of a damaged screen and gray lines on my display, John said he believed I needed anLED replacement along with a new screen. His estimate over the phone was the same as the actual cost when I took my phone in for him to confirm parts needed. I had also called four additional repair shops and Johns cost was $50 less than the others, not to mention he has the best reviews of all the repair shops in Lawton.I took my phone in on a Monday morning for John to confirm the parts needed for repair. I paid half down and John ordered the parts that day. He called me on Wednesday afternoon, said the parts were in and I could bring my phone in anytime for him to repair. He said he needed about an hour to do the repairs. I took my phone in that day, around four PM, and he had my phone repaired in an hour. I couldnt have asked for better service. Thank you John!

My phone was shattered! It was too much to get fixed, so I thought! My daughters phone screen was broke also. She Googled phone repairs and so on. She found CPR and called for a price. Under $100!! Compared to $150-$200. I asked about my screen, thinking it was a lost cause, it was the SAME amount as my daughter, Savannas. The part came in and here we are today! Lol. We both are very happy with the results. I know John, at CPR fixed mine in literally less than 45 minutes. Yes, I dropped it off the day before, but there were others in front of me AND I was told that it would be the next day. I called to ask about it and was told that he just started on my old screen and would call to let me know when to pick it up. Less than an hour later, John called to say he was finished! I am referring my other daughter also

Recently dropped my Pixel and cracked the screen. Phone still worked but needed to be fixed. Called CPR and they ordered a new screen. It came in quickly and they had my phone repaired in less than an hour. Works great. Would highly recommend CPR for damaged phone repair.
