Great place Im from out of town here visiting my son at Fort Sill. Stopped in here to inquire about some cowboy boots to take back to Washington DC ended up with two cowboy hats and boots. Cody helped me and the assistant manager was very very helpful also she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Im excited to get back home and try out my new style.

General manager was awesome, we told him what we was looking for and with when 5 minutes we had a pair of boots. he went above and polished them up for us🥇 walked out with a very nice pair of steal toe boots 😎 $184.00. Nice boots, clothes and prices here.

The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they never have mine or my husbands sizes. Even online they are out. However, I love the style and look of everything and the staff is always helpful and nice.

They have a big selection of boots to choose from. We went for my husband some work boots then our son wanted some. As we were trying them on he saw some toys he wanted to look at. We were still trying to get him to try on boots but he is 2 and wanted toys. An associate came over and told us he didnt have any interest in them and was too little. He is two and saw toys. Toys over rule boots to him. So we left without his boots because that associate was not going to let us buy boots in peace because she didnt think he wanted them. Now every time we put our boots on he asks for boots. Guess someone didnt know my son like they thought they did. We will go elsewhere for his boots. The two guys running the registers were great! Very polite and well mannered.

Had to hunt around for staff to get help. Then was told just to order online.

Not only did the Boot Barn not have what we needed. But, we were only acknowledged when we were leaving out the door.
