My son and I came in here after rude and horrible customer service at Journeys in the mall. As soon as we entered we were greeted by Skylar who was full of energy and eager to help us. He quickly picked up the colors and style my 7 year old liked and had him sit down to get his foot sized. He went to the back and came out with 6 boxes of variety to try on. During the process he was very personable and kind and interacted with my son. We found quite a few pairs we liked but I could only afford to get one pair out on lay away. I put some money down and will pick up on Friday. He made us feel so welcome and comfortable and actually took the time to sit down with my son, talk to him and help him find something he was completely happy with and he had a whole system behind his skill. He was so professional and so many other retailers could definitely learn a thing or two about customer service and human compassion from him. I hope his boss sees this and knows how blessed they are to have someone so awesome working for them. My 7 year old left saying how nice he was and couldnt wait to go back! Thank you Skylar!

Everytime I go into your store Colton and Malik are the ones who always help me. They are amazing and always helpful! As soon as I walk in I’m always greeted right away and asked what can they do I for me. They have the best deals too you get money that adds up that save you so much money. I go in there so much and always get a deal. Bought 2 pairs of shoes and a bundle of socks and didn’t even pay a full price for 1 pair of shoes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

We bought several pairs of shoes in June while visiting Lawton from out of town. My husband wore one pair of shoes - ON running shoes - one time, and noticed stones and gooey stuff got stuck in the treads of one shoe. We put them in a bag, flew back home, and a couple weeks later when he was trying to clean the shoe, realized the gooey stuff was coming from the shoe itself - some type of rubber cement. These were good quality shoes, although we’ve never seen this before on ANY shoe. I called Colton, the Manager about the problem. He even remembered us! I shipped the shoes back to him. He inspected them, saw the issue, and arranged to have a replacement pair shipped to us. Colton was fantastic - understood it was clearly something wrong with the shoe (even though being in the shoe business, this was new for him too).We appreciated the excellent customer service - not only with handling the exchange, but while we were there in Lawton making the purchases. Colton and his associate were very personable and helpful. Highly recommend this store!

First time I have been in this store but it definitely wont be the last. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs ( thanks so much Malik ) This is a full service shoe store with a knowledgeable staff. Very impressive. First time my wife and I have tried Hoka as a brand but glad we did. We bought 6 pair of shoes because finding shoes for me has been such a problem until now... customers for life.

My wife and I visited the Tradehome shoe store in Lawtons Central Mall yesterday for the first time. My wife was looking for a pair of sandals and both Colton and Schuyler were Extremely!!! helpful.Just like the shoe stores of days gone by, they brought out the device to properly and accurately measure her feet and they were both patient and very helpful as she tried on several pairs of sandals. Never once were we made to feel rushed or that we were an inconvenience.Not only did we leave with an excellent pair of great fitting sandals, we left feeling satisfied about our purchase and our experience and will definitely shop there again.Colton and Schuyler both exemplified the epitome of excellent customer service and professionalism. Colten and his crew were absolutely amazing!! I have NEVER been treated so well and Colten took the time to show me ALL options in different price ranges to help me get some relief for my feet!! I called my coworker on the way home to let her know about my experience and she is planning to go this week!! I ended up getting the Hoka shoe and I can’t believe I’m saying this but I can’t wait to go to work Monday morning!!! THANK U COLTEN YOU REALLY DID AN AMZING JOB!! I know he is the manager but he should be the General or District manager!! WOW!!UPDATE AND 2 DAYS LATER:Had to go back to get me some shoes for everyday wear! The Hoka work shoes I got on Sunday has changed my life!! I am on my feet 10-12 hours a day and do NOT get to sit down for more than a few minutes…literally!! My feet did NOT HURT AFTER MY SHIFT AND MY LEG WHICH HAS ARTHRITIS DID NOT HURT ME AT ALL!! Best money I have ever spent and I will be back!!! My first visit was on a recommendation from my podiatrist for Hoka shoes due to plantar fasciitis. Colton Wetzels team was amazing! Once they heard about my pain/discomfort, they immediately suggested a couple different pair of shoes along with a specific type of insert. AMAZING. They were patient, understanding & so helpful. Not only did I buy my favorite new shoe, recovery shoes, socks & a water repellant spray but my husband also bought his first pair of Hoka. We are sold on Hoka & THIS STORE. Yesterday, I ran in to see if Colton could help me find a Hoka waterproof shoe as I am out in all 4 seasons delivering mail. I had done my research online looking for the Hoka TOA Gore-tex shoe but no store had it so I was hoping he would know a good substitute. Colton got on the phone and called other stores to see if he could personally track down the Hoka TOA in my size. And he did!!!! I was blown away. This type of customer service is so hard to come by these days. Colton & his team deserve high honors for listening to their customers needs, offering the best choice for their needs & most of all, going above and beyond to meet the needs of the customers. As long as this store is in Lawton, we will always purchase our shoes from them & no one else. Thank you Team Colton!

I’m a big dude and needed some new shoes. I worked with a gentleman named Josh who walked me through 4-5 different pairs of shoes to meet my needs. The staff was really cool and recommended a few pairs of shoes for my physical pain issues. It’s been 3 days and I’m already seeing improvements on my posture, pain and walking distance. This store really takes the time to figure out what their customers needs are and I’m very grateful to them for their time and recommendations. Check it out if you need new shoes or walk/run. I ended up with the Hoka Bandi’s and have another pair I’m gonna order soon to help with some other issues I have.

Never heard of this store before. Stopped in to look, needed good shoes to work in all day. Drake immediately took control of my experience and I was very pleased with the amount of service and knowledge. Everything he chose for me to try was, not only comfortable but stylish. I had just left Dillards where I was not even approached for help. I purchased 2 pair and had a hard time deciding due to such great choices. Love this store! Love their dedication to service. I will definitely be back.

Great service and great shoes. Good selection. I love the boots they have there and want one of each of the Pikolinos. The staff there is very welcoming and the manager Adam is always friendly whenever I go in there.
