Great experience, had a difficult time during the past couple of weeks, but everyone there that I spoke to and told what was going on they were completely understanding and worked with me until I was able to get down there and make a payment. Went in with an advertisement price for an appliance. Once I got there, the appliances were extremely used and abused, nasty, the price was way higher than advertised. Over priced for things you can find in much better condition on Facebooks marketplace. Which is what I did.

They have came to our apartment several times looking for someone named Marquis and each time we have explained that weve just moved here in December and that person no longer lives in this apartment. Well today another employee shows up banging on our door and trys to argue with us that he knows the guy still lives here blah blah blah. After stating several times he doesnt I suggested he go speak to the office they can tell him we live here now he still wants to argue so I had to shut the door in his face.

Careful**** if you look VERY good and check out their stuff and tell them about it.. There is no lowering the price for damages on their stuff.***I tried getting a washer and they didnt clean it out, it was dirty. it still had curly private hairs in it and soap was still caked inside on the middle and inside up on top. I asked if they was going to clean it b4 they brought it... he said it was already cleaned out. That they clean them b4 it comes on the floor. I showed him the what I was looking at and he rolled his eyes and he said yes, well clean it and deliver it the next day. So we give him 2 weeks worth money. (they dont have 1st week free or buy 2 weeks and get 1 free anymore)Next day we called at 11am to see when they would be delivering.. They said as soon as we can we are busy with other deliverys. We said ok just making sure yall didnt forget about us.We called at 4:00pm.. That person didnt know we called earlier but they was busy and than they said sorry we cant do business with you and that we can come Monday to pick up our money. They didnt have time to clean the washer.**** Its because I asked them two things* clean the washer and can they deliver the next day. Wow what service, NOT

I worked for the company for 4 years I loved what I did and enjoyed every body I worked with. Its a tough job sometimes and you have to make difficult decisions. The owner JD is one of best dudes I have ever had the honor to work for in my career with the company. I made major mistake trying to get more money and took a job at the competition RAC and I only stayed there 6 months. Please dont make the same mistake I did.... It was terrible I took a risk and it was a bad decision on my part. JD is a great guy he is hard on you but he really does it to bring out the best in you. He has alot of respect for his employees anybody looking for a quality job with good pay come here! Thank you for all the opportunities you gave me. I know I cant take back leaving the way I did but just know I appreciate everything you done for me and my family!

I use to like this place but the recent staff changes are for the worst. The guys there now are rude and almost stalkerish. I had an Item I had gotten from them stolen from my home. Even had a police report. They insisted I pay for the item and when I didnt they tried to repossess a sofa I had just paid 2 weeks on.

Mitchell the General Manager there was Very Rude to us when we called him to check the status of the pick up for our washer and dryer. He hung up the phone at me several times and yelled at me over the phone . Will never do buisness with them again.

I didnt get the bunk beds I originally paid for and I was told theyll deliver them the next day they brought them 3 days later at 10pm pouring rain outside my husband had to put the beds up himself and when I missed a payment they come beating on my door at 9:30pm scared my kids and left a note on my door threatening me with felony charges and called my job lying like they was the police and told my manager that if she didnt put me on the phone she would face felony charges then called bk the next day pretending to be my husband I told them that my 11 month old nephew died and I had to got to Arkansas for the funeral they said well give us our beds with no remorse I would never do business with them ever again and wont be sending no one else there either

Way way way to expensive for a rental place id go to goodwill first!!!
