Highly recommended!! I wasn’t necessarily looking to buy a mattress yesterday, but rather see what was out there within my price range. I called John and we made an appointment to meet at his Lawrence location about an hour later. I told him my price range and he had several to choose from! I got the most amazing mattress for a crazy good price and have 90 days to pay off the balance with 0% interest!! He explained everything very thoroughly about the financing and wanted to be sure I left there completely informed and without any questions.It turned out to be the right place to go for my first time ever buying a new mattress! I’m disabled and have had 5 spinal surgeries, so when I told him that and what I was hoping to get out of a mattress, he knew exactly where to direct me. If I ever need a mattress again or know anyone who does, I’ll be directing them to Mattress By Appointment or heading there myself! Best choice I’ve made in awhile! Thanks John!

My mom and I were both needing a mattress and a family member referred us to Jon. It was super easy to set up an appointment. He had a great selection to fit anyone’s budget. I was shopping for my kids, and of course my daughter wanted the one that was outside of our budget. Jon was very helpful in describing the differences between the two we were choosing from. Jon was a very nice and low pressure salesman. He even told me that if I wasnt going to get the mattress that I did get that he would prefer I not buy from him as it would not be good for me. Overall I enjoyed buying a mattress from him and the mattress itself is very nice.

The worsthing experience Ive ever had. My wife and I came in and got a mattress a few months ago. Yeah, Jon doesnt necessarily pressure you but Im sure these are low quality mattress. Our backs kill us and we toss and turn all night. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!!!Its like buying a Coach purse out of a trunk. It may look real, but look close and youll realize youve been hustled and purchased a knock off. Not to mention this place will definitely OVERCHARGE you if not charge you double for this P.O.S of a mattress. Gave one star for prompt delivery but now that I think about it, its probably before we changed our minds!!-Beware of this place!!!!!-

As a returning customer it was quick and easy to get the king mattress we needed and John was very friendly and attentive!

We are really satisfied with our purchase and all the services Jon provided us with. What we wanted was available in Topeka. We drove down there and after checking out the quality we decided to purchase it. He gave us a huge discount; so along with the Wellsville memory foam mattress we got the mattress protector and the frames. He was kind enough to deliver it and set it up as well. We had Tempurpedic before and we can vouch for Wellsville that it is similar in comfort and firmness.
