Very helpful sales person even though the store was busy and he was by himself. I ended up canceling the order, though, because of the wait time for delivery (3 weeks). The mattress was available but delivery was not and I couldn’t handle getting a king bed home without delivery.

Came in to find a new mattress with my family, our old one was over 12 years old. Charlie was very helpful in finding a comfortable option within our budget in about 30-40 minutes and us trying out 5 or so different mattresses. Ordered one right there, looking forward to getting our new mattress by the end of the month. With the free money from the purchase we got the haul away service setup for the old mattress and got a waterproof cover since weve got a kid going through potty training. Overall great experience and well come back again next time.

I went on a busy Sunday afternoon. Charlie and Zach were both very careful to give every customer in the store attention, even consistently apologizing for my wait, even though it was perfectly understandable and something anyone should expect when theres eight customers and only two employees. Im a pretty decisive person so was able to choose my bed and mattress quickly but 1) I wouldnt have arrived at that decision without Charlie and Zach listening to my preferences and directing me to it and 2) Were I more of an indecisive person, it was still very apparent that Charlie and Zach would patiently advise me until I found something I was satisfied with. I wont need a new bed now for quite a long time but Ill definitely recommend this place from here on out.

We received exceptional care here while working with Zach. We were in search for a king size Tempurpedic mattress to replace our queen. Pretty sure I picked a firm mattress and was sent home with a plush - might not matter on that though. And found the same mattress for $100 cheaper online.

My overall experience yesterday in the store went well enough. Charlie was nice and comfortable to talk with. He did up sell me from a full to a queen, not a bad thing or even inconvenient, but now that I’m home it’s clearly more than enough for myself. Will likely return for something smaller soon.I was disappointed after leaving and driving by the multiple signs advertising “FREE ADJUSTABLE BASE”in front of the store. This deal wasn’t mentioned inside and I in fact didn’t get a base because it was to expensive. Hard to complain since I’m happy to no longer be sleeping on the floor, but who isn’t somewhat upset when they miss out on free things?

Had a great experience getting a new mattress set. Went in on last Friday, when the weather was terrible and cold. Taken care right away. Salesman Chris McPhee took great care of us, no pressure to make a sale. Explained in detail each style and brand and all the features. Got us a good deal on credit and set up delivery within 24 hours. Delivery was on time and very professional. In and out in less than 15 minutes. All around great experience.

The absolute worst experience ever purchasing anything, was lied to twice on date of delivery and now taking 7 to 10 business days for a refund when I paid for my purchase the same day in full

So my story starts about two weeks ago. My son needed a new pillow. We went in and was advised on some different pillows. My son ended up picking the most expensive one in the store. I bit the bullet and bought it- he needs it anyway for his neck. Zach was like the coolest dude. He was friendly and helped with all the questions. Had to have my pillow ordered because none were in stock. However, the day that we were suppose to pick up, the delivery guy had delivered my pillow do the wrong person! Zach caught it and made the delivery guy go back and get another from the warehouse - justifying it by explaining that we had literally only come in for a specific pillow and just dropped a good chunk of money to get it. It was there when I got there! Fast forward to today, I went in looking for a new bed. It was on the list of to dos anyway. I went in, and described what I wanted in a bed and what my husband wanted. Complete opposites, of course. Bed shopping is super hard with us because we can’t agree! But we walked in said what we liked. We were directed to a bed and we both agreed almost instantly! Got us all squared away without any headaches! Couldn’t have been done without the help of those two. (Sorry I didn’t catch the guy’s name today, I’m sure he told me, but I didn’t hear. And it was rude to ask again) Zach was there and remembered us, and even asked how my son liked his pillow. Super friendly, professional, and made my life and my soon to be sleep better! Can’t wait until my new bed is delivered!!Thank you so much!

Came in for a box spring today and overheard an employee telling customers to avoid shopping on the website and that they should just buy their items from the store. I felt that this was just a way to more commission by selling items. I told the employee, Chris, what I was looking for and he started ordering me the boxspring online. I had to ask him to show me the product he was ordering in the store to make sure it was the same as I viewed online. I didnt want to be upcharged. We got to the address portion and he immediately offers me the 3rd most expensive delivery package where they would remove my old boxspring and move in the new one. I told him that I dont have a box spring currently and he looked very disappointed when he had to tell me that they had a free delivery service that would just leave it outside my door. I told him that sounded great and thats what I want. I went on to the mattress firm website and I found a coupon for 15% off and decided just to order it online myself and have them cancel the order. When I called to cancel the order, I was told to call back in 20 minutes because they were busy. There was no offer to give me a call back or anything. I called back 30 minutes later and I repeated why I want to cancel my order and they asked me what type of coupon I found. When Chris heard the type of coupon, he didnt seem surprised. He just offered to use the coupon on my already existing order without even seeing it. That tells me that he already knew that I could have gotten a cheaper price, but did not offer it. Im assuming that the commission here is based on the percentage of the price of what is sold. Not good service

Chris at Mattress Firm greeted my fiance and I as we entered the store and helped us understand their labeling system for their mattresses. He was super helpful without being pushy and he listened to what our needs were. We bought a king-size hybrid Beautyrest mattress for the price of a queen-size and we love it! Both the product and the people are wonderful!

Great service. I came in to take advantage of a Memorial Day weekend sale I saw on the website. Im in a wheelchair and when they saw me coming, their greeter ran up to get the door for me. I didnt get her name, but her son, Christopher, came up to help me. He saw that I was wearing an Air Force veteran t-shirt, confirmed I was a veteran, then volunteered that military vets get a 10% discount, even off of sale prices, without me having to ask. He asked me some questions to get a good idea of exactly what I was looking for, and found me the perfect mattress for me. I tried out a couple of others to be sure, but he found what I needed. The sale included a free adjustable base with the mattress, and he even pulled out his tape measure to make sure the base and mattress together would be the right height for me to reach from my wheelchair.I also asked them about an online only deal I saw on their website where you could get a free Tulo brand pillow (normally $89), and he said that although it was an online sale, hed match it. And offered me the choice between that and a Purple pillow as they had a few of those left from a prior sale. All in all, a great experience, and Chris and his mom are both great to work with.
