I love the drive-through part of the liquor store. Everyone who always works the window is always very helpful.

Im a fan of the drive thru. It was super convenient pre-pandemic, and now is really great to have. A smaller selection, but it is a small store. They usually have what I want. Workers are friendly and knowledgeable, their recommendations have been spot on so far.

Asked for a certain liquor and instead of telling me they were out of it they charged me for something completely different and wasn’t going to tell me. Thankfully I looked in the bag and had to ask for my receipt or I would’ve went home disappointed. All the guy could tell me was oh sorry you did say that and were actually out of henny...are you serious lol

Friendly, fast, easy! I have never done a drive-thru for alcohol before, but its a game changer. Try them out!

You sure cant beat the convenience of a drive thru during a pandemic. Owner is a great story teller too.

My new go to Liquor store. They have such great and friendly service from the cashier to the owner who personally introduced herself after I made several purchases the past month. But most importantly, they have a great selection of spirits and beer at very fair prices.

For what Myers is, its about as good as it gets. For a small store, the beer and spirits selection is enormous and the pricing is right. Makes it easy to get in, get what you want and get out, particularly since theyre the only store in town with a drive thru.

Its a good little store. Surprisingly versatile selection for its size, helpful people, and a drive-thru window. Its worth noting that google has the Store Hours wrong for Sunday, they open at Noon not 11Am. Just a heads up.

Unfortunate truth seems that employees are put out if they have to assist customers during basketball games. More proof that customer service is only a memory!!!

Best Drive Thru liquor store ever!

I purchased a six pack of bottles. When I arrived at my house and lifted the pack out of my car, it immediately fell apart from being wet and ripped in areas I didnt notice at the store.Three of the bottles fell and broke in my front yard. Left with 3 of the 6 beers I just paid for, and glass in my front yard where I walk my dog, I went back to the store to show them the case with the broken glass still in it. After this terrible experience that could have may have been avoided by some attention from the staff to check the quality of inventory, I thought at the very least they would give me a new pack. They refused to refund the poor product. It is clear how Myers Liquor views customer service. Ill be sure to share this story with everyone I know in Lawrence. Lived here for 8 years.
