Kizer Cummings is so wonderful. My husband came to them with my great grandmother’s wedding set last year and told them what I had envisioned for my engagement ring. They were able to do exactly what we wanted with the rings, which was to replace the setting with a completely new one and an aquamarine stone. They did it perfectly and I still have my great grandmother’s diamond for future use. I took my rings back in recently to have them soldered and it was done within 24 hours. Words can’t describe the feeling I get, every time I look down at my engagement ring. Beyond beautiful work done at Kizer Cummings, and everyone is welcoming and friendly when you walk in the store. I am a very part time bling slinger (sell a piece a week on Instagram) and after two negative experiences at this place I will never give them my business again. Told today when I came in with a ring to have appraised that because we are “competitors” that they aren’t going to give me “free -advice” and that they aren’t a charity. This after he spent a few minutes telling me what was wrong with my ring. Ummmm. What?!! I was about to pay $75 for an appraisal instead I took my ring and left. Reminded very strongly why I don’t take all my other work to them. I keep giving them chances but never again. Don’t waste your time with these guys. Head to Marks instead! First negative was when I was told my solid 22k gold antique diamond set was possibly plated.🙄

Very happy with this shop. I needed a Christmas gift for my fiance and found the perfect necklace on their website. I ran in to their store the next morning and asked about the item and if they had anything with the same stone+metal.The gentleman helping me asked what brought me in to their store and I explained that I wanted to buy something locally and used the website. He told me that they put a lot of effort to ensure that what is on the website is currently available in the store. This works out great during the pandemic. As it stands now, we dont go anywhere we do not have to but everybody working in the store was wearing a mask and so this made me feel more at ease. We have done business with K-C for many years. In 2006, I bought Janice a new wedding ring in celebration of 30 years of marriage from Ernie Cummings. During my PhD program in 2011 when I did not have significant income to pay our mortgage, we sold Janice’s wedding ring that I had purchased from K-C five years earlier. Ernie bought the ring back from us. I had hoped to buy Janice another wedding ring at some point following my degree program and when I had teaching roles with significant income. That time arrived in 2020, so I immediately contacted K-C, and I worked with Erica Greve who found a picture of the original ring in the K-C files. A new ring was made and purchased, and this week I surprised Janice with the ring that was nearly a match to the original. Janice loved the new ring better than the original! Ernie, Erica, and the entire staff of Kizer-Cummings became personally involved with our story and made my dream for Janice come true. These people are the best and outstanding jewelers!!

I have been going to Kizer Cummings for years. They have a very nice selection of items from various companies. However, the way that they stand out is their jewelry design. Blaine worked with me for months on my engagement ring. Where I started out and where I ended up was a back and forth process and the final design has never made me think that I would prefer anything other than exactly how it is. For me this is quite a feat!

My wedding band was misshapen and worn after 20 years and the wedding band and engagement ring came apart and needed to be soldered back together. When I came to pick up my ring I was astonished at how gorgeous it was! It looked brand new!! They did an amazing job and I highly recommend them!

Went in to have the diamond replaced on my engagement ring. The staff was extremely courteous and professional. They worked directly with my insurance and took extra steps to make the replacement better than the original. When returned the ring better than it had in ten years.
