I called to see if they could fix my iPhone 12 Pro charging port. He said to come in so they could look at it before ordering expensive parts. When I came in he was upfront about what the costs would be if something needed to be replaced or if it was as simple as just cleaning out the port. I was here for maybe 5 minutes and Eddie was able to clean out the charging port, fixing my problem completely. Highly recommend.

Add me to the rest of those giving them a rave review. I have an ASUS 3S 10, not a common tablet and they were able to order a new screen module and repair the tablet. Done quickly and it functions just as it did before its inadvertent fall onto a concrete floor. The price was quite reasonable.

So my table screen broke I went to get it replaced and when I went to pick it up there was a cracked on the corner where the guy there said its where they pry it I never gave them the table like that then tells me that it was like that when the table has been in with a case sense I bot it.

Brought my phone for water damage. $270 dollars later as im getting in my car I noticed my face id dont work. Asked them and they said thats possible due to water damage! Why would i pay 270 dollars for a phone that doesnt function correctly?? Stay away if your phone has water damage!!!

I thought I needed a new battery but it turned out it was a charging port issue and they were great about getting it fixed on the spot.

Angel evaluated my newer phone at no charge, advised return under warranty to avoid costly repair, then evaluated my prior phone that I had returned to using. In the end, he and his team repaired my old phone with genuine parts at a nominal fee. It was cost effective, and the phone works great again. I had cracked my iPhone SE (I know it’s old, but it still works great) screen and wanted to get a replacement. Because of my location, Google showed me a place in Westford, MA. When I completed the free online quote their site said I’d be looking at $89. Um... No. I spread out my search and then came across iPhone Solutions in Lawrence. The online quoted price was much less than the other store. I was even able to schedule any apt online (I hate waiting). In total, the fix took 30min and they cleaned my case. The two gentlemen working here are professionals and know what they are doing. I would highly recommend their services to my friends and family.

Knowledgeable staff and great service! Had a hard to fix issue that seemed to just not get fixed. He worked for serval days to track down and figure it out! I originally went in for a broken back glass and before I knew it my iPhone X back glass like new in a spilt (Same day)! I decided to mention I had a broken lower speaker and some bluetooth/GPS issues on my iPhone as well. He was able to fix the speaker no issue, but the Bluetooth and GPS didn’t seem to have a resolution. I was resigned to just live with my faulty connection but the technician wouldn’t have it. At his request I returned several times as he tried to resolve the issue by changing the 2 antenna several times but to no avail. Just when it seemed like there was no fix, he tried one last “trick” to see if it would work, and finally the problem was solved! I am very great full that he wouldn’t give up on my issue even when I had! Thanks again!

IPhone solutions is the best phone repair phone in town!! Not only are the repairs are affordable but the environment is super friendly. I got my iPhone 7 screen repaired once here for less then what the Apple Store changes. They even gave my a complimentary glass screen protector for free! Can’t beat the customer serivce and it’s local Hispanic owned bussiness. I always have a great visit when I go. Definitely worth a visit!

I am very disappointed with their service. They aced like a scammer. Here is my story. I replaced my samsung s8 battery on 8/15 and it went completely out again on 10/4. They said 90 days warranty for parts and labor. Hiwever, they claimed the phoen has to be shipped somewhere else and cost $75. I ordered $6.99 genuine samsung battery replacement on ebay and replaced it by myself. It worked perfect. The battery they replaced was old and used one. Be careful and watch if they replaced a brand new or old and used one. Not trustworthy.

I can not say enough about iPhone Solutions. I recently cracked the screen on my Samsung Galaxy and I refuse to go on contract with Verizon to replace, so I gave iPhone solutions a call. Yes, they just started replacing screens on Galaxies!! I dropped it off, they gave me a loaner for the day and texted me when it was ready. Good as new!
