This guy does not care about his customers all he wants is Money charged me $225 to change a screen it stopped working a month later. I go back to him and he tells me I’m only going to charge you $200. I hate to leave reviews but this guy is something else. Apple did it for $99

Bought an LG fiesta i knew it was a downgrade from my Samsung S6, but was told it was a good phone... last month i couldnt stand it an bought a samsung j7, was told by the owner it was a great improvement and that it was even better than the S6... i go today and feel ripped off. I was told today that this phone was of lower quality and i couldnt expect much from a 300 dollar phone, what was i thinking - all of this from the owner, the same guy who sold me the phone. And he tries now to sell me another phone.He kept rambling about the same thing, and didnt even let me explain that i consider the phone to even be damaged or has a problem with the software or hardware (an example is that the screens brightness will go to full high sometimes even if set on low).He lost a client who actually recomended them a lot, and the person that recommended ME to go there will know this also. Oh, btw i have malfunctioning phone still.

They were difficult to communicate the problem with over phone because their English was not great but I went in person and I am glad I did. I am very pleased with their service. My phone (note 4) wouldnt charge for some reason and they fixed it.Update:I am downgrading review. My phone broke again with the same problem which the repaired. It wouldnt charge again! Their repair didnt last long. I will try another repair center this time for more robust fix.

Went to this store with a lg cell from metro with a bad charge port was told was going to be put on today then got told otherwise...just what I thought never done and never touched this place is no good and plus expensive $70 for a charge port waited a month and work never done took my phone back went too wireless solucion in Lawrence ma.
