Great everytime no problems good help cheap phone lines

The new store is beautiful. The girls have always been a great help to me and all my family. I always recommend metro you cant beat the price. I left boost months ago and I have been nothing but happy with the customer service and prices.

Was hear early in the afternoon and while the employee was not great she wasnt horrible. Had to come back to get a phone. Called from 3:00 on and got no answer. Finally drove 30 minutes to come back and find the store is closed early. They arent here and still had 30 minutes until the closing time per the hours posted on the door. I find that unacceptable.

I went to this MetroPCS get my mom a new phone and put onto my plan the lady there was phenomenal she helped out so well and was super patient with my mom cuz my mom is older and has a lot of questions to ask or isnt quite understanding of everything and this lady she is great my mom has went to her three more times and gotten more help from her I just love that she has great customer service and is willing to help her customer we will be going back

I work for the T-Mobile store just down the street and I have had multiple Metro PCS customers come in asking to pay their bill because the Metro store is closed during business hours. Ive never been to the store personally but I dont know how this location is still open. This has been an ongoing issue.

This store SUCKS. they dont follow store hours. i tried calling at 7pm and they were already friggen closed. wth is up with the manager here? obviously the employees do whatever the hell they want. this is why i like virgin mobile.

I looked up what time they closed on Mondays to make sure I would make it in time and it said 8pm. I show up at 7:30 and they are closed. now I am unable to pay my phone bill.

Customer service is lacking. Went in about 20 mins before close and was told they could not open any new accounts as they had to close down the drawers. I have never had a store tell me they could not do business with someone while within normal operating hours.The lady that works there is not personable at all!

Customer service is terrible. I went in to find out about changing my plans asked the lady to tell me about it and she just started at me like she didnt understand the question. Finally got my questions answered and will not be going back to this location

My personal experience with the customer service there was not good the girl that works there is not a people person. She will not help you out in a professional Manor.

Im saving $75.00 a month by switching to metro pcs!! Couldnt be happier, and it took 15 minutes!!

The lady is not a people person. Bad service and store hours close at 7 not 8.

Went after the phone never got answered. Called customer service instead.

Never pick-up the phone to assist with several questions I have my phone.

Poor customer service and the Garcia girl needs retrained on customer service and Chris Dickerson is no better and suppose to be the head boss they stole over 400 dollars from me which took 2 weeks to get back and I had to lose a whole days pay to take off to go get my money back and didnt get reimbursement for that this store is a joke and they are called spiked wireless kc I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy.

Although the location is listed at 1401 W. 23rd St., MetroPCS is located inside Copy Co. and Copy Co. is still here.
